According to a survey by The Nikkei Business (the Sept. 20's issue), a ratio of elite bureaucrats of the Japanese Government who support either P.M. Mr. Naoto Kan or Mr. Ichiro Ozawa as prime minister is respectively as follows:

So, it is also confirmed that the possible replacement of incumbent Prime Minister Mr. Kan on September 14 should have caused grave confusion and demoralization in the central government offices.
Yet, if you choose money or an economic boom more than justice or moral, it would simply lead to the Russian Revolution, the Great Depression, Chinese Attacks on Shanghai in 1930's (while the Imperial Japan's troops defended the city full of Europeans), the Nazi Holocaust, the Chinese Revolution, and the War on Terror as well as the Lehman Shock, eventually.
Finally, if you cannot always choose justice over money, you have to respect those who do it. If there is nobody who does it, you must at least know that God's anger will be on those who choose money over justice.

Former P.M. of Japan Mr. Yukio Hatoyama last year launched a proposal to the world that Japan decreases its CO2 emission by 25% if other couturiers should follow suit.
With this proposal originally devised by Former F.M. Mr. Katusya Okada, Mr. Hatoyama became a global hero. The world media were happy to find a rare Japanese politician who had a merit worth focusing on.
Today, mere lawmaker Mr. Yukio Hatoyama is mostly neglected in Japan, since he supported the controversial lawmaker Mr. Ichiro Ozawa in his adventure to take over from Prime Minister Mr. Naoto Kan who has been in the office of prime minister only for three months after resignation of Mr. Hatoyama from the post.
The DPJ and the Kan Cabinet still hold fast with the Hatoyama/Okada irresponsible proposal which might further increase the number of jobless people while they believed that new green technology would absorb the newly unemployed. Mr. Hatoyama and Mr. Okada seem to have adopted this idea of 25% decrease of CO2 in Japan only because they believe that major companies and industries are evil. Unbelievably, Mr. Hatoyama and Mr. Okada even seem not to have known great, long-term efforts of Japanese companies to reduce CO2 emissions which have resulted in the world No.1 efficiency of energy use.
Anyway, without first requesting the U.S. and China to reduce use of crude oil and decrease GDP, any such proposal based on sacrifice of ordinary Japanese citizens cannot be accepted even by labor unions, major supporters for the DPJ.
As this incident proves the mentality of Mr. Hatoyama and Mr. Okada, the former failed in respecting law and order to be forced to resign and the latter failed in creating a high level of framework of trust between Japan and China as well as the U.S.

If you want to save the world by reducing CO2 emission, namely, by reducing GDP, you have to first quit from a high-paid position such as a national lawmaker, a foreign minister, or a prime minister. Deflation is Inevitable in Developed Human Civilization where a Central Bank is Useless
If science and technology continue to grow, more and more products will be produced with less manpower and costs. It is not a condition for inflation but deflation. In principle, a central bank has no ability to handle this inevitability.
(However, as companies try to design, manufacture, and sell new products, such as gasoline cars to electric cars, a new cycle of economy usually begins to deter the coming of critical deflation. But, a fundamental trend is for deflation, since one, two, three, and more Chinas can emerge in the future world.)
So, the great power of creating and using big money a central bank has must be transferred to a new authority that can control this deflation-oriented industrial world.
Note that if a business makes big money and earn big profits, it does not mind deflation. If all the consumers get poor, a business does not mind them so long as it can survive with reasonable profits even at a deflated level.

The point at issue is that while no nations in the world have planned to invade and occupy China, China is busy not only building massive military but also selling and offering weapons to some countries, such as Pakistan and Bangladesh.
This is the interpretation of G2 for China. China thinks that America as the partner of G2 accepts the growth of the Chinese defence industry. Yet, China is neither a democratic nation nor a Christian nation. America will have to face grave embodiment of this national personality of China sooner or later.
And, note that while receiving official aid from Japan till early 2000's, China provided military aid and weapons to some Asian nations abusing money from Japan, according to some analysis.
Put simply, China is now expanding military capability like Hitler before WWII.
As for Japan, due to the Pacifist Constitution, no export of weapons from Japan is permitted by the Japanese Government.
But, if Japan could export so many advanced weapons to the global market like the U.S., the UK, France, etc., Japan's GDP would become larger by 10% or so, which economists in the world have never pointed to.
