During a red-carpet interview at the Cannes Film Festival Thursday, Stone said she'd been torn about what to do for the victims of the earthquake in China, whose staggering death toll has been steadily climbing and could surpass 80,000, because she doesn't agree with the country's policies…

But the "Basic Instinct" actress had a change of heart when she got a letter from the Tibetan Foundation saying the organization wanted to be helpful to the quake victims. Stone was humbled.

Last night, or very early this morning at 1:20 a.m. of Saturday in Japan, I started to watch a TV discussion program with participants including politicians and journalists.

This program moderated by Mr. Soichiro Tawara has been hotly supported by politically-minded citizens for decades in Japan, though I have seldom watched it.

(More than a decade ago, in this TV program, I saw Mr. Shintaro Ishihara, incumbent Governor of Tokyo but then a Parliament legislator, taking on a troubled or embarrassed expression while confronting some young politicians of opposite parties.

I thought it was not a place for such a politician as Mr. Shintaro Ishihara who had his own political view and faith, no matter if so classic, since he is a famed author, too.

And, sometime after that, he gave up his seat in the Diet or the Parliament of Japan.)

Very early this morning, they were talking about issues related to politicians and bureaucrats in Japan.

But till I turned off the television about half an hour after, no one reminded other attendees of the late Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Ministry who had committed suicide one year ago before a national election, causing the defeat of the ruling parties and thus the surprising resignation of the then Prime Minister Mr. Shinzo Abe a few months after.

The unlucky minister, having been tenaciously attacked by the opposition parties for a money scandal for several months till his death, was an ex-elite-bureaucrat of the Japanese Government.

What I mean is you had better not neglect even one female announcer’s death, two workers’ deaths, and 80,000 people’s deaths in Tokyo, New York, and China, respectively, in these days, since more pious people are suffering in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Tibet, New Orleans, etc., if they do not trigger a regime change…

Americans like to find glory as a proof in high achievement of completeness, integrity, and balance.

That is why commercial goods, from a high-rise building to a home electric appliance, must be attractive enough in this context, evoking in the mind of consumers any personal sense of glory and beauty.

Even, those in power and citizens, too, often view their era or the past by measuring it with the concept of glory or beauty.

Conversely, the era so distressful and ugly cannot be even fully discussed in a textbook of history.

Judaism is one of rare exceptions to this general rule in this context.

SECTION I: CO2 vs. ATOMIC NUCLEUS

When burning oil, the following reaction occurs illustratively:

C3H8 + 5O2 => 3CO2 + 4H2O + Heat

Heat: C + O2 => CO2 + 94.05 Kcal/mol or 3.93E+5 J/mol

On the other hand, heat generated through nuclear fusion is 6.3E+10 J/mol.

Compared 393000 Jules with 63000000000 Jules, the nuclear fusion generates 100,000 times larger energy per unit of materials.

But, the nuclear fusion is so far believed to need large-scale complicated systems and facilities dealing with very high temperature, while burning oil needs a conventional heat power station.

Yet, if the nuclear fusion is realized in a small-sized or economical system at normal temperature, it offers, as a routine process, hundred-thousand times larger energy than a steam power plant.

But, every scientific experiment for this aim has so far only produced dubious data. Or, its claimed success has been always doubted in terms of repeatability or reproductivity.



SECTION II: THE NEW THEORY

There are still some die-hard scientists who have been pursuing cold fusion in experiment or theory, though the mainstream scientific community is cool to the prospect of study on nuclear fusions to be realized at ordinary temperatures and pressures.

The scientist, Mr. Hideo Kozima, Professor Emeritus at Shizuoka University, wrote that a great number of neutrons form a kind of wave in a crystal structure of some metal that has already absorbed hydrogen or heavy hydrogen deuterium, so as to gather together in a very high density.

