Deflation in Japan has a merit.
The Japanese people have come to think about value and virtue that are not rooted in material wealth.
For Americans, culture means almost products of Hollywood or any colorful commercial events and parties, since no saints have ever appeared in the U.S.
Nobody in the world expects that any spiritually valuable things will be created in the super-power America.
But, in Japan, there are rich cultural and religious traditions and products since the eras before modernization and Westernization.
So, in this deflation, some Japanese people are really trying to find value and virtue that are not rooted in material wealth but would improve their humanity.
As for China, though it has a long history,
it is difficult to expect that any spiritually valuable things will be created in the autocratic state China.
The future superiority of Japan depends on these spiritual efforts under deflation.
Incidentally, if deflation continues for 20 years, it is the norm in a wider scope of history, since Japanese consumers are today provided with goods and products by twice more plants and companies than 20 years ago when China had no big modern factories.
SECTION I: G2 to G1
People in the world have been pleased to see those arrogant "white" Americans are now forced to salute the "black" president, the commander in chief of the American forces.
However Wall Street guys, mostly arrogant "white" Americans, suddenly started before the Lehman Shock to shout "G2, G2, China and America govern the world!!"
But, nowadays, those foolish G2 advocates on Wall Street seem to feel ashamed of their money driven attitudes.
Yet, for China, G2 is the first step. China intends to acquire friends in America as many as possible. Then, China will send their citizens to America as many as possible. Today, there are millions of foreclosed houses in America. Chinese travellers, students, workers, and businessmen will buy those houses to settle down in America. China will send then tens of millions of Chinese citizens to America. Finally, Chinese will fill every key sector in America, including the White House, Capital Hill, and Wall Street, while all the rich Americans will be gladly tie up with Chinese in America.
Then, China will declare the completion of the "G2 to G1 Project." There will be no America on the earth, but another China; thus G2 of America and China will turn to G2 of China and another China, and finally G1 of China.
People in China will be pleased to see those arrogant "white" Americans are now forced to salute the "Chinese American" president, the commander in chief of the American forces.
This is an extreme theory about China's greatest conspiracy for the 21st century.
With the completion of the "G2 to G1" project, China would feel finally equal to Japan, which is their goal.

SECTION III: Western Religion vs. Japanese Spiritualism
If European/American researchers study the state of religion in Japan, they cannot correctly understand the level of spiritualism of the Japanese people.
What forms the Japanese mind is not Christianity, Judaism, or Islam, or even not Asian Buddhism. It is Japanese Buddhism and spiritualism. Accordingly Western scholars cannot understand the true level of spiritualism of the Japanese people

one of the most religious countries the U.S. is one of the top countries that have killed the most of people in wars after WWII, including the War in Iraq.

When a samurai envoy visited the U.S., Europe, and Russia in the late 1860's, samurais sent by the Tokugawa regime received reasonable or almost red-carpet treatment. But, in Russia, a strange thing happened.
Yukichi Fukuzawa, a prominent author and educator after the samurai era of Japan, encountered it as he reported it decades later.
One of high-ranking officials of the Russian Empire approached samurai Fukuzawa secretly, offering him a good position in the Russian Government. Fukuzawa, good at Dutch and English, was actually asked to become a Russian bureaucrat in charge of Japan or to help Russian access to, or invasion of, Japan.
Nobody in other European governments brought forth such a secret proposal to Fukuzawa. Loyal samurai Fukuzawa turned it down, but he kept it secret to fellow samurais so as not to disturb them.
China and North Korea have been dealing with this sort of Russians for decades even after WWII. The fact that the two autocratic countries could keep independence means, however, that they have similar mindsets comparable to Russians'.
