Most men go to the hell when they die after accumulating some big money.

The internal state of such a man can be analyzed using a specific equation modern physics suggests.



Here, "H" is a mathematical operator that can work on the function phi of time and money.

"H" is obtained from the total energy in the sphere: traditional, cultural, social, economical, political, and human energy surrounding an individual, in this case. It is usually expressed in the double differentiation in the strictest manner of dealing the nature.

Yet, it might look strange that a change along with time can be equal to a change of a change along with, say, an amount of money or experiences in life.

SECTION II: Socrates (469 BC–399 BC)

Some people have really good memory. They can describe every detail of things they experienced in the past. It is as if they could present a film over and over again not only to others but to themselves.

Recalling things you experienced in the past is the best or only way to preserve good and detailed memory of them. But you need true interest in them to recall past things. Whether with love or hatred, you need strong motivation to recall what you experienced yesterday, a week ago, a year ago, or decades ago. If you are indifferent with those things, you never recall them, resulting in vague impressions of past events.

Those who cannot read and write have good memory of past incidents and experiences. For them to recall those things is itself reading and writing. But, those with less higher education also have good memory of past incidents and experiences. For them to recall those things is itself learning and studying.

Though in a little different context, Socrates emphasized importance of speaking, conversation, and dialogue as well as discussion, avoiding recommendation of reading and writing.

Nonetheless, good memory, good speaking, and the Socratic Method as well as good reading and writing were useless for salvation of people, especially Israelites or Hebrews.

Then, there came Jesus Christ partly out of the Old Testament, though without carrying the Holy Book. He used mainly spoken words and miracles to save the poor.

Then, reading the Bible became the mainstream, since only the Bible allowed for conversation with God if you so believe, since God is not a man you can talk to like you do to Socrates.

Yet, it is essential to respect those who cannot read and write or who have less higher education, since to them Jesus Christ preached so intensely, while rebuking only scholars saying, "Haven't you ever read the Bible?"

Yet, outside this domain of riches, the value system is inverted or corrected so that the first will be the last and the last will be the first.

Any revolution must first deny existence of rich men, especially among leaders, though Hitler (a possible painter), Stalin (a possible preacher), and Mao Tse-tung (a possible school teacher) appeared as a poor young man each.

SECTION I: DIRECT AID BY GOVERNMENT TO PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Each person must have his or her account in the central bank.

If he or she is out of job or without income needed for decent living, the Government order the central bank to infuse an appropriate amount of money into his or her account.

This scheme must be adopted from a humanitarian view point based on universal justice of mankind.


But, this scheme will help economy develop with a desirable consumption level assured.

In a democratic and free social system supported by market economy, there is no reason to deny the infusion of an appropriate amount of money by the government into an account of each person.

It is so, since economics can develop also to offer a new theory that rationalizes the scheme.

The government should unconditionally give money to each person who needs it through an account he or she is entitled to have in the central bank.




You may laugh at this model, but it is similar to what Former Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Taro Aso did in 2009, providing cash of $130 for each Japanese citizen through his or her account in a city bank as a special measure to cope with the great recession triggered by Lehman Shock (one family got, accordingly, $520 or so).

If this amount had been $520 or 50,000 yen per person, Mr. Aso and the LDP must have secured their regime from the DPJ led by Mr. Yukio Hatoyama, incumbent P.M. of Japan, in the summer of 2009.

To make it sure, I myself did not receive that $130, since I did not want to give my bank account number to public officials not in charge of national taxation.

What I want to discuss here is that you need two different types of super-heroes to stop, defeat, and destroy great power.

In short, Xiang Yu was a super warrior who did not mind being surrounded by 200,000 enemy troops in siege warfare as long as he had enough soldiers; in most cases eventually Xiang Yu took on 200,000 enemy troops without mercy even after making them prisoners.

