Live Poor, Die Poor, and Get Accepted in Heaven to be Given Eternal Life

Christ Jesus told a rich, young man that he had to sell all his possessions to others to earn money and give the money to the poor and then he should follow Him in order to be accepted in Heaven and given eternal life.

Matthew 19
16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

This incident simply tells that no words can be trusted but only concrete actions are needed to show one's faith.

You may say that you are following the words of the God, but you cannot prove that you are following the words of the God without selling your possessions and giving all the money obtained from the transaction to the poor.  

If you sold your possessions and gave all the money obtained from the transaction to the poor, you would be poor, too.  But, by this act, you can accumulate treasure in Heaven and obtain eternal life.

Therefore, being poor must be appreciated more than witnessing for compliance with the teaching of the God.  It means being rich is supported by some serious evil, but being poor means a lack of the serious evil.  There must be something important that can be found and understood only when we get poor.  

Anyway, the world poor men see is different from the world rich men see.  And, the world poor men see should be akin to the world Christ Jesus saw.

Put simply, all we can say is to be poor, live poor, die poor, and get accepted in Heaven so that you can be given eternal life by the God.

Eternal Life and Satisfaction after Death of the Poor

To save the world, what should you do?  One of reasonable answers should be that we have to save poor people.  So, Christ Jesus tried to save the poor, the abused as well as the sick, which looks very reasonable.  But, most of poor people in this world are not scholars or knowledgeable and learnt persons, so that they cannot understand theology and other deep and complicate theories taught in universities or institutes of the Vatican, etc.  

Therefore, Christ Jesus simply told poor men that He had been sent by the God as it was proved by His performing miracles and healing the sick so that they should believe in Him.  Then, He declared that poor men could be accepted in Heaven to be given eternal life while it was almost impossible for rich men to enter into Heaven; they should go to the hell.       

It is assumed that all the poor men who heard this teaching of Christ Jesus were glad and rejoiced.  They should come to have no fear of death, since now that they knew that they would be welcomed in Heaven and became happy and fulfilled.

Therefore, followers of Christ Jesus have never ceased to grow in these 2000 years, since there have been poor people in any eras.  The religion Christianity, the Vatican, and other churches have been established on this teaching of Christ Jesus.

But, what should Satan do to prevent people from being saved due to the teaching of Christ Jesus?  Satan once failed to attempt Christ Jesus when He was conditioned to behave as a man 2000 years ago, and it could not completely kill Him on the cross as Christ Jesus was resurrected.  

Therefore, Satan must have taken more artful and slyer ways to frustrate the work of Christ Jesus since the establishment of Christianity.  It destroyed the Roman Empire that adopted Christianity as its state religion, corrupted the Vatican and its priests, brainwashed Martin Luther and his followers, and finally promoted negligence of Christianity in the minds of people who came to live in the era after the scientific and industrial revolutions, whose influence can be still seen in the world of today.  

And today, Satan seems to try to diffuse the notion that rich men can also enter into Heaven, so that men should enjoy wealth both in this world and in the spirit world.  Satan seems to try to brainwash men by telling them that there is no sin in earning money and acquiring wealth as much as possible even by selling part of their souls to Satan.

Indeed, it is true that souls of both the poor and the rich enter into the spirit world after death in this world.  However, because men cannot be rich without selling any part of their souls to Satan, being rich means being evil to any degree or more evil than being poor.  Therefore, it is very hard for rich men to be accepted in Heaven and given eternal life; they should naturally go to the hell in the spirit world; and they will be finally destroyed in the hell with Satan by the God. 

Put simply, Christ Jesus taught to poor people the very simple and understandable teaching: "Poor men should enter into Heaven after death to be given eternal life and satisfaction."

A Revolution that Was Started 2000 Years Ago by Christ Jesus

The Gospels and the teaching of Christ Jesus are based on the notion that men surely die some day in this world, but their souls continue to live in the spirit world.  However, the most unique part of the teaching of Christ Jesus is that in the spirit world, poor men can enter into Heaven to be satisfied while rich men should go to the hell.

If everybody believes in this teaching, none would become rich in this world and should be afraid of death in this world.  It is truly revolutionary.  Everybody should be content with his life in poverty without fear of death, since man's being poor is the requirement for his entering into Heaven.

