Corona-Viruses as a Warning According to a School of Theology

Where did we come from?  What are we?  Where are we going?  Only we know is that we do not know anything till the appropriate time has come. 

But Christ Jesus knew that He came from the God.  He was the secret Son of the God.  And He is going back to the God.  And He said that the appropriate time for us would come like a thief when we did not expect so that we should be always awake.

So we have to ask Him how he knows that He came from the God?  He might answer that it is because He is the secret Son of the God.  So we should ask how He knows that He is the secret Son of the God.  He might answer that because He was with the God as the Son of the God, but it is secret for some secret reason. 

Then, we may ask Him where we came from, what we are, and where we are going.   He would reiterate that the appropriate time for us would come like a thief when we do not expect so that we should be always awake.

Instead, Satan would tell us that we came from nowhere, we are nothing, and we go nowhere, and we just die and disappear, so that while we live, we had better get money as much as possible.  

Eventually, betraying Christ Jesus, we asked Satan to make us rich.  Stan should say to sell our souls to it for money.  And, most of us, betraying the God, have accepted the deal.

As a result, the God has become angry so as to send the Angel Death with corona-viruses to the human world.  And the result is known to everybody in the world.

We came from below Heaven to this world, as living things.  But we became evolved living things having spirits given by the God in Heaven.  And we are going to Heaven or the hell when we die as spiritual entities, because spirits we have must leave our bodies when we die.

The important thing is that Satan who came from the hell do not want any of us to enter Heaven.  We are involved in a kind of war between the God and Satan.  Satan hates so much the God and us who are loved by the God.  Therefore, Satan is trying to persuade us to think that we are nothing and there is nothing for us when we die, so that we had better pursue material happiness and money.

For the God, Satan is nothing.  It is apparent that the God can easily defeat Satan.  But as Satan started to interfere with human beings, He sent His Son to the human world to handle the matter cautiously for some reason.  Then, the Bible was written by human beings and the human world could continue for 2000 years.  But, the God must think that it is enough and the appropriate time has come.  So, as a warning, the God sent the Angel of Death with corona-viruses to the human world in 2020, since He plans to put the end of the human world in the 21st century by sending His Son again to the human world.

Accordingly, as a prelude or a warning, corona-viruses are spreading in the world now, according to a school of theology.

All we can do is to wish that the God would change His mind and plan, according to a school of theology.

An Evil Spirit Blocking Sound Work of the Immune System

If work of the bran, namely the mind, is not sound, a man can lose control of himself, leading to madness or illness.  In ancient days, when a man was in such a state, it was thought that the man was haunted by evil spirit.  So, it is reported in the Bible that Christ Jesus cured the sick or the mad by driving evil spirits out of them.

One example is as follows:

All the cells in the body are directly or indirectly connected to the nerve system that is linked to the brain.  Therefore, when a malfunction occurs in brain cells, an adverse effect should appear in cells of some parts of the body.  In other words, when psychologically or biologically the brain cells get out of tune through one's feeling or thinking consciously or subconsciously, a bad influence can appear in some parts of the body through autonomous nerve systems directly or indirectly controlling cells of body parts.

If you admit existence of spirits that can influence work of the mind of a man, you would admit that an evil spirit could cause illness or madness in the man.  And you would understand that Christ Jesus really cured the sick or the mad by expelling the evil spirit from his brain or mind.

The modern medical science cannot yet identify all the causes for every illness, such as cancer or  disorder of the mind.  But, it must be effective to think that disorder or a bad influence of an evil spirit on one's nerve system is a major cause.     

In this context, it is interesting how Christ Jesus would heal a corona-virus infected man.  What evil spirit would be expelled out of the man?  It must be the evil spirit who blocked sound work of the autonomous nerve system that is linked to the immune system.

A Specific Gene to Suppress Coronaviruses

Identical twins have the same genes and DNAs, but they come to look and behave a little different, showing each uniqueness, as time goes by.  It is thought that their genes were not activated in the same manner: some genes are switched on only in one of them and other genes are switched on only in the other. 

Even a queen bee has the same genes as those in a worker drone.  But a young worm of bees that eats royal jelly becomes a queen bee, and other young worms that do not eat royal jelly become worker drones.  The queen been grows 1.5 times larger and lives 20 times longer than a worker drone, producing 2,000 eggs per day.

There are 3 billion bases in DNA and 23,000 genes on DNA of a human being.  However, how each of base and gene works is not yet completely understood.  And how each gene is switched on is not completely clarified.

Even some scientists are afraid that this kind of study might cause extinction of the human species, since fatal and bad genes might be switched on in the wrong time as a result of study.

