Last night I saw a full moon being partially covered by drifting clouds. An old woman was standing on a pathway to take pictures of the moon being annoyed by chilly night clouds though there was no denying the beautiful of the full moon even being observed from a running vehicle. Indeed the moon is the finest actress on the silver screen of the nightly air.

Now everybody in the Japanese journalism is talking about the 20-nation financial summit being held in Washington D.C. My impression on President Mr. George W. Bush is that he is now confident that no Great Depression will occur in the U.S. and the world while the financial crisis is being suppressed as a huge amount of dollars are being retrieved back to the U.S. financial sector and investors.

The key to understanding the significance of this G20 summit is Japan’s pledge to provide $100 billion to IMF, which must give confidence to leaders from more than two dozen governments. Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Taro Aso reportedly himself added, altered, and tinkered with a draft of his planned message prepared by bureaucrats in a jet plane flying over the Pacific Ocean.

(Though as Prime Minister Mr. Aso sometimes mispronounced Kanji expressions some critics and journalists in Japan have come to doubt his intelligence, I do not think it serves Japan’s national interests to fail him due to poor achievement in only one subject, the Japanese philology, since he is fluently speaking English to President Mr. Bush [seriously, please].)

So, I hope that the second or follow-up G20 Financial Summit will be held in Tokyo soon after January 20, 2009. New President Mr. Barack Obama must fly to Tokyo soon after his inauguration to discuss with 20-nation leaders the trend of crude oil prices and Chinese economy, since Dubai might become a ghost town and more than 60,000 factories were already closed in China.

As you see, a great shinto shrine was situated just between Mt. Fuji and Mt. Tsukuba, two holy and prominent mountains in the Kanto Region where Tokyo Metropolitan has developed on the Tokyo Bay. The shrine is said to have been built more than 1500 years ago.

Interestingly, from the era of King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba, Mecca was destined to be a great religious center even till the 21st century.

The Wars around Baghdad and Kabul were also predetermined to happen at the same time.

Cairo and Damascus were also foretold as two key cities for security of Jerusalem even in the 21st century.

Power shifts from Athens to Rome, Rome to Paris, and further Paris to London and Washington D.C. seem to have been so indicated in the global map of 4000 years ago, if Sumerians had prepared it.

That is why I am telling you that History is God.

It is just 25 years before the birth of Jesus Christ in ancient Isreal that Cleopatra died in Alexandria which is very close to Judea, since Egypt is directly connected to Palestine even 2000 years ago.

Everybody in Judea must have well understood what tragedy had happened in Egypt 25 years before Jesus was born.

If you are super rich or even a member of a royal family of today, I am afraid that probably you cannot find a politically and religiously correct answer.

Indeed, to get a right answer to this simple question, you have to abandon your wealth and a royal title.

But, could you do that?

I can at least answer for myself that it is because it is the very reason for that the God Almighty had decided to send His Sole Son to Palestine or Judea in 6 B.C.

The following is a hypothesis-based analysis.

It may be somehow dangerous to claim it as truth or part of a conspiracy.

But, a historic incident needs a review based on a historical view.

From a historical viewpoint, Mr. Obama’s victory is all the more meaningful due to Judaists supporting him so crucially.

The significance of the fact that before an American Judaist is elected as U.S. President, an African American has been elected so cannot be denied even in the historical context.

Specifically, for certain people or a certain group of people, it might be a predetermined course of the American history that an African-American Christian is elected as U.S. President before an American Judaist is elected so.

When a book Mr. Obama had written become a bestseller in The New York Times ranking a few years ago, I also felt something unusual.

Then recently I carefully checked Mr. Obama. He was imitating the genuine African-American way of speaking with the accent unique to African Americans. But, there is no color of African Americans in Mr. Obama’s eyes. Mr. Obama’s eyes do not look like those of African Americans whose ancestors had learnt every aspect of fear and hate in slavery before the Civil War. (Mr. Obama might be naturally and very privately thinking, "Everybody thinks I am black, but I am white.")