In this state, a neutron (N) reacts with a deuterium (D), which is a kind of hydrogen, causing heat. The heat further accelerates reactions with other particles in the solid metal substance. The total reactions all the more accelerates the neutrons which in turn accelerate deuteriums through elastic scattering. Then, the deuteriums are fused together generating a helium (He) and heat as follows:

D (high energy) + D => He (with 3Ns, 0.82 MeV) + N (2.45 MeV), or

D (high energy) + D => He (with 4Ns, 76 keV) + Gamma-Ray (light, 23.8 MeV)

According to Mr. Hideo Kozima's theory, the key to achieving this type of cold fusion is the existence of a great multitude of neutrons, in the background, each of which has however no electric charge at all.



SECTION III: NUCLEUS AND ELECTRONS

A hydrogen atom has one nucleus and one electron, like the earth and the moon.

A carbon atom has one nucleus and six electrons.

An oxygen atom has one nucleus and eight electrons.

Our body is made of hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, etc., and thus is made of many nuclei and more electrons.

(Electrons are source of electricity in a macro size.)

But, a nucleus is made of protons and neutrons.

A special force combines these two types of particles together to form a nucleus, which is a source of nuclear energy.

And, very strangely, a proton has an electric charge with the strength exactly equal to that an electron has, though their polar characters are opposite, negative and positive.

This is one of the biggest mysteries in the universe.

Why can a proton and an electron share the same amount of electric charge, though in the opposite directions, while the mass of each particle is as follows:

Proton: 1.6726E-24 gram
Neutron: 1.6750E-24 gram
Electron: 0.0009E-24 gram

(E-24 = 0.000000000000000000000001)

In short, a proton is 1835 times heavier than an electron, though in the sphere of 1/1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 grams. Nonetheless, its strength of the electric charge is exactly the same as that of one electron.

Anyway, as an atom is electrically neutral, for example, a carbon atom with six electrons has six protons in addition six neutrons in a normal case.

A hydrogen atom is simpler, with one proton and one electron but no neutron. However, it can have one or more neutrons. When it has one neutron, it is called deuterium as above used in the nuclear fusion.

And, I have an idea about why the God, who is the Creator of the Universe, set the rule of electric charges for a proton and an electron.

But, remember, if the strength of the charge in each particle is even slightly different, there would be no atoms at all in this universe.

Yet, strangely again, scientists only state that the common value of the charge is about 1.602176487E-19 coulombs.

Even mass-produced goods in the industry of mankind cannot meet this standard of precision.

(One coulomb is equal to energy carried by one ampere of electric current for one second. Maybe the French scientist, A.M. Ampere, is still too much influential...)

Finally, without enough faith and awe in God, mankind will not be allowed to fully use the nucleus power, including nucleus fusion as well as nuclear fission so safely.

In addition, it is a Japanese scientist, called Hideki Yukawa, who first theoretically explained the nature of the force (different from an electric charge or gravity) that combines a proton with a neutron in a nucleus, though ironically before WWII or an atomic bomb attack on Hiroshima and Nagaski in 1945; Listen to Japanese scientists.




(Now you know how confusing the term “carbon” is to the general public, while CO2-global-warming theory advocacy groups are selling a wrong idea on the origin of CO2.

Carbon atoms are everywhere including inside our bodies; but they have nothing to do with global warming unless they are burnt to form CO2.

Now, I wonder about what horrible misleading idea those bad guys will try to infuse into the general public in terms of nuclear power.

That is why any news on cold fusion must be checked carefully.

In a late-night TV news program last night in Japan, they untiringly reported on Mrs. Clinton.

Can she pass all she has obtained in the Primaries so far on Mr. Al Gore?

If she legally transfers her right to be an official Presidential-Election candidate of the Democratic Party, no matter how slim its chance is now, to Mr. Al Gore, I suppose, the Earth would be better preserved, regardless of truth of the CO2 effect.


(Why can't the right to be elected as the US President be traded like the CO2 emission credit at all?

It is because money is dirtier than CO2, isn't it?)



PART I: THE METHOD OF SCIENCE

Economists have a special sense in combining some economic factors together to explain the real world phenomena.