So, true believers of Christ Jesus must be poor and have no fear of death as proven in the history.  But ordinary people might not believe that being rich means so evil that rich men cannot enter into Heave.  However, it should be understood from the view point that if a rich and faithful man sees poor men around him, he would give his money to them, so that he cannot continue to be rich.  There are more than millions of poor men in an ordinary country.  And to save all of them from poverty, rich and faithful men should give them all their wealth and assets and they will be poor eventually.  To neglect poor men is an act of evil that leads to the hell.

In this context, the most important teaching of Christ Jesus is that it is almost impossible for a rich man to go to Heaven and get eternal life.

Therefore, the Pope and other leaders and priests of churches should tell people to be poor so that they can accept in Heaven.  This world should be the place to compete in terms of poverty.

When a man dies, his soul goes into the spirit world that is wonderful beyond imagination according to those who had near-death experiences.  But the light in the spirit world coming from Heaven is too bright so that souls of evil men avoid it and go down to the hell.  The souls of poor men who did not perform evil acts while living are rejoiced to see and receive such light, so that they easily enter into Heaven.

Anyway, being rich while so many around are poor is a state of evil, which should be taught in elementary schools. 

To have faith in Christ Jesus means to believe in his word that rich men cannot be accepted in Heaven but poor men can get eternal life in Heaven.

Rich men also mean the elite class, the upper-class people, happy people, successful people such as politicians, professors, priests, people in entertainment, medical doctors, lawyers, etc.  Their souls are all to go down to the hell after death in this world.

But poor and faithful men are to be accepted in Heaven and given eternal life and happiness in Heaven after death in this world.

This is a revolution that was started 2000 years ago by Christ Jesus; however, it is not yet accomplished.

Living Swedenborg Entered into the State of Death

Swedenborg, an 18th century scholar, elite bureaucrat, and psychic who saw and entered into the afterlife or the spirit world while living in this world, mastered the way to make his soul enter into the spirit world by making himself put into the state of death.

His way to put himself into the state of death is akin to the conditions of those who had near-death experiences.  It tells that when a man is dying, his soul can access to the spirit world.  And, as Swedenborg could freely realize the state of death, he could experience a kind of near-death experiences of those who were dying.

It is not clear how specifically Swedenborg put himself in the state of death where his body was almost dead, but his soul could return to his body from the spirit world after hours of an experience in the spirit world.  He used this method for decades until his death in 1772.  But, if anybody can master Swedenborg's way, he can see and have access to the afterlife or the spirit world.  It would be revolutionary for the mankind.

It may be similar to the way for spirit mediums to evoke spirits of dead men into their bodies.  But Swedenborg could enter into the spirit world and directly communicate with other spirits while keeping the consciousness and identity of his own spirt (to which his soul turned).  Indeed, he wrote that he had been allowed by Christ Jesus to enter into the spirt world and see the real state of the afterlife.  So, his way to achieve the sate of death while living might be extremely unique and divine so that none can imitate it.

Indeed, since Swedenborg's experiences, none has been able to perform successfully his method for the past 250 years except some people who happened to have particular near-death experiences.

In this context, the cases of Elizabeth Kubler-Ross (1926 - 2004) and Raymond Moody (1944 -) are interesting.  Kubler-Ross could see and talk with spirts coming in front of her through a certain spirit medium or making her own efforts.  Moody succeeded in evoking spirits in a special room uniquely set up with a mirror to evoke them.  However, they ways to evoke and communicate with spirits have not widely accepted and scientifically proved effective. 

In this context, Christ Jesus must have been able to enter into the spirit world and communicate with spirits there.  Specifically, when he experienced punishment on the cross, he must have near-death experiences.  After near-death experiences, some people obtained some supernatural ability.  So, it is no wonder that Christ Jesus after the resurrection acted as if He were a spirt but sometimes as a physical man. 

Anyway, there must be a way for a man to have access to the spirit world unlike ordinary spirt mediums.  But, a man who has found it would probably make it secret from others.  On the other hand. Swedenborg wrote that it is sometimes dangerous for a living man to communicate with spirts because there are many evil spirts in the spirit world and that if an ordinary man sees the afterlife, he would go mad.  So, it might be safe to keep it as his own secret.

However, Swedenborg was permitted by Christ Jesus or the God to see and communicate with spirits.  He was protected by good spirits or angels in the spirit world.  Therefore, it is not recommended for ordinary men to try to take access to the spirit world without permission of the God.

(Nonetheless, when men are performing meditation like in Zen Buddhism or as followers of Ignatius of Loyola, their souls might get close to the spirit word.  But, in these cases, they follow strict instructions and rules of the relevant religions, so that they should be protected from evil spirits.)