Yet, what American Judaists need is the type of persons being fleshed out exactly in Mr. Obama.

The horror and hate Judaists have experienced at least in these 2000 years might far surpass the fear and hate African Americans must have suffered since their ancestors had been forced to leave Africa hundreds of years ago.

It is American Judaists that can take initiative but not African Americans. American Judaists can leverage African Americans so covertly and so skillfully but not the other way around.

No matter how rich and arrogant a European-Americans Christian is, if he senses a strong force of American Judaists behind Mr. Obama, he will never insult Mr. Obama. Yet, if any smart and heroic American Judaist is to directly stand as President for such a rich and arrogant European-American Christian, he must expect any covert and harmful insult from such a European-American Christian.

Therefore, Mr. Obama’s success must be the very great success of some capable but hidden group of American Judaists.

For them this economic crisis of the U.S. might not be so important, since it is a matter of a few years or a decade if the longest. But, an enterprise to send "their President" to the White House must be an agenda of centuries.

Otherwise, do Anglo-Saxon magnates really need an African American as "their President" at all?

I don’t think it is wrong for Israelis and Judaists in the world to leverage the popularity and talent of Mr. Obama. If they can avoid any subtle possibility of another Holocaust happening even in the United States by leveraging any African Americans so blessed materially and intellectually, it is reasonable for them to do so from historical point of view.

If an African American is elected as U.S. President in his 40’s with only several years of experience in the national politics, there must be a special force behind him no matter how much talented and heroic he might look and speak. This is a very natural and basic speculation.

And the bottom line is that if it is so, the very force behind Mr. Obama cares for a 2000-year long agenda but not a year or two span of a financial crisis or economic slump, since the force must be very Judaistic.

If America loses its status of being a superpower in terms of economy under the administration of Mr. Obama, that force behind Mr. Obama will not worry.

Very ironically, though Mr. Obama has won in the Presidential Election mostly owing to support from poor European Americans, his ultimate mission might be to promote security for Judaists, in America and Israel as well as globally, no matter if American economy is sacrificed.

Now you can celebrate the victory of Mr. Barack Obama with Judaists and Israelis.

It is so because the central player of the history of mankind is still Israelites and Judaists.

It is so because our civilization globally is still within a range of the glory of Jesus Christ who lived as a son of a man or as an Israelite 2000 years ago when not a shadow of African Americans was on the earth.

In a short range, Mr. Barack Obama is a hero for African Americans. But, in a long range of history, he may be a surrogate hero of Judaists, especially American Judaists and modern Israelis.

In either case, what I want to claim as a genuine Japanese is that the God seems to love Japan as much as He loves America and Israel, which I am very much sure of, since Japan does not need any surrogate of Judaists or a pure Judaist as its leader.

This might be part of conspiracy but we have to respect the Taiwanese people. Claiming a conspiracy theory speculatively can be sometimes an insult to no-nonsense people involved and concerned.

Yet, I somehow worry about how the world would assume the state of politicians in Tokyo. It is well known that the world does not know Japan. The world does not know that Japan has been the largest financial contributor to the American economy and also the largest industrial contributor to China in these decades, though the world recognizes Japan as the number-one contributor to the global peace after World War II.

So, let’s check what national lawmakers in Tokyo are writing and posting into their blogs:

- Yasuhisa Shiozaki (Liberal Democratic Party)
Former Chief Cabinet Secretary Mr. Shiozaki wrote that he found many old friends among 17 leading and influential members of the transition team Mr. Obama chose to prepare his own administration. Japan’s Diet member Mr. Shiozaki especially recalled that he had been exhaustively trained by Professor Robert Reich at Harvard. Mr. Shiozaki suggested that the world will need the global version of New Deal.