But, economy itself (as well as business and industry) is conditioned also by history, culture, politics, and even religion and large-scale conspiracy, the academic knowledge on economics cannot solve problems.

But, science is for truth. And, there is a well established methodology to pursue truth in a scientific manner.

And nowadays, as CO2, a scientific matter, is a big issue, you have to listen to scientists but not economists.

To have a sound insight into the nature and the scientific truth, you have to undergo special training not only in engineering but also in pure science.

You have to read at least "Science et method" Jules-Henri Poincaré (April 29, 1854 – July 17, 1912) wrote and I read when I was a student though in the Japanese translation, since the Japanese language is so versatile and advanced.


PART II: HEAT OR CO2 FROM BURNING



In any discussion, explanation, or publicity, responsible parties in charge must use the above figure.

There are two major factors that have caused a global-temperature rise in these decades: HEAT (energy) and CO2.

Or more specifically,
(1) The heat or energy directly emitted to the air from burning fuels through machine in facilities, and

(2) CO2 also emitted when burning fuels to the air, which absorbs heat from the ground and sends it back to the surrounding air or down to the ground.

And, inevitably, to reduce the amount of either or the both, we have to reduce the amount of fuels used and burnt.

In other word, you can only advertise the effect of CO2 and have people reduce the amount of fuels used, so as to stop the increase in temperature, since the heat released to the air thorough combustion-machine and facilities can be also abated in the process.

It is a nice trick to the extent called a conspiracy.

(It is so, since the amount of CO2 mankind has added to the naturally-generated CO2 in the atmosphere is at most 3.3% [7.2 giga-tons per year against 210 giga-tons per year], which however gives a warning against inflated material desire of the human civilization accompanied by an explosive use of energy.)

Significantly, it is not yet sufficiently explained: how exactly the ambient temperature will rise when human industrial activities, mostly electric power generation and transportation, add 3.3% more CO2 to the air, while behavior of CO2 absorbing and releasing heat from the ground are complicated in terms of energy conservation and an entropy/temperature balance.


SECTION III: A KEY POINT

CO2 is generated only when burning a fossil fuel.

(CO2 can be also generated when using crude oil as an material for manufacturing chemical products through chemical reactions, which however is not included here for some reasons, as you should know.)

In short, CO2 is generated only when burning oil, coal, or natural gas in electric power generator, or burning gasoline or the like in the engine of a car, a ship or an airplane.

So, if you use less electricity, the industry will use less fuels and thus generate less CO2.

If you travel less, cars, ships, and airplanes will use less fuels and thus generate less CO2.

So, it is a conspiracy to shout "Reduce CO2" without shouting "Reduce the use of fuels, electricity, and occasions for traveling."

In other words, to shout "Reduce CO2" without shouting "Abandon a materially rich life" is an act of conspiracy.

It is especially so, when ordinary citizens have had no special training on how to think and analyze things in a scientific manner, which super-rich people and politicians well know.

"A year ago, many meteorologists predicted that higher levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere would make the year 2007 the hottest in the last decade, but, fortunately, these predictions did not become reality," Abdusamatov said.

He also said that in 2008, global temperatures would drop slightly, rather than rise, due to unprecedentedly low solar radiation in the past 30 years, and would continue decreasing even if industrial emissions of carbon dioxide reach record levels.

By 2041, solar activity will reach its minimum according to a 200-year cycle, and a deep cooling period will hit the Earth approximately in 2055-2060. It will last for about 45-65 years, the scientist added.

"By the mid-21st century the planet will face another Little Ice Age, similar to the Maunder Minimum, because the amount of solar radiation hitting the Earth has been constantly decreasing since the 1990s and will reach its minimum approximately in 2041," he said.

I admit that the global warming is a concrete fact and it is partly due to the too-lax use of crude oil, coal, and natural gas.

The heat in the air is increasing due to heat and CO2, both emitted from power generators and vehicle engines, I admit, too.

But, too much emphasis on CO2 is a conspiracy.

And, they are now revealing their true self by introducing a scheme to reap profits through CO2 emission-rights transactions.

