How to Cause a Paranormal Phenomena
A Japanese yoga teacher, Masaharu Naruse (1946 - ), achieved levitation in his training room in Tokyo around 1990, which was taken into photograph. He also succeeded in walking in air around a lake in Tibet, which was also taken into photograph.

According to Naruse, these performances could be realized through his mental work based on yoga principles. He did not use any tricks, tools, etc. and was not supported by anybody. He just used his mind to float and walk in air. However, it required many years of hard training of yoga to have his mind work so as to achieve levitation. But, nowadays Naruse has stopped performing levitation, since he wanted to concentrate on spiritual training through yoga principles.
A Japanese Qigong master, Kenjiro Naka (1956 - ), met some Chinese Qigong masters when he was young and learned Qigong in China several decades ago. A Chinese Qigong master instantly froze water in a glass held in the hand of Naka. The master also moved a coin in the hand of Naka into an ice block in a refrigerator. He also sent Naka spinning and flying without any movement of his body, while Naka was holding his little finger. After coming back to Japan, Naka has launched and managed his own Qigong classroom.
These paranormal phenomenon are all caused by specific men through their mental work like spoon bending by Uri Geller. They have such ability as innate ability or acquired it through hard training. But why do man's mental or spiritual work make possible such paranormal phenomenon? From the beginning, this material world or this whole universe was created by the God who used His power of thinking or imagination using spiritual energy. Therefore, man's mental or spiritual work can also connect to and use spiritual energy. As a result, such a man can perform levitation.
But what mental or spiritual work is needed? To find it, a man must perform hard training in yuga, Qigong, esoteric Buddhism, etc. And, extremely pure faith in the God, the Lord Jesus Christ, the Mother Mary, etc. would bring this ability to use spiritual energy to prayers, so that it is said that some monks or nuns achieved levitation, etc.
Naruse wrote some books on his experiences to acquire such ability. He advised to abandon human desire and expand the scope of one's consciousness, so that one can reach the high level of spiritual or mental work. He also recommend to stop eating meat and fish, since one must have compassion to animals, birds, and fish to be killed for human appetite.
Indeed, spiritual energy can even destroy a man or a country, since its power is so huge. The Lord Jesus Christ said that one could move a mountain if he had pure faith. What is more, a little child without doubt can bend a spoon and talk with a tree. But, it is difficult for an adult to believe that he can use spiritual energy through his mind so as to move a mountain, make himself float against gravity, etc.
Finally, paranormal phenomenon or miracles are possible, but to realize them, one's mind must be at the very high level, and keeping it in such a state should be very difficult. That is why material civilization without reliance on spiritual power has developed so much with science and technology that require no pure faith or mindsets at the very high level. In this meaning, our material civilization has got debased and rotten too much.
We should focus on spiritual meaning of the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, so that we can acquire spiritual energy and live peacefully without reliance on modern technology.

John 1, King James Version
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
