The followings are from recent articles of newspapers in Japan:

- The Japanese steel industry is enjoying the largest boom in three decades due to strong needs in China.

(China should become a pro-Japan country. It is really ages ago that Mao Tse-tung failed in boosting steel production in China after WWII, while China is now the No.1 crude-steel producer country, due to technical and financial support from Japan for decades, with 350 million tons of production followed by Japan with 110 million tons in the whole-world production of 1.13 billion tons.)

- A journalist in Turk was assassinated. His article about conflicts between Ottoman Turks and Armenians, which occurred in the late 19th century sacrificing 300,000 people, touched off a serious argument in Turk.

(Turk is a pro-Japan country. We hope that justice will be surely done in Turk.)

- Staff of U.S. Department of Homeland Security is going to be stationed in Narita Airport, Japan, based on agreement between the Governments of Japan and the U.S.

(America has been regarded as a pro-Japan country for decades. However, a certain influential writer in Japan wrote, in his well-known book, that he would never visit the U.S., for he does not like to provide his personal information, including his finger prints, for US authorities concerned. )

I hope the U.S. will become a pro-Iran country; and Iran will become a pro-U.S. country.

Energy-resource hunting China and another Middle-East potential power Turk must be highly embarrassed if the U.S.-Iran relationship gets into a real quagmire.

(From Japan to Turk through China and India as well as Iran is a kind of orthodox Asia since before the emergence of Islam, which is overwhelmingly wider and more colorful than the U.S. alone, the contemporary sole superpower.)

Japan is a pro-United Nations and pro-U.S. country.

(The U.S. is the No. 1 contributor to U.N. with US$420 million followed by Japan with US$330 million and Germany with US$150 million in 2006.)

And, Japan is a pro-Jesus Christ country or a hidden and real admirer of Jesus Christ, since there is no single respectable person in Japan who declares that he is an enemy of Jesus Christ.

Truly, even today, I have confirmed that Japan is blessed in this difficult world under globalization (with underlying forces of the so called Christianity, Islam, and Communism rooted in a knot of Judaism as a mainstream).

The issue might be how long it will last and how much more it will be given (though it is more blessing to give as much as possible).

(Jesus Christ said to people that unless they have never committed a sin, they should not sling a stone at a woman under an accusation to execute her.

This mandatory rule applies to any cases.

You should not stone and execute white, privileged, student athletes in any universities as well as African American young women in any professions, since the existence of such categories itself is a sin of the society which makes all the members of the society a sinner [though, to a different extent according to wealth one has].

The issue is devising and implementing a solution to nullify adversary effects of the existence of such categories in the society.

And the best solution is to understand how much the whole society, including European Americans who control the American economy, owes Jesus Christ and thus has to follow his teaching, that is, not to execute anybody since you are also a sinner.)

Now, I have remembered that the late Peter Jennings attended a court trial on the late Saddam Hussein.

Peter Jennings left this world earlier than Saddam Hussein.

There is one journalist in Japan who ventured to visit the site where the late President of Iraq had been hiding when he had been captured by US troops.

The underground, small cell was still there.

He was a notable journalist who once successfully criticized the president of NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) for various scandals, which finally led to the president's resignation.

But the journalist sometime after having returned home from Iraq got hospitalized for surgery; he blessedly recovered and appears regularly on TV nowadays.

I am awfully sorry for other unlucky professionals in this field, especially, who were involved in the Iraqi War.

Somebody said that Jews killed Jesus Christ. They also talked about slavery.

American news programs viewed in morning business hours in Japan might not get a wide audience base; yet it must provide valuable information for those working in Japan's news sector and probably its education sector.

Yet, US religions, slavery, and gender are especially very remote issues here.

Indeed, it was reported in the Bible that Jesus Christ had been almost killed in his home town when people had surrounded Him on a cliff. Eventually Jesus Christ had walked through and left them who, driven by malicious passions, had tried to push Him off.

Then, as everybody knows, the so called high priests of the Jewish society 2000 years ago made an accusation about Him to a Roman Governor who eventually ordered his soldiers to crucify Him.

According to these reports, it seems that there were some Jews who were determined to take Jesus Christ's life but could not for specific reasons, and thus resorted to Roman army of occupation.

If majority or significant part of Jewish population then had joined the plot, they should not have troubled the Roman Governor.

Jesus Christ was not crucified under the name of the Jewish tribe which had been for generations under occupation of the Roman Empire.

The Roman Governor had a decisive power in this case, since he could have also killed any Jews at his will, including those who had made an accusation about Jesus Christ. Under the name of the Roman Empire, the Governor formally killed Jesus Christ.

It is noteworthy that some Jews who became an enemy of Jesus Christ and His followers had no capability to attack Him and His followers as well as the Roman Governor; they were absolutely deprived of armed might, probably, due to so many secret and strong followers of Jesus Christ among their tribe.