Yet, I respect Mr. Al Gore’s efforts to boost awareness of a grave change in global climate (and even somebody calls me Al, too, very personally).

But, President Mr. George W. Bush might be doing a right thing in an extreme case that things are really exceptionally complicated at its deep core.

His invasion of Iraq and his efforts to consolidate US power base in the Middle East have become a big factor for present financial prosperity of some Arab nations around the Persian Gulf.

It may allow the U.S. to contribute to future stabilization of oil supply and its prices while oil stockpiles in the nature are getting scarce.

It might turn to be a wise decision eventually that he avoids the easy adoption of the Kyoto Protocol but advocates the expansion of development and a wider use of biomass fuel.

In future, his cool policy toward poor Americans might be overlooked due to his miracle contribution to security of energy sources for mankind, very ironically.

You cannot judge people, politicians, and players in any fields in terms of good and evil.

Only the God judges.

PART I: AFRICA AND CO2

Presidents and prime ministers of African nations are now gathering in Tokyo.

At the TICAD, or Tokyo International Conference on African Development, taking place this Wednesday through Friday, Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda will announce a new plan to double ODA to African countries to ¥200 billion over the next five years.

Today, Japan’s Foreign Minister Mr. Masahiko Komura is to invite top leaders from Sudan and other neighboring countries to a dinner meeting as part of efforts to solve the conflict in the region.

Though, Japan’s ex-Ambassador Mr. Naoto Amaki wrote in his popular blog a few weeks ago that bureaucrats of Japan’s Foreign Ministry were inefficient and inept largely, I think it could be a big chance for Japan even such officials or fools can contribute some to.

This is typical of the opportunity where the God or History uses any such officials for a specific purpose upon intelligence, recognition, and awareness of people involved or concerned.

Now African people and leaders have observed the terrible effects of the horrible earthquake in China, which could happen anyway at unknown date and time in a century, actually having occurred at this moment of history, or in the middle of China’s vigorous economic invasion of Africa.

Or it actually happened when they got invitation from Japan who is subsequently to hold the G8 Summit.

Since some pious Africans may believe that the Great Earthquake in China occurred due to their wrong involvement in Sudan, they would more listen to Japan.

And, no matter how half-hearted Japanese diplomats are, as the ex-Ambassador criticized, they have only one direction to go together with Africans, namely toward protection and preservation of the environment and the nature (from European aggressors) that holds abundant natural resources.

That is why they have to be alert, keeping an eye on greedy wolves in sheep’s clothing or European elites holding up the War for CO2 as well as Chinese Communist Party holding up the War for Resources.

And more importantly, reduction of the use of oil, coal, and natural gas, in addition to efficient generation and use of electricity, with a sound focus on energy saving will stop an anthropogenic temperature rise, with a collateral reduction of CO2 emission.

The members of the Bilderberg Group are yet to start their annual meeting, since they did not go to Athens.

They are reasonably to get together in Washington D.C., probably for convenience to meet with US Presidential candidates, at least by chance, in my observation.

PART III: TECHNOLOGY FOR ENERGY BUT NOT CO2

For Builderbergers, the global warming is a chance to make big profits leveraging an ambiguous CO2 effect on a temperature increase.

For Japanese and American industries, the global warming is a stage of another technical development competition.

Whatever the real cause for global warming is, it is apparent that mankind needs a new technology to suppress the use of fossil energy resources, such as oil, coal, and natural gas, in order to protect and preserve the nature.

What we want is not CO2 commercialization technology but energy-saving technology.

It is because the energy saving technology logically reduces the amount of CO2 to be emitted to the air after the use of energy.

Europeans and Bilderbergers are slyly emphasizing CO2. But the issue is the ineffective use of energy. And, energy output from machine directly contributes to a rise in temperature unlike CO2 which can contribute some very indirectly.

As the US technology allows its spacecraft to safely land on Mars, US scientists must know an issue of gas in the air of a planet is a secondary one, since a certain change in energy balance in Mars must have caused the present state of its ground and air.