- Katsuya Okada (Democratic Party of Japan)
One of leaders of the largest opposition, Democratic Party of Japan, Mr. Okada wrote in his blog that it was in 2004 that he first saw Mr. Barack Obama. Mr. Okada heard Mr. Obama addressing powerfully to the audience in the Democratic convention stressing that “there is neither white America nor black America, but America is one.” Mr. Okada was also impressed by Mr. Obama’s recent victory speech, since the President-elect focused on the two types of wars: the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the war on the global warming.

There are many second-generation Diet members in Japan. Mr. Taro Kono is one of them, since his father is the incumbent Lower House Speaker. Mr. Kono wrote in the blog version of his mail-magazine that he recently heard officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to find no reasonable policies and priorities in their ODA business. The national lawmaker emphasized that though Japan is now ranked as the fifth in terms of the amount of ODA, it is still No. 3 in the world if assessed on the gross of its international aid with repayment for yen loans excluded. Japanese bureaucrats are simply building up a network of connections between foreign governmental officials for their own convenience and advantage, Mr. Kono bitterly pointed at.

Ms. Komiyama is also a second-generation Diet member. She was recently very much pleased as the Seibu Lions won in the Japan Series of professional baseball by defeating the Yomiuri Giants, since her electoral district is near the home ground of the Seibu Lions. Ms. Komiyama, a member of the House of Representatives (Lower House) of the Diet, claimed an early dissolution of the Lower House, since many disabled people are requesting it in expectation of a regime change.

Mr. Seko is one of experts of IT and publicity in the national Diet, though he is a member of the House of Councilors. Anyway, I don’t think that any of forward-looking Japanese politicians will be involved in an unlawful transaction of money, such as $US480,000 Taiwan's former president is facing charge for.

And in Beijing, there is no such an open and public system to check any doubtful money transactions by politicians, since everything is controlled by the despotic Communist Party.

(That must be why some American elite are going to bid a big welcome to 100 or so Chinese delegates expected to come soon to Washington D.C. for the 20-nation financial conference.)

Japan is as democratic as the United States of America is, though there is less possibility for an African Japanese to be elected as prime minister, since there are probably only hundreds or so African Japanese among the 120 million population.


(Once they were freely smoking in the Diet building. Today even Prime Minister Mr. Aso does not smoke in a Diet session. Japan’s Parliament really changed when smoking was banned inside the building. Jesus Christ never smokes; but you may find me like a heathen buying some at 320 yen, good or bad.

This morning The Asahi Shimbun Newspaper of Japan reported that 79% of the Japanese people are glad to hear Mr. Obama’s victory while 4% are disappointed.

And, those who expect improvement of the relationship between Japan and the United States under the Obama Administration account for 41% against 25% of the all, interviewed by phone for this survey, who do not expect such improvement.

Specifically the outcome of the 2008 Presidential Election is as follows:

The gap is about eight million votes. Or, four million voters have directly influenced the outcome, since Mr. Obama with four million votes less should have been defeated by Mr. McCain with four million votes more.

Yet, who are they that constitute these four million voters? At least they must be poor. They must be found among the working poor if they are pious.

Although roughly 7 in every 10 of the working poor were white workers, black and Hispanic or Latino workers continued to be more than twice as likely as their white counter-parts to be among the working poor.

Of total 124 million voters, we can assume due to the recent recession in the U.S., the working poor account for 8%, meaning 10 million working-poor voters.

Of total 10 million working-poor voters, we can assume due to the recent recession in the U.S., the European-American working poor account for 8%, meaning eight million European American working poor voters.

I suppose half of them can be regarded as those who have voted for Mr. Obama this time though they had voted for Mr. George W. Bush before.

These four million European-American working poor must have decided the case.

However, the total labor force in the U.S. is now estimated to be 145 million or so, those key voters only account for 2.8% or 3%.