And, the present European and American civilization is a successor of the Roman Empire. The civilization has to carry the glory and the sin of its parent Empire, if a certain criterion is applied.

Following the criterion, ancestors of present European and American civilization killed Jesus Christ. (But, it is quite correct to say that mankind killed Jesus Christ.)

Nonetheless, I believe that if you had been a cool Roman Governor of Judea 2000 years ago, you would have naturally laughed at those Jews who had taken a legal action against Jesus Christ without arms, and rather provided Him with an elite platoon to protect Him.

It is a matter of the Jewish society 2000 year ago, in which Jesus Christ had decided to live as a member. We should not judge it unless we are a member of the society of the very age. In addition, behind the high priests in bad faith, there might have been some unknown pagans who are still unknown to date.

Without Jews who honestly believed in Jesus Christ 2000 year ago, mankind should have completely failed in following, praising, and honoring God.

Though the Jewish community of the age as a whole did not decide to follow Jesus Christ, some of them saved the whole mankind of future generations by believing in Him personally respectively.

Accordingly, the faith and belief in Jesus Christ became an individual matter since then, not as a religion of a race, a tribe, or a society.

Jesus Christ was killed by the Roman Governor who accepted, though he could have denied, a request by some people with wealth, social status, and religious fame rather than, say, by His countrymen. (You might as well say that rich, high-class, and religious people killed Jesus Christ.)

Consequently the Roman Empire was later forced to become a Christian Empire; the Pope in Rome even today plays a role of a Roman Emperor, on behalf of the European/American civilization, who shows his surrender and apology to Jesus Christ incessantly.

It tells who killed Jesus Christ 2000 years ago.

On the other hand, Israelites, some of whose ancestors became the first followers of Jesus Christ, are still allowed to exercise traditional rituals of their tribe completely and freely, which is the greatest reward that any tribe in history has been given by God Almighty.

It tells who did not kill Jesus Christ 2000 years ago.

My impression about all these arguments is that how Jesus Christ could keep His temper while mankind is still using his name in combination with those horrible words such as "kill."

I cannot help but hesitate to discuss, detail, and extend this issue any more unless the Lord God Almighty so wishes.

Early in the morning on January 17, 1995, a great earthquake hit a western part of Japan, sacrificing around 6,000 precious lives.

One author described that the damages of the Kobe City reminded him of US air bombardment in WWII.

On January 17, 1994, the Northridge earthquake occurred in California, sacrificing precious 57 lives and injuring 5,400 people.

On January 17, 1991, the Persian Gulf War began.

We do not know when a great earthquake will hit Tokyo in future.

We did not know the day and hour when the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 began and the large-scale terror on the mainland of America in 2001 started.

Nonetheless, there is no excuse for us; we have to enhance preparedness for potential disasters as well as efforts for comprehensive peace with parties and countries concerned.

On September 29, 1993, an earthquake killed 10,000 people in southern India.

On May 10, 1997, an earthquake killed 2,000 people in eastern Iran.

On February 4, 1998, an earthquake killed 4,000 people in northeastern Afghanistan.

On August 17, 1998, an earthquake killed 16,000 people in Turk.

On January 26, 2001, an earthquake killed 20,000 people in western India.

On December 26, 2003, an earthquake killed 30,000 people in Iran.

On December 26, 2004, an earthquake and tsunamis killed 300,000 people on the Sumatra Island, Indonesia, and other Indian Ocean coasts.

On October 8, 2005, an earthquake killed 100,000 people in Pakistan.

On May 27, 2006, an earthquake killed more than 5,000 people on the Java Island, Indonesia.

From Indonesia to Turk, Muslims have been suffering severely beyond imagination of citizens of advanced countries.

They also suffered terror such as Bali bombings in 2002 and 2005, Istanbul bombings in 2004, and Mumbai bombings in 2006.

Those incidents seem to have been coincident with terrorist movement in those areas and actual acts of terror in target countries as well as related operations by countries concerned including the U.S.

It is not only a continental draft of the Indian Subcontinent toward the north, pushing up the Asian Continent and building the Himalaya Mountains, but also the lack of help and support to prepare for disasters that should be perceived.

If the U.S. and EU continue to leave and neglect Muslims in those disaster-torn regions in tragedy, anything horrible, I am afraid, such as terror might be directed, in the worst case, to them as they experienced in the US East Coast in 2001, Madrid in 2004, and London in 2005.

You have to read and comprehend holy codes hidden in the above historic record of disasters in the regions that may be potentially more concerned with US and EU security than Iraq is.

"MUHAMMAD ALI: His Life and Times" by Thomas Hauser, published in 1991, was translated into Japanese and divided into two parts, each of which is sold separately.

I recently bought its second part, consisting of 441 pages including foot notes, at 1200 yen (US$10), which was renewed for pocket editions in 2005.

It would cost more if we buy an original and imported version of the book written in English.