PART IV: CALCULATION OF TEMPERATURE WITHOUT CO2

1) The total amount of energy globally used in 2005 (E):
4.42558E+20 Jules
(E+1 = 10, E+2 = 100, etc.)

2) The total amount of the air on the earth (M):
4.6E+21 grams

3) The specific heat ratio of the air (C):
1.006 Jules / gram*degree
(applied to between 273 and 323 degrees of absolute temperature)

4) The amount of a temperature rise the energy emitted to the air has caused (T):
T = (0.95 * E) / (C * M) = 0.09
(95% of energy used is not from hydroelectric power generators)

Therefore the rise of global temperature in 2005 directly caused by energy emitted from machine to the air is 0.09 degrees.

In similar calculation with 1985 energy consumption of 2.52E+20, the rise of global temperature in 1985 directly caused by energy emitted from machine to the air is 0.05 degrees.

With assumption of a linear increase in energy used, the average yearly temperature rise from 1985 to 2005 is 0.07 degree.

It means a 1.4 degree rise (0.07 x 20) of the global temperature between 1985 and 2005, only due to energy emitted to the air from machine all over the world, without including the dubious CO2 effect.

And more importantly, reduction of the use of oil, coal, and natural gas, in addition to efficient generation and use of electricity, with a sound focus on energy saving will stop an anthropogenic temperature rise, with a collateral reduction of CO2 emission.

When the Chinese President visited Tokyo several weeks ago, there was one rare occurrence in terms of traditional diplomatic protocol in Eat Asia.

No Rothschilds, no Rockefellers, and no communists are against your pursuing the Sept. 11’s WTC Conspiracy, since they can safely pursue the business with oil-rich Arabs, owing to your effort to turn people’s concern from global machination around oil, weapons, and big money to fantasy of revival of Nazis in Washington D.C.

But, they all will make full efforts to hinder your pursuing the truth of the CO2 Conspiracy.

Now you must wonder why there are no big arguments about this energy flow from the Sun through the Nature of the Earth to the human industrial world, and then all the way back to the outer space.

Heat and temperature are linked more with energy flow than with CO2.

You must request any clear answer to this doubt; and you will know that they can only provide an incredibly ambiguous answer in terms of scientific rigor and exactness.

As I wrote on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, the equations used for analysis of the state of the ambient are not so authentic, since many first-rate scientists have doubts on their exactness and soundness.

Criticism of the Current Equations and Modeling

There are, of course, various criticism of the current method for modeling of the global climate and calculation of the effect of CO2.

(1) A grid used for global climate calculation has a size of 50km x 50 km on the ocean and 270km x 270km in the air, which is too rough to be reliable and realistic.

(2) The Navier-Stokes equations were essentially created for calculating a micro-scale portion of fluid, called fluid particles; and thus its application to macroscopic meteorological phenomena are doubtful whether they produce any meaningful result.

(3) The Navier-Stokes equations are not effective in taking into consideration the need to assign to each point in space the value of viscosity and density of air and sea water that change incessantly.

(4) Even for ordinary weather forecast where a mesh of 5km x 5km (3 miles x 3 miles) is used, there is no assurance that the equations are valid in a scientific manner, though the gap between reality and calculation can be smaller, since the target period is only a few days but not years as in the case of the global warming study.

In 1990, the Upper House of the Japanese Parliament (Diet) held a hearing session on energy issues related to the industry and natural resources.

An expert witness testified that the energy flow between the human sphere and the environment caused an increase of temperature by 0.05 degrees Celsius per year.

It results in a 1-degree Celsius increase in 20 years.

( A degree in Fahrenheit is equal to the one in Celsius multiplied by 1.8 plus 32.)

A 2-degree increase in global temperature causes the large-scaled melting around the North Pole.

With modification of the energy effect calculation to match the present energy use of mankind, the energy theory might give a 2-degree increase in global temperature since 1980's, actually causing the large-scale ice melting around the North Pole in these years.
