Save Africa from Poverty
If no Europeans existed in this world, then the world should be more peaceful, though we might be a little poorer in terms of material riches.
Why is it that Africans are very poor why Europeans and Americans very rich?

Partly because Europeans colonized much of Africa and took many of the natural resources back to the continent with them. Partly because nearly all of your elected leaders are corrupt and steal the countries blind. Partly because of the various armies, militias, gangs, and other armed groups that are more interested in killing one another than improving the welfare of everyone in the country.
Africa is filled with countries that will be poor for a long time. They'll need help from the outside, and not the help that the IMF and World Bank want to give, that keep them forever indentured to the developed nations, but real help to become self-sufficient and successful. First of all, however, the people need to demand more of their leaders. Whether they're elected or siezed power in a military coup, they need to serve the people and not merely rob the country blind for themselves and their friends.

and later Europeans and Americans who mastered the most advanced technique improved their economy .that's why they are very rich..lol..

Why is europe so rich and africa so poor?

sadcat's answer is right; I would just like to elaborate and give some detail. In 1885, Otto Von Bismarck of Germany called the western world powers to the Berlin Conference to end European disputes over land in Africa. These empires took a most of Africa from local control and arbitrarily divided it without considering the consequences of merging tribes that didn't get along. This is why there is a lot of civil unrest in Africa today. A lot of African culture was stolen, trashed and displaced.
You are probably wondering how Europe gained this much power and influence over Africa. Before Rome gained control of all of Europe, they fought against the North African empire of Carthage in a series of wars called the Punic Wars (264-241, 218-201, and 149-146 B.C.) Carthage was led by a very intelligent general named Hannibal, who almost defeated the Romans. However, at the end of the second Punic War, the Roman general Scipio won the war by defeating Hannibal and the his army at Zama. Carthage signed a very one-sided peace treaty with Rome, which diminished their influence greatly.
Later, the Roman senator Cato convinced the Senate to violate the peace treaty and attack Carthage again. At the end of the third Punic War, Carthage was totally destroyed and Rome kept a huge influence over North Africa. This European pressure on Africa has continued until today. Central and Southern Africa had always been separated geographically from the rest of the world in ancient times because of the Saharan desert and the continent's surrounding oceans. Because of this tribes here never were able to make a lot of trade with other cultures and their economy didn't grow at the same pace, which is why they never had any empires comparable to those in Europe.

Europe wouldn't be rich unless Africa was poor...

True that. Europe has no natural resources so they had to come to our continent that was rich in it, and take it from us. They're economy is dependent on our resources and once Africans have their infrastructure setup, they'll be in control of their economies and have the power to bankrupt the European nation by cutting off trade with them. No wonder why the white boy has conspired to make Africa forever dependent on foreign aid at the expense of their resources.

All you need to do is look at a country like Belgium. They ran Congo like a business during the late 19th century. Not to mention killing more then 10 million Congolese in a short period of time. The entire nation was built on the blood and wealth of Congo.

Africa: A rich continent of poor people. Why does this paradox exist? Is there any hope that Africa will become as 'developed' as the USA or European countries? If yes, what should be done, by who?

Yes Africa may develop and even surpasses the USA or Europe! If we Africans think, act, and love Africa. We are intelligent but confuse, disorganized, super self-centered and wicked. Change these and we move ahead. Look at our leaders they are behaving as if they are colonial masters with a tail! Look at how elections are conducted in our continent, how can someone stay in power for 30 plus years!! Some of us intellectual stand in public and say they are good, NO, let us do one thing and see how Africa can change, bring leadership term limit and encourage the youths.

Africa has the potential to develop. What is constantly ignored in development literature on Africa is that it is a consumer market of over 1.1 billion with a combined GDP of over $1.1 trillion. Having worked with international aid agencies across Africa for over 15 years, I can testify to its potential as a major economic powerhouse. Economic development does not happen overnight, it requires time and concerted effort. It has great leaders who have the desire to lead their countries out of poverty and are focused on this goal. Developed countries should stop meddling in African affairs and dictating their "desired agendas" and a new Africa will emerge.

Christ Jesus, the Son of God, appeared at the connection point of Africa, Asia, and Europe. It cannot be justified that the situation continues where we observe significant biased state among the three major regions in the world in terms of wealth and welfare. Till all the Africans are saved from poverty, no serious problems in advanced countries can be solved.

Mar 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
Mar 8:32 And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
Mar 8:33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.
