"Shake off the Dust under your Feet"

A Wall Street boom had once an interesting effect on the Japanese people.

Even Japanese students learnt that enrolling into a medical faculty of a university is not the only way to become rich with a less risk.

Now, only few people in the Japanese society respect medical doctors in terms of financial superiority.

But, stupid medical doctors still think they can speak to a patient with a condescending attitude as they think they are smarter than any patient.

Fools become a medical doctor more often than wise men do.

SECTION I: TRUE EMERGENCY ROOM

At the age of 80 or so, Gautama Buddha died of mesenteric infarction or food poisoning about 2500 years ago, namely 500 years before the birth of Jesus Christ.

Some wondered why the Buddha, a kind of superman, could not save himself. The answer is of course the Buddha himself was a human being subject to the destiny and fate Heaven had decided before the birth of the Buddha.

(For a sincere Q&A: http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q1014127610?fr=rcmd_chie_detail )

But, did Jesus Christ really cure sick people and the wounded by exercising the power of miracles? And, how?

The essence of an answer must be related to electricity and magnetism.

In my humble thought based on a basic scientific viewpoint, Jesus Christ seems to have special ability to issue a special electric and magnetic wave or current from His body to a sick person (ex. electrostatic discharge), though His power was manifested even remotely or beyond time and space.

That special electric and magnetic wave or current must work on an affected area of an ailing person to regulate a biological function of the area. Cells, even half dead, around the diseased site must respond to incitement triggered by the electric and magnetic power, correcting themselves to function normally.

Then, even a woman who touched a fringe of the clothes Jesus put on got the electric and magnetic wave or current into her body, which regulated a biological function of the effected area of her body. Consequently, she was cured at the moment.

Modern science of medicine is trying to cure an ill person by working on a diseased part relying on a chemical method mostly; but the core of a chemical reaction is electric and magnetic effect at the level of molecules and atoms.

However, this super mechanism of Jesus Christ's body was invoked mostly when He felt love and compassion to the sick.

Could He then cure Himself using his own energy?

Anyway, this is another secret on Jesus Christ I have humbly figured out, though I have not taught it to any Japanese priests and members of Catholic church organizations, as you know, since their faith is very weak and insufficient.

SECTION II: TRUE ECONOMISTS

A Japanese newspaper brand corresponding to the US Wall Street Journal is, pro and con, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun I sometimes purchase in a convenient shop, such as the Seven-11.

There is a biography corner on the paper. Many notable and successful people of various fields in the Japanese society have written half their life on this corner. This morning an economist introduced half his life.

Nippon Steel Corporation was established in 1970 through a merge of two big and old steal corporations.

At that time, 78 of 80 economists predicted that the mega-merge would not work well and result in poor performance. Yet, two economists correctly found a merit and advantage the new company would enjoy after the business consolidation.

One of the two brilliant economists is the today's hero of the biography corner on the paper. He emphasized that a major key to this kind of corporate growth is technology. Innovation of technology plays a key role in a growth path of a corporation.

A merger inducing effective technological development is a very positive sign of future success.

So, the lessons are:
1. You can trust only a few economists among notable 100 ones.

2. A great economist must be also an honest engineer, since the world is today driven by industry but not by agriculture. Without Toyota and Sony, even Wall Street guys must be still content with a mono color TV set and a 1960's type of GM cars.

So, if you want to be one of top economists in the 21st century, you have to go to work in a plant of Sony or Toyota before entering the financial sector.

SECTION III:

(To be continued...)

(Moon River. A safe title, since it is not a story on Wall Street. The actress left for Switzerland to marry a medical doctor. Oh, j'ai été un idiot de croire que le romantisme, à New York, ma chérie.

Mar 6:10 And he said unto them, In what place soever ye enter into an house, there abide till ye depart from that place.

Mar 6:11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Mar 6:12 And they went out, and preached that men should repent.