Liu Bang was liked by ordinary people as he did not exercise evil power on others mercilessly. Local small-time leader-turned general Liu Bang could understand ordinary people and find merit of talented people. In the final phase of the rivalry between the two heroes, as Liu Bang promised huge territories to some powerful war lords, they joined Liu Bang to overwhelmingly outnumber the Xiang Wu's camp, which decided the case after the two great heroes destroyed the Qin Dynasty.

Yet, the Great Qing Dynasty had to be defeated in fierce large-scale battles against Xiang Yu and lose support of war lords, great scholars and strategists, generals, soldiers, and finally people to Liu Bang if the first Chinese empire had been destined to fall, which actually happened. It is so since Qin had excellent scholars and strategists, courageous and able generals, and so many strong troops since the days of First Emperor Zheng.

When the Han Dynasty was established by Liu Bang as emperor, Confucianism revived in China.

As Jesus Christ himself is revolution, it is far better to see revolution coming true before one's own death.

Indeed, it must be sad to die believing that the First Chinese Empire would last forever or people will never do away with money for ever.

A Big Game


In the coming era of electric cars, everybody will surely start to build his own car in his garage with simple parts and a power source battery purchased at a nearby supermarket, since the battery can be charged from a power outlet at home.

Yet, as long as economy depends on cars, the Kingdom of God will not come on the earth. We had better go back to the era of agriculture-based economy to start over.


SECTION I: Mr. Akio Toyoda Live on Larry King Show

Everybody concerned in Japan was watching CNN Larry King Show where the Toyota President made appearance live on a cable TV channel.

Mr. Larry King asked, "What car do you have and drive?"

Mr. Akio Toyoda answered, "I drive various cars. I drive 200 different cars per year. I love cars very much."

However, the issue is the electronic throttle control, a sort of fly-by-wire.

Mr. Toyoda said he is not an engineer, but he should have been.

Based on my own experience in working in an electronic engineering field, I do not like the idea of the electronic throttle control.

What an electronic circuit designer should mind before completion of his design work is how much his design can withstand malfunction caused by various factors.

The principle is that an engineer should take every measure known as effective to possible troubles known so far.

But, if he tries to take a new measure to a new type of possible trouble which has not been known, he must justify the need, integrity, and costs of taking the new measure. The burden to prove the need for a new measure to company's management is sometimes huge enough to squash an ambition of an engineer.

And, in a company such as Toyota so much dedicated to cost reduction, it will be very hard for an engineer who has found a new possible problem to persuade management to implement a new costly measure for a case that is expected to happen once in 1,000,000 to 100,000 occasions of any sort.

The electronic throttle control circuits can malfunction when an abnormal voltage change occurs, an electric noise occurs, a too high temperature due to heat occurs, a too strong radio wave comes in, etc.

So, Toyota should mount at least three electronic control units (ECUs) for safety. But, they have equipped their car with only two ECUs for prioritizing deceleration over acceleration in case of collision of the two requests. This cannot be even judged to be sufficient according to U.S. Military Specifications and Standards, in my guess, which must support a full majority-rule system.

However, car driving itself is a very rough action in a rough situation. Usually, malfunction in electronic circuits and software processing which happens in several milliseconds can be also corrected or superseded favorably in several milliseconds.

In short, an ECU can malfunction once in every 100 micro-seconds while processing hundreds of software routines without causing an apparent trouble outwardly, which no one can prove or deny since it is an event in the micro-second or milli-second sphere driven by a small amount of voltage and current which can fluctuate at any moment in a rough state.

Toyota should offer a non-ECU version for every model it sells.

And, Toyota should pay heartful money in whatever term to every family whose member is killed in an accident involving a TOYOTA car, so as to avoid the Japan bashing.

Finally, Mr. Toyoda had better stop driving 200 different (expensive) cars per year but go to farming land to work under the sun like a man who can laugh like a hero at a president of a car maker.


SECTION II TOYODA'S TOYOTA

A great grandfather of Mr. Akio Toyoda is Sakichi Toyoda (1867-1930).

It is very symbolic that the great inventor of textile weaving loom in Japan was born one year before the end of the samurai era and one year after the start of the Great Depression.

