A New Symbol of Tokyo?
Though 550 Meters High at Present
crise ici et là
Mencius said:
"Some people say there are black or ominous words.
But, those words are actually not so influential.
Worse are the derogatory words and remarks some people use to prevent a wise man from going up in the world."
So, we may use terms such as a "financial crisis" and "Islamic terror" or "Wall Street" as well as "the flu."
CHAPTER I: Global Risk
The World Economic Forum issued "Global Risks 2011 Sixth Edition, An initiative of the Risk Response Network"
The following is: Figure 1, Global Risks Landscape 2011:

My listing of global potential crises are as follows:
1. The Large Scale Natural Calamity of the Haiti Scale
Due to the great earthquake that hit Haiti a year ago, more than 300,000 people were killed with thousands more deaths due to pestilences that prevailed after the quake.
Tokyo, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Jakarta, and even Beijin can be hit by a great earthquake.
2. Terror of the 9/11 Class
Though major U.S. troops withdrew from Iraq and the Obama Administration is planning the last phase of its Afghan War, Mr. Osama bin Laden is still at large, if he is alive.
On the other hand, Islamic nations now face strong pressure from people for social and economic improvement. It is understandable, since only the Islamic world has no economic power while China, India, and Brazil are developing with strong momentum. If the process of economic growth and modernization of the Islamic world should not go smooth, young Muslims might find a cause to fight against their governments or Western nations that would not help them get rid of poverty.
3. A Burst of the Chinese Bubble Economy
The Chinese economy is not based on freedom, democracy, and justice. Anything horrible can happen in China in a large scale leading to hard landing of a burst of the current bubble.
4. Instability of Global Climate
Too hot summer and too cold winter might be a just beginning of coming instability of the global climate. Even a mini ice age is forecast by some scientists, though CO2 emission is ever increasing due to China, India, Brazil, Russia, and the U.S.
CHAPTER II: Domar Theorem
The financial deficit in Japan has recently resulted in a lower rating of the Japanese Government bonds.
Though the rating business cannot be trusted very much, maybe it is time for the Japanese people to think about the future of Japan.
Of course, some Japanese have already argued the (possible) financial crisis in Japan, using a concept called Domar's Theorem.
This “theorem” states that public finances can be guaranteed to become stable only if the nominal growth of GDP exceeds the rate of interest on debt.
http://www.morganstanley.com/views/gef/archive/2006/20060106-Fri.html
It means that if a growth rate of Japan's nominal GDP is larger than an interest rate of the Japanese Government bond, Japan can avoid the financial crisis.
1) The interest rate for the Japanese Government bond is close to zero.
2) With its strong export potential, nominal GDP will increase.
3) Therefore, financial implosion can be avoided in Japan.
Especially, if one U.S. dollar is evaluated higher at 150 yen, though it is 83 yen now, Japanese export will even surpass Chinese export. In the American market, if a Japanese car is priced at half of the current price, twice more consumers will buy Japanese cars than now.
Nonetheless, it is time for Japan to introduce new economics with issuance of government notes or perpetual bonds.

It is 10 years since the 9/11 Terror of 2001.
So, it is no wonder that Egypt is in a state of quasi-revolution after Tunisia.
A decade before 2001, the Berlin Walls fell and the Soviet Union also collapsed, while Iraq invaded Kuwait triggering the Persian Gulf War.
The contrast between Dubai and Iraq was so stark that every Muslim has observed them, referring to Koran. The outcome is now being manifested in Egypt. But, the true challenge is whether or not Islam can lead the world overcoming American Christianity, though it failed against European Christianity.
By the way, many in Japan are sick with the flu, since Tokyo has been dry for scores of days with little rain and snow, though some other prefectures north of Tokyo are covered by snow. So, snow falling is not so bad as sufficient humidity can prevent an outbreak of the flue. Anyway, God gives health as well as illness to some people in order to manifest His power. Don't you think so?
Yet, you may carry some amulet, in case.

I first thought that a European American girl was singing this song. Indeed, 20 years after WWII, African Americans were really rising. Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. was three years old then, though...)
Col 1:26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
Col 1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