Yet, it is thought that Christ Jesus healed the sick and caused miracles on people by activating some desirable genes in them.  So, it is natural and reasonable that we try to find the way to switch on desirable genes. 

So far, it has been found that foods, exercise, and environment influence activation of genes.  To keep health, we had better care for foods and physical exercises.  To keep suitable physical and psychological conditions for better living, we had better care for environment.  Then, necessary and desirable genes would be switched on.

Although a significant amount of our genes and bases in DNA in us seem to have been introduced by viruses into cells of our ancestors and inherited up to us, say over millions or more years, there must be some genes not yet found in our cells that can suppress invasion of viruses into cells of our bodies.  And to activate them, we have to take necessary foods and exercises and set up a desirable environment around us.    

Otherwise, we had better read the Bible and wish that the power of Christ Jesus would reach us over 2000 years of the time span and beyond vast geographical distance.  Then, some parts of DNA might be changed to a specific gene with the ability to suppress corona-viruses.

Dying Man and a Different Phase of the World

A Japanese in the profession for handling the dead in a funeral company found that most of the dead had soft faces regardless whether they were good people or gangsters.  But religious people such as monks, priests, etc. did not truly see their faces, and even bereaved families were absorbed in worldly matters while sitting before dying men.

It is said that more than 100,000 people have died every month in Japan nowadays (not including victims of the corona-pandemic).

He thought how dying men would see the world and what they felt.  And he checked various books including ones written by past prominent Buddhist monks, Christian scholars, and poets to find that some dying men saw some kind of beauty in the world around them.  Even some felt light in the space.

But his wife did not like the profession of her husband to cleans dead bodies, as she thought people would look down on such a profession.  His uncle also despised him.  But when his uncle was dying in a hospital, he went to visit him for the first time in many years.  His unlcle showed gratitude for his nephew's visit from the bottom of his heart in his dying bed, and soon after it, he died.  On the occasion, the funeral company man felt light with unusual color around him.  The gratitude his dying uncle showed to him moved something in his mind, although he had been long despised or rather hated by his uncle as his profession had been regraded as throwing dirt at his clan.  Every business related to death, except religion and medical services, has been socially despised or looked down on.

Through these experiences, the funeral company man deepened his thought about death.  Eventually, he wrote a book based on his experiences and his quest on death.  It became a best seller in Japan,  and TV station staff came to make an interview with him.  He talked hours especially focusing on Buddhism, but in a broadcast program, all his talks about religion were cut out of the broadcast.

Without religious sense, he concluded, death could not be understood.  And every death could lead a dying man to a different phase of the world or situations around him.  No matter if it could be medically or biologically explained why dying men saw unique light and smiled, it must be a phenomenon that could be understood only from a religious point of view.

In this way, the funeral company man has become a unique writer and been invited to lecture presentation 2,000 times in 20 years in Japan, although he did not launch any religious organization or cult.     

One piece of his advice is to let children see a dying family member and make them have a concrete image of death, so that such children would not run to extremes and could respect life and living things.

All I can hope is that dying people due to corona-viruses would not forget seeing light and smiling beyond their pain, since any death would show a dying man a different phase of the world, like Andersen's "The Little Match Girl."

Here is advice for people wishing to secure their health against corona-viruses, etc.:
Do not eat too much, since gluttony decreases the level of immunity in the body.
Do not cool the body, since low temperature decreases immunity.

And, a Japanese medical doctor who worked even after 90 years of his age advised to activate desirable genes in cells of one's body.

The natural healing power of a man depends on work of some genes in cells of his body.  Medical services just help patients activate necessary genes.  But Christ Jesus, when healing the sick, must have activated his genes to conquer the disease.

We have not yet discovered a scientific way to activate necessary genes like Christ Jesus did.  All we have to do is to read the Bible so as to purify our minds and direct our consciousness toward our bodies and cells, and pray and wish that necessary genes would be activated in response to our prayer and wish.          

So, it is lucky, when you are sick, if you have nurses, etc. around you, who have faith in God and real compassion to you, since they will provide medical services for you with prayer to the God, wishing that you become well and thus activating necessary genes in your body.

The pandemics were:

the first plague pandemic from 541 to ~750, spreading from Egypt to the Mediterranean (starting with the Plague of Justinian) and northwestern Europe[3]

The first pandemic caused the shift of people from the Mediterranean to the central parts of West Europe mainly through rivers, leading to development of Paris, London, the Netherlands, etc.

The second pandemic caused the shift in Christianity from the Vatican-centered Catholicism to the more liberal Protestantism, leading to expansion of Protestantism to North America.