Sakichi Toyoda visited Europe and America in 1910 to be highly amazed at developed technology in the Western world. But, he was also convinced that his invention was also of a world class.

In 1921, his company advanced to Shanghai, China, and exported plant facilities to India in 1929.

However, Sakichi Toyoda was born as a son of a poor carpenter. After graduating from an elementary school, Sakichi Toyoda became a poor carpenter himself. But, he wanted to save poor people in his village, so that he started to learn by himself subscribing newspapers published in Tokyo. Then, he found that it was not only his village but whole Japan that was poor. He decided to make Japan prosperous, as he came to love Japan, through his own invention which was actually a new loom.

His son, Kiichi Toyoda, namely a grandfather of Mr. Akio Toyoda, became the second president of Toyota Motor Corporation in 1941.

His grandson, Mr. Shoichiro Toyoda became the sixth president of Toyota Motor Corporation in 1981.

His great grandson, namely Mr. Akio Toyoda, became the 11th president of Toyota Motor Corporation in 2009.

Today, Toyota Group, with its headquarters in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, has a workforce of total 320,000 employees on a consolidated basis.

I cannot believe this reaction. But, the Japanese media have received huge money from the big sponsor Toyota in these decades. The Toyota Labor Union is the big supporter for the ruling Democratic Party of Japan. Toyota needs the strong support from the pro-China Hatoyama Cabinet for their future large-scale deployment in the Chinese market.

But, as if patriotic persons, some Japanese pundits, critics, economists, and notable people have started to claim: "Save Toyota! Help Toyota! Support Toyota! Have the Japanese Government protect Toyota from evil American attacks! It is an attack on the Hatoyama Cabinet but not only on Toyota!"

My opinion is that by correcting and disciplining Toyota, we can force the Big 3 to learn a lesson so that Ford, GM, and Chrysler will design, manufacture, and offer safer and more reliable vehicles to American and global consumers.

As for anti-Japanism among American elites, we can deal with it later after settlement of this Toyota Problem.

Anyway, if a game enters this kind of phase, the only option is to save American consumers from possible Toyota's wrong design, wrong production, and mismanagement under the name of Justice.

If Toyota is not good for American consumers at last, have it come back to Japan. Then, Nissan, Honda, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, etc. should go.

By the way, Japanese exports to America recovered this January up 40.9% year-on-year to $50 billion, though this amount is still 77% of that of January 2008 before the Lehman Shock.

Some Japanese conservative people start to claim:"The Democratic Party of Japan led by Secretary-General Mr. Ichiro Ozawa is heading for communism."

Veteran lawmaker Mr. Ichiro Ozawa is a kind of businessman specializing in election. Since he lost his position in the mainstream conservative Liberal Democratic Party of Japan 15 years ago, he adopted an anti-LDP election policy that inevitably has led him to labor unions, the Japanese socialist party, and even the Chinese Communist Party, all for necessity in winning election against the mainstream conservative LDP.

In Beijin late last year, Japanese Lower House member Mr. Ozawa reportedly said to Chinese leaders, "I will make the best efforts in Japan as a kind of a general of the Chinese Red Army."

Probably, if he can be the de facto top of the DPJ, 40-year-long politician Mr. Ozawa would not mind if the DPJ follows actually communism philosophy which is so ostentatiously practiced in North Korea nowadays.

In addition, like so many smart Japanese politicians, Mr. Ozawa has not mentioned anything on the Toyota Problem, so far.

Yet, Japanese Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation Mr. Seiji Maehara said yesterday that he would have his officials review the recall system in Japan for benefits of consumers.

A politician should not think: "Economists say that the central bank will provide companies with money through banks. So, work hard in plants, shops, and fields to make economy improved."

All of them should start to work hard in plants, shops, and fields to make economy improved, since money and value of money are mostly controlled by businesses as a whole.

That is why if you do not start to correct and discipline them, starting with Toyota, you cannot do anything to improve economy even to the extent Chinese communist elites could.