Adding 3% more voters to Mr. Obama and subtracting 3% voters from Mr. McCain makes the gap 6%, which reflects the actual outcome of Mr. Obama with 52.6% and Mr. McCain with 46.1%.

Therefore, it is 3% of the total American workers, mostly poor European-American workers, that have made the dream come true for African Americans.

(As the Hispanics labor force is one sixth or one seventh of that of the European-Americans, we can so far focus on the European-American working poor.)

In summary, a drastic change can happen in society if only three percent of its members have decisively changed their views and taken an appropriate action accordingly, even if so driven by an imminent need to get rid of poverty.

Yet, we can check another factor, for example, Rockefellers.

There are many ways to illustrate the structure of the Internet. One thing sure about it is that it is owned by nobody though it is monitored and maintained by some organizations.

However, just because nobody owns the Internet, it doesn't mean it is not monitored and maintained in different ways. The Internet Society, a non-profit group established in 1992, oversees the formation of the policies and protocols that define how we use and interact with the Internet.

Let’s imagine a huge network of highways.

To get into any highway, you have to pass a toll gate. Between two highways, say, Route 1 and Route 2, there is a crossover gate.

In this architecture, one thing sure is that every car running on a highway can be traced back to the toll gate where it got on a highway and thus the whole network.

However, it would be extremely difficult to identify a route any car has taken from its starting point, namely a garage of a house or an office, to the toll gate, since the car must run through many open and local roads.

Yet, all the toll gates, the whole highways, and crossover gates must be monitored and managed with video cameras that can take a license number of every car for security of the society.

In the case of the Internet, the telecommunications connection from the physical location of a computer to an Internet Service Provider can be regarded as an open and local road in the case of a car.

A car driver can choose and change the root from a garage to a toll gate of a highway every time he gets on a highway.

But, in the case of a computer, especially a server, connected to the Internet, a user cannot so easily change its root from its site, namely physical location, to an Internet Service Provider.

Therefore, technically it is very possible to identify the location of any Internet user.

Yet, the most stringent regulation of the Internet is not this kind of an exhaustive tracing function.

There is no need to disassemble a car to parts and components when passing a toll gate to a highway; it can run on a highway as it is in one piece. But, a file or one unit of data to be sent over the Internet is divided into many parts. And, each part can take a different route to reach a destination computer where whole parts are reassembled to the original file or unit of data.

My idea about the most stringent regulation of the Internet is to introduce super-routers to all the Internet Service Providers, and to have each super-router act like a destination computer so as to reassemble the original file or unit of data being sent from an originating computer of an Internet user and keep a copy of a file or a unit of data when it is necessary to find out a user due to the nature of contents of data he or she is sending or receiving over the Internet.

(Consequently, people will stop using the Internet for criminal purposes or any lawful but sensitive purposes, making the world more safer and peaceful, since it is just like every man's conversation is recorded and kept in the telephone exchange office if encrypted.)

The super-router can also check and confirm validity of source address information, including a domain name and an IP address, by automatic and covert communications with an originating computer. If it finds any intentional modification of source address information, probably to conceal identification of an Internet user, in any portion of data, it can block it.

By way of caution, a router is a device that works like a toll gate or a crossover gate on the network of highways. A router is actually a computer but a special purpose computer.

When this stringent regulation is applied to the Internet, a government can easily identify any Internet user who is using the Internet for any purpose, including blog posting, e-mail sending/receiving, accessing any home page or site, viewing any blog, and just browsing or searching anything.

Internet users from cellular phones are no exceptions.

Now, one of concerns of parties and experts concerned is of course growth of the volume of data being or to be transmitted over the Internet.

Indeed, like global warming or leveraged funds, the volume of data being transmitted is unbelievably increasing in this decade even in Japan.

The Internet data volume on the Japanese commercial domains seems to have grown from 1 giga-bytes to 100 giga-bytes (per certain unit) or 100 times from 1999 to 2008.

We have to address this issue for security of mankind, too.