The third pandemic became underlying conditions or a warning to the global wars including WWI, WWII, and the Cold War in addition to the Opium war, the US Civil War, the Japanese-Russo War, etc.

The world has survived to the present day despite these pandemics with West Europe, North America, the Vatican, and Protestant churches leading the civilization that was built over these pandemics.

But, this corona-pandemic was generated and started to spread from China challenging Western countries and trying to get hegemony over the world, while using technologies developed in Western countries.  The global shift of power seems to continue since the end of the Roman Empire through the rise, stagnation, and rebirth of the Vatican, the material success of European countries and America based on Protestantism, and the material development of non-Christian East Asia (Japan, China, etc.) caused by the material success in Christian West Europe and America.    

In this context, the world is entering the last phase of the 2000-year long development based on Christianity.  As the Christian world could not fully realize the ideal presented and suggested by Christ Jesus for 2000 years, China, Islamic countries, militarism Russia, etc. have come to be given chances to have influence on the global history.  But it is unlikely that China, Russia, Islamic countries, etc. can achieve what West Europe, America, and Japan cannot fully establish subject to the teaching of Christ Jesus and the Bible.

Finally, the world history must see that nobody, including Christians and non-Christians, could fulfill the request from the God to the mankind.  The 21st century must witness the result of the human civilization that has been developed and established in these 2000 years since Jesus Christ's birth.

The human civilization developed along with pandemics while some times decisively having been influenced by the pandemics.   But, the God may use another pandemic, if not this corona-pandemics, to put the end of the human civilization.

In this context, it cannot be expected that the 22nd century will come easily without the mankind passing through other decisive pandemics that will surely occur in the 21st century.   We must be close to the danger of the Biblical end of the world.

Does the God or Do Ourselves Exist, or Does Nothing Exist?

The God created the universe and the mankind with expectation that they will come to believe and revere Him.  But, Satan starts to impede God's wish.

As a result, the mankind are not yet sure about the existence of the God as well as Satan.

The mankind should think about relationship between the God and the mankind from a view point of the God but not of themselves.  It is the existence of the mankind that should be questioned in terms of the meaning of existence.  Does the mankind really exist in comparison with the existence of the God.  From the beginning, it is a mystery that the God gave existence to the mankind while the mankind do not seem to have value worth its existence while only the God can give existence to any thing.  

However, a man knows that if he dies, nothing will exist for him after his death.  Yet, from a view point of the God, everything exists after the death of a man.  And, as a man cannot create anything from nothing, he cannot give existence to any thing.

Did what exists come to exist spontaneously or by chance?  Or did whatever exist come to exist by power of the God?  The latter question looks meaningful, useful, and authentic.  The God must be the source of existence of whatever exists.  With this notion, we can understand the God and must have the fear of the God.

In the space where nothing existed, only the God presided over the space.  You might deny such a situation and think that nothing including yourself exists even at this moment.  And, Satan will be pleased to see that one man goes mad against anticipation of the God.       

So, the last question the mankind is allowed to have must be: why and how did the God come to exist or is there any concept meaning more than existence?

If we admit that we exist, we have to admit existence of the source of existence, which must be the God.

If we die, nothing material exists for us, but the world continues to exist as well as the God.  Even if we die, the history goes on.  Even the history of the mankind ends, the universe continues to exist.  Even if the history of the universe ends and it disappears, the spiritual world and the God exist.  And at the moment of end of the material universe, a man must be able to materially see the God if he sill lives at the moment.

Whatever exists must come to cease to exist in the long future in this world, in the spiritual world, etc.  Even Satan will cease to exist likewise.  However, if the space where existence, material or spiritual, is possible has come to cease to exist, the God must be present somewhere.

All we can hope is that Christ Jesus is the Son of the God, since we can share the fact or reality of existence of ourselves and Himself in the history in this material world with Christ Jesus.  We do not have to be afraid that actually nothing exists, including ourselves, this world, the spiritual world, etc., since the Son of the God existed in the history in this material world.

It had been reported that Neanderthals have left a certain feature in the genes of the modern mankind that has introduced weakness against corona-viruses:

A recent genetic association study (Ellinghaus et al. 2020) identified a gene cluster on chromosome 3 as a risk locus for respiratory failure in SARS-CoV-2. Recent data comprising 3,199 hospitalized COVID-19 patients and controls reproduce this and find that it is the major genetic risk factor for severe SARS-CoV-2 infection and hospitalization (COVID-19 Host Genetics Initiative). Here, we show that the risk is conferred by a genomic segment of ~50 kb that is inherited from Neandertals and occurs at a frequency of ~30% in south Asia and ~8% in Europe. However East Asians and Sub-Sahara Africans have this feature in a lesser amount, but Bangladeshi　have it in a larger ratio among them (63% of Bangladeshi have at least one set of relevant genes).