SECTION I: The Tokugawa Clan and TOYOTA

Before the start of modernization or Westernization of Japan in late 1860's, Japan was under a samurai regime of the Tokugawa clan.

The Tokugawa clan was originally a minor feudal samurai lord in the late 16th century when their great leader Ieyasu emerged.

Their territory was around Shizuoka to Nagoya, a coastal area facing the Pacific Ocean between Kyoto and Tokyo.

Ieyasu waited for his time wisely following powerful leader Oda Nobunaga, though assassinated before unifying Japan, and then strategist Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Just after 1600, Ieyasu finally destroyed the regime and force of Hideyoshi's successors through battles at Osaka.

Ieyasu established a samurai regime that lasted for 260 years, setting the administrative capital of Japan in Edo, currently called Tokyo.

The organization and systems of the Tokugawa government functioned well even after the closure of the nation in 1639. But, it had one unique feature.

The Tokugawa clan would not change its traditional style and systems of administration since they had been a minor feudal samurai lord in the late 16th century. Even after they unified Japan and started to control the whole nation from Edo, they simply implanted their old domestic administrative systems and style into the new government. For more than 250 years, the successive Tokugawa shoguns (samurai kings) governed Japan using an administrative machine whose architecture and systems were the same as those of the era when they had just occupied a local territory generations ago.

In their world, preceding examples were extremely observed as a token of ancestor worship. Accordingly, they did not change their political style and management machine. They governed Japan as if they had been governing their own house for 250 years.

Interestingly, Toyota Motor Corporation was originally established in the local area where the Tokugawa had grown, thus setting its headquarters in Nagoya but not in Tokyo. Toyota might be still deploying in the U.S. and global markets without changing a management paradigm its founder and past leaders had adhered to.

In short, Toyota had better adopt a new philosophy, since the Tokugawa clan finally lost power when a great wave of Westernization reached Japan.

Though the great country-samurai-type or family-business-type regime of the Tokugawas survived two and half centuries, Toyota executives should go to Bhutan to learn the guiding philosophy of Gross National Happiness (GNH) Bhutan's former King Jigme Singye Wangchuck originally advocated in 1972.

In 2000's, the Korean Peninsula observed 436 earthquakes.

In 2009, they measured an earthquake 60 times in the peninsula, which is the largest since 1978 when the Korean Meteorological Agency started observation of earthquakes.

Too much reliance on issuance of national bonds makes wider the gap between the rich and the poor.

It is so, since it is only the rich that can purchase national bonds and receive interest being paid from the national budget financed by tax and the bonds.

Constitution of any country should declare that the the government must not make the rich richer by sacrificing the poor.

Otherwise, constitution in the 21st century must have an article that imposes on the government a mission to make the poor rich.

A man does not belong to a country called the Poor-Dom or the Rich-Dom, he belongs to, say, Japan, Israel, etc.

Specificity of Wave

An internal state (S) of a man changes along with time (t) when psychological energy (P) works on him as expressed below using differentiation (d).

In this world, there are two types of decisive energy for a man: God (G) and Money (M).

dS/dt = (G+M)*S

If we could specify the mathematical functions showing G and M for each individual, we can see a mathematical function characterizing the internal state of each individual.

The modern physics is also based on the following equation that can offer a concrete mathematical form of a state of matter:
dF (t, x)/dt = H*F (t, x)

F: Function showing the state of an entity.
dF/dt: Change along time (t) of a state of an entity.
H: Total energy in a form, called Hamiltonian, that can mathematically operate on F as a double differentiation by space or distance (x).

This equation means that if you can define a mathematical expression of energy, namely H, you may get a mathematical expression of the state of an entity.

Here, surrounding energy comes first; the state of an object is a target.

It may be strange that a change along time can be equal to a change of a change in space. But, a wave is one of such natural phenomena, since its change of a change in time can be equal to a change of a change in space. (For example, acceleration is a change of a change in a distance a car runs per unit time.)


Check if you can perceive both the changes on a wave on the water surface.
