Continental Plate & Earthquakes
2004: Sumatra: M9.1 earthquake and tsunami took 200,000 lives around the Indian Ocean.
2008: Sichuan: An earthquake south of the Himaraya Mountains hit the Chinese nuclear center.
2010: Haiti: 300,000 died of the epicentral earthquake at the capital of Haiti.
2011, February: The Christchurch earthquake in NZ killed scores of Japanese.
2011, March: M9.0 earthquake and tsunami took possible 40,000 lives and damaged a nuclear plant in northeast Japan.
It approached through a 4-year interval to a 2-year interval and a 1-year interval to zero!
Heaven clearly gave a warning that a great earthquake/tsunami could happen between Tokyo and a nuclear power plant-situated area. The Japanese Government and people should have prepared for the coming tragedy, say, by reinforcing strength of the Fkushima No.1 Nuclear Power Plant.
As they were busy eating, drinking, chatting and making a fuss around over minor political, economical, and social issues, they could not foresee the coming disaster of a scale that could happen once in a thousand years.
PART 25-13:
A map of earthquakes that occurred around Japan clearly indicates that they occurred precisely along borders of the continental plates, such as the North American Plate, the Pacific Plate, the Eurasia Plate, and the Philippine Plate.
So, Sumatra, Sichuan, Haiti, New Zealand, Northeast Japan, and most recently Myanmar are all near or on borders of the continental plates.

Lawmaker Mr. Masahisa Sato, an ex-Self Defense Force officer, took a picture of troops in cold chill searching for dead bodies of victims in a place suffering ground subsidence due to the M 9.0 earthquake and holding water due to tsunami.

When so pointed at in a press conference today, a TEPCO vice president claimed that it was tsunami that destroyed the power generators for a cooling water circulation system on March 11, 2011.