It has been proved that the number of deaths in Japan is one hundredth of that in Europe or the U.S.   But India, adjacent to Bangladesh, has the far larger number of victims of corona-viruses than Japan.

(Deaths by corona-viruses: More than 190,000 in the U.S and about 1,400 in Japan  as of Sept. 9, 2020, although the population of the U.S. is abut three times larger than Japan's.)

It is also thought that Neanderthals who had lived in the region now called Croatia had a stronger relationship with the direct ancestors of the modern mankind than in other regions.

So we may say that we have confirmed that some of Homo sapiens or our direct ancestors married some of Neanderthals.  This scenario looks more likely than the one that viruses introduced the relevant genes to both Homo sapience and  Neanderthals.  However, 99% of genes of the mankind are the same as those of chimpanzees.  Neanderthals were closer to the mankind than chimpanzees are.  Rather, we had better think that some Neanderthals had changed their DNAs or genes to be part of Homo sapiens or the mankind.

Then we may find the reason why Neanderthals disappeared 40,000 years ago from the earth without any drastic events such as wars between them and Homo sapiens.  Some Neanderthals might have just evolved to Homo sapiens by changing less than 1% of their genes taking hundreds of thousands of years.  But other Neanderthals who could not evolve to Homo sapiens must have gone extinct 40,000 years ago due to corona-viruses or other viruses.  In this context, Neanderthals did not completely go extinct but still continue to live today as part of Homo sapiens. 

Furthermore, some of Denisovans and other types of Archaic humans might have evolved to part of Homo sapiens or the modern mankind taking  hundreds of thousands of years, since they could change their genes or DNAs.

Indeed, some fish became living things on the land, some dinosaurs became birds, and some primates became the mankind, all by changing their DNAs and genes by themselves.  And even some men might be able to evolve to a kind of Angels by changing their DNAs and genes based on faith in the God.

A man has all the genes a chimpanzee has.  In other words, a chimpanzee does not have unique genes a man does not have.  It is also thought that a half of genes a man has were introduced into its ancestors by viruses.  However, it is also estimated that only 5% of human genes are active in a man.

So, it may be possible to turn a chimpanzee to a man by introducing those genes unique only to a man into a chimpanzee.

This is one example of possibility that may become possible due to development of science.  In other words, human science may interfere with the nature in terms of biological development of species.

Yet, we need to know all the functions of all the genes we have.  There must be a gene that will enable the human body to suppress or kill useless or dangerous viruses that invade the body.  Although all the human DNAs (on which genes exist) were read out completely in 2003, their functions are not yet completely understood.

Every man has the same DNAs and genes.  Therefore, at least children from human parents look similar to their parents, and do not look like chimpanzees or any other animals.  But what genes are active in a man differ from those of others.

In this context, Christ Jesus has the same genes and DNAs as those in us.  But some specific genes in Christ Jesus must be uniquely on in comparison with others.  But we do not know yet what genes are uniquely on in Christ Jesus.  We may find key genes that established Christ Jesus.

For example, as there had been 80 generation from Abraham to Christ Jesus, there must be 80 special genes uniquely being on in Christ Jesus, since one specific gene might be turned on in one generation.  

Genes on DNAs are transferred to RNAs which then are translated into specific proteins to alter cells and build specific parts of the body.  But almost a half of RNAs are not translated to proteins but function as they are. 

Anyway, the mankind might discover the secret of genes of Christ Jesus in this century or the next.  Then, they may try to create another Christ Jesus.

However, it will be more difficult to turn those Christ genes on or anti-Christ genes off.

On the other hand, it is thought that our mind-set can have an influence on activation of genes.  When we are positively thinking, our objective can be more easily achieved.   A sick person having a forward-looking view seems to be more smoothly cored than other having a pessimistic view.  Genes good for maintaining health and strengthening immunity must be turned on more easily and smoothly in the body of a man having an optimistic and ambitious view.

So, the extremely pure and strong faith of Christ Jesus must have turned specific genes on in His body.

If we believe that we have also inherently specific genes uniquely turned on in Christ Jesus, all we have to do is to have the same faith as that of Christ Jesus.  Indeed, Christ Jesus said: "If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you."

Let's check the state of inmates in the U.S according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

So, the majority of inmates in the U.S. are male whites under sentences between 5 to 15 years, although Hispanics seem to be included in the category of Whites in the FBP statistics. 

