Neutrinos and the Plate Tectonics Theory
Recently, a second pilot operated a wrong switch to open the door of the cockpit for the chief pilot who had been out to wash his hands.
Then, a Japanese commercial jet plane got into a inverted flight momentarily, though no passengers were injured. It increased a load to 2.6G for those inside the plane.
Probably 1000 planes must be flying everyday all over Japan. And this kind of accidents look like happening once in 10 years, including private small planes. So, the probability is one in 3 million flights for this kind of human-error triggered accidents.
On the other hand, an M9.0 earthquake with a 15 meter high tsunami and a 24 meter movement of the seabed at the epicenter is said to occur once in thousand years, namely 10 in 3 million days, due to a movement of continental plate in a very large scale.
This is a lesson from the Fukushima Daiichi accident directly caused by a 15-meter high tsunami.
SECTION I: Measurement of Neutrino Flight
CERN reported that neutrino runs or flies faster than light against the law of modern physics. The answer to this enigma must be distance rather than inaccurate clock reading.
It must be the plate tectonics theory rather than Einstein's theory that holds an answer.
It was discovered in the following experiment.

The CNGS project sends muon neutrinos from CERN to the Gran Sasso National Laboratory (LNGS), 732 km away in Italy. There, two experiments, OPERA and ICARUS, wait to find out if any of the muon neutrinos have transformed into tau neutrinos. To create the neutrino beam, a proton beam from the Super Proton Synchrotron at CERN is directed onto a graphite target, creating particles called pions and kaons. These particles are fed into a system of two magnetic lenses that focus the particles into a parallel beam in the direction of Gran Sasso. Next, in a 1 km long tunnel, the pions and kaons decay into muons and muon neutrinos. At the end of this decay tunnel, an 18 m thick block of graphite and metal absorbs the remaining protons, and pions and kaons that did not decay. The muons are stopped by the rock beyond. Only, the muon neutrinos remain to streak through the rock on their journey to Italy. http://public.web.cern.ch/public/en/Research/CNGS-en.htmlThe key to understanding the result of neutrino being faster than light is the distance between the two points.
I think the distance was not correctly measured between CERN and Gran Sasso. It is because the African Continental Plate has been moving north to the European Plate. The area north of Italy through the Alps must be under pressure to be contracted.
So, the distance between CERN and Gran Sasso must be getting smaller and smaller every year, month, week, and day, though a fraction of an inch. Yet. it means that neutrino flew over a distance shorter than a value obtained sometimes ago. The length between the two locations should have been checked (by a satellite) every time a neutrino particle was sent from Switzerland to Italy.

As you see in the above figure, the African Continent has its most northern tip on the Italian Peninsula, that is, the south side of the Alps. The pressure must be higher at the location where the CERN experiment was carried out by delivering neutrinos. But, as the zone is so special or extraordinarily under strong pressure between Europe and Africa over the Mediterranean Sea, it is not an appropriate section to conduct the experiment of measuring the speed of neutrinos due to the plate tectonics theory.
In other word, what should be further studied is the plate tectonics theory rather than Einstein's theory.

What should be also noted is that this large-scale movement of continents on the surface of the earth is the major cause of the M9.0 great earthquake and tsunamis that occurred in Japan on March 11, 2011 (and the subsequent Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident).

Anyway, CERN scientists in charge of the experiment claimed that they double checked the distance. But how?
During Friday's seminar, the most frequent questions from other scientists in the audience were if the OPERA collaboration had double-checked the precise distance from CERN to Gran Sasso, and if they fully accounted for effects such as tides, and Autiero responded that they had made multiple independent measurements of the distances.http://physicsbuzz.physicscentral.com/2011/09/physicists-report-evidence-of-quicker.htmlIn addition, the controversial time difference is 60 nano seconds, which corresponds to a scale of one meter for light speed. But one meter for the distance between CERN and Gran Sasso 732 km is too large as an error of a measurement instrument. Therefore, it must be an effect of pressed and warped shape under the ground while only the two end points on the ground surface must have been actually used for the distance measurement.

Poland is going to introduce nuclear power plants:
Poland, which joined the EU in 2004, currently depends on coal for 94 percent of its electricity and is bound by the bloc's climate package to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent by 2020 compared to the 1990 level.
To feed its growing economy's appetite for energy, it has opted to build the two atomic power facilities by that deadline.
PGE is to host a closed-door meeting for interested global nuclear energy players this week in Warsaw. France's EDF and Areva, the US-Japanese Westinghouse Electric Company LLC and GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, a US-Japanese consortium, are expected to attend.
http://www.nuclearpowerdaily.com/reports/Poland_presses_on_with_nuclear_power_debut_999.htmlHowever, after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident, support from the Polish people to nuclear energy has dropped from 46% to 40%. The Polish Government should take it account that a disaster estimated to happen once in 1000 years can really happen at any time on any nuclear power generation plant.
