Yesterday I saw a strange foreigner. He looked like coming there in a hurry to check me for some purpose. Though appearing still young, tough and strong, he turned to be harmless eventually, since I also turned to him so as to check him. Then he disappeared from my sight. It was a very safe day for me as usual like yours.
PART I: TERROR IN JAPAN
Last night two horrible assaults, one accomplished and another attempted, on former administrative vice-ministers of the Japanese Government were reported widely by the media in Japan.

SAITAMA (Kyodo) In separate but possibly related knife attacks, a former top health ministry bureaucrat and his wife were found stabbed to death in their Saitama home while the wife of another retired health ministry bureaucrat was seriously wounded in Tokyo, police said Tuesday.

As far as I know, this is the first criminal case that a former administrative vice-minister of the Japanese Government was physically attacked with a fatal weapon.
The background of this series of the attacks is that millions of the Japanese people are now in trouble with the Social Insurance Agency due to sabotage, falsification, and poor management of their pension records having been conducted mala fide by bureaucrats. The two former administrative vice-ministers were once in positions and office for directly supervising the Agency.
However, this kind of terror is very rare in Japan, since a deadly attack on a former administrative vice-minister of the Japanese Government has never happened after World War II until this case.
And, prevention of recurrence of this kind of terror on bureaucrats will be thoroughly pursued by the Japanese Government and the people.
The police must find out and arrest the criminal with utmost effort. Cooperation from citizens would be essential. The media must also support investigation and search by the police.
As it is estimated that more than trillion yen has been lost from the pension funds due to uncountable breaches of duty by officials of the Social Insurance Agency in these decades, the Japanese Government must prepare at least a hundred-billion-yen ($1 billion) budget for solving this case and taking precautionary measures.
Domestic security and safety of Japan must be maintained if it costs trillions of yen, following suit of the United States of America.
PART II: STUPID WHITE MEN II
At last Mr. Michael Moore has not been hit in any way under the Bush Administration.
Mr. Moore must be very safe under the coming Obama Administration.

Yet, I wish Mr. Moore to further survey the JFK assassination, the Martin Luther King Jr. assassination, the Robert Kennedy assassination, Princess Diana’s death, and JFK Jr.’s death.
It is so because the JFK assassination, the Martin Luther King Jr. assassination, and the Robert Kennedy assassination could be really construed as a preamble to the Vietnam War where more than five million people were killed, including civilians and soldiers of all the involved countries, in 1960’s and 1970’s, without mentioning the subsequent Cambodian massacre where more than one million people were executed.
Yet, Princess Diana’s death and JFK Jr.’s death must be preliminary announcements for the War on Terror where hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers of all the involved countries are said to have lost their lives already.
And remember that it is the situation on Wall Street that has finally allowed for the victory of Mr. Barack Obama and Mr. Michael Moore.
If the situation there is settled and Wall Street business is recovered, the tide around Mr. Barack Obama and Mr. Michael Moore might change.
You still need a historical backbone to leverage this intoxicating experience of success and the triumph once in a century.