We had better compare this statistics with the general demography in the U.S. with distinction between Hispanics and other genuine Whites (according to https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2019/04/30/shrinking-gap-between-number-of-blacks-and-whites-in-prison/).

Furthermore, we must also get another reference statistics to clarify ethnicity:

So, it has become clear that blacks are 5 times more apt to be arrested and put into prisons than whites.  It is not good for Americans who are entitled to enjoy the principle that everyone is born equally under the God.

Turning on Favorable Genes and Turning off Undesired Genes

Some genes in DNA are in a sate of being ON (active), and others are in a state of being OFF (non-active).  According to these states of genes (whose total number is 22,333) in DNA (whose total size is about 3 billion DNA base pairs), each human body has its own features, functioning uniquely.  

Human genes that become acetylated are in general turned ON, while they are turned OFF when becoming methylated.

It is said that active genes only account for 5 to 10%.  And it is thought that a disease develops because necessary genes are not active in the human body.  To conquer a disease, some specific genes must be turned ON.  Then, men might be able to conquer diseases caused by corona-viruses.

But how can we turn genes ON and OFF in an arbitrary manner?  Some Japanese scientists discovered a chemical approach to do it and reported it, in August 2016, in the online-version of Nature Biotechnology under the title of "Targeted DNA demethylation in vivo using dCas9-peptide repeat and ScFv–TET catalytic domain fusions."

 
Apart from chemical or medical approaches, there must be other approaches by adopting specific ways of living and mind work, since autonomous nerves controlling some physical conditions are affected by actions of the mind through brain nerves.

Dr. Kazuo Murakami emphasized the following points:

(1) Some dormant genes start to get ON working actively, when a man encounters a certain environment.  

(2) Some dormant genes get ON working actively, when a man mends his way of living.

(3) A man can grow n terms of ability and personality, when he changes the environment by which he is surrounded at the time of being stuck in a dead end.   

(4) Some genes that have been OFF can be turned ON, when a man gets associated with innovation.

(5) One's life can be changed through information exchange with others.

(6) One common feature among people who build good performance is having an upbeat vision and keeping a positive trend.

(7) A notable feature of those whose genes are actively ON is that they don't worry about the future but tackle work at hand in full efforts.

In these spiritual, psychological and behavioral approaches, one can turn on genes whose work is needed for him facing specific conditions in life.  And, if such approaches can be formulated and quantified, revolution can happen in medical science.  However, they are still experimental and empirical.

However, it can be easily understood why and how Christ Jesus could heal the sick and depressed without using modern medicines and devices, if He had the skill to work on their genes, turning on favorable genes and turning off undesired genes.

Indeed, some American and European medical scientists are studying on effect of prayer on treatment of disease.  If somebody prays for cure of disease of his family member, friend, etc. directly, indirectly, or even remotely, a curing effect is found sometimes.  Prayer based on love and faith seems to work well.

On the other hand, hatred, anger, and malice may be also transmitted to turn on undesired genes and turn off favorable genes of an enemy. 

The mankind must not be yet matured enough to be able to handle this gene awakening/suppressing technique.

Mutual Reaction between Spiritual/Mind Work and the Endocrine and Immune systems

A man invokes his spirit and thinks with his mind, which works on his endocrine system and immune system whose work reversely acts on his mind and spirit.

If stress on his mind continues, functional failures occur somewhere in his mind, endocrine system and immune system, resulting in a disease.  As a result, his mind feels pain and agony, falling into depression and leading to a lower level of vital activities.  

In this internal conditions, corona-viruses find chances to slip away from the immune system and invade human cells.

As one gets older, he will have to suffer many kinds of stress in his life in the society or at home.  So, old men tend to have hidden diseases.  When people get older than 60, their possibility to develop cancer drastically increases.

It has been also found that older people (especially higher than 60) tend to be killed by corona-viruses more often than younger people (under 50).

The paper found that the fatality rate gradually increases with age. For example, there were no deaths among children aged nine or younger while it stood at 0.2 percent for people aged between 10 and 39. It increased to 3.6 percent in the 60-69 age bracket before rising to 8 percent among those aged 70 to 79 and 14.8 percent among people in their 80s or older.

Anyway, people have to avoid stress on their bodies and minds so that their endocrine systems and immune systems can work properly and effectively against cancers and viruses.

For this purpose, it is highly recommended to read the Bible or any holy books to purify their spirits and free their minds from worldly worries, since there is clear mutual reaction between spiritual and mind work and the endocrine and immune systems.