Most of Japanese people read famous American books in their Japanese versions for various reasons, including prices and difficulties in reading English.

One interesting report contained in the book is that one of close associates of Mr. Muhammad Ali once said, before a match, that a Muslim was for the first time in history going to fight a Christian on the ring. And, Mr. Ali won.

The issue is whether this kind of facts on Mr. Ali has had significant influence on young Muslims all over the world up to this day.

It is not so very rare to spot African Americans in Japan, partly due to existence of US military bases in Japan. Generally speaking, they look like well respecting the Japanese society.

Perhaps they could see the difference in various human aspects, such as distinction between a Christian and a Muslim among their races which Japanese cannot easily.

My belief is that God admits Japanese as he does with Christians and Muslims regardless of their races.

Besides, if the ancient Persian Empire had defeated the ancient Greek Coalition, there would not have been Alexander the Great as well as the Roman Empire; and thus neither European dominance nor discovery of New Continents by Europeans.

Therefore, my belief is that God admits Japanese as he does with European Americans and African Americans regardless of their religions.

Mr. Muhammad Ali is still very famous in Japan, mostly because he symbolizes super success of an individual in whatever profession, especially in America.

Or, whatever race or religion he belongs to, worldly success itself might matter to most of Japanese.

Conversely, whatever race or religion a saint belongs to, spiritual authority itself might matter to most of Japanese.

If God is pleased with Japanese and Mr. Muhammad Ali, we assume that there are no problems between Japan and African Americans, and Japan and Muslims.

(In conclusion, we have to symbolize something valuable to succeed even if God promises our success.)

Japan's Supertanker Hit by USS Newport News at Hormuz for Prophecy


The USS atomic-powered submarine Newport News (6,000 tons, 110m) hit the Japanese super-tanker Mogami-Gawa (300,000 tons, 333m) at Strait of Hormuz of the Persian Gulf on January 8, 2007.

In the worst case, it could have resulted in a large scale of oil spill in addition to a disastrous fire on the sea, which might hamper navigation of tankers delivering crude oils to the world market.

(The Mogami-Gawa, one of three or more tankers passing through the Hormuz straits specifically to Japan per day, was carrying an amount of oil equivalent to a half of that consumed per day in Japan.)

This incident instantly reminded me of the collision between a Japanese fisheries-high-school's training ship named Ehimemaru and the USS Greeneville, of the same class as the Newport News, that occurred off the Oahu Island, Hawaii, on February 10, 2001, taking nine Japanese lives.

I once wrote:

And, actually as prophesized, though regarded as by chance, the War on Terror has been still going on, taking many lives of various parties and nationalities.

The speculation on the recent naval incident is that the USS Newport News was then being dispatched to the sea area off Somalia while US fighter-bombers were attacking an Al-Qaeda base in the civil-war-torn country.

Nonetheless, Somalia is not the only focus in this context; we are inevitably aware of presence of Iran near the Strait of Hormuz.

In the story of “Moby Dick,” Captain Ahab of a whaling ship Ishmael got on board was chasing and pursing the white whale called Moby Dick.

It may be read as Arabs are aiming at the "White House," in which a president nicknamed "W" resides and a vice president called "Dick" works, while "Islam" and "Israel" are involved in a historical context.

And, to make the long story short, Captain Ahab and his companies finally failed in killing Moby Dick while the whailing ship was destroyed by the gigantic white whale, and one Ishmael alone got rescued by another ship.

It means, as a prophecy of my version, that Arabs attacking the White House would finally fail and their organization would be destroyed; yet, the nation Israel and the great religious community Islam will survive.

But, most astonishing thing is that this revelation was brought with the Ehimemaru tragedy near the Pearl Harbor in early 2001, reminding us of the lightening strikes of Imperial Japan's Navy on US Navy fleets, in the naval port in Hawaii, 60 years ago.

Subsequently, Washington D.C. and the New York City were attacked in the kamikaze style by some Arabs on September 11, 2001.

Early this year, again, a USS submarine hit a Japanese ship.

This time not off the Pearl Harbor, but it happened at the strategically most important strait in the world: the Strait of Hormuz of the Persian Gulf.

However, no injury and loss of life as well as leakage of oil were reported.

Yet, we have to take this as another warning from Heaven.

Both the U.S. and the Islamic Republic of Iran should take it as such.

The name of the tanker damaged, though minor, "Mogami-Gawa," is taken from one of famous rivers in Japan. The meaning of Kanji characters used to express "Mogami-Gawa" is the best and top river.

The flow of crude oil from the Middle East to Japan should not be interrupted and stopped by any military operations by the U.S. and the Islamic Republic of Iran, which might be the warning from Almighty God and Allah after all.

You should not interrupt and stop any holy missions now being carried out and delivered here and there.

Recently Mr. Bill Gates accepted an interview and said:

"If you want to point to why the Windows PC has become such a successful, central thing, that enabling of partners, including all those great hardware partners, I'd say that's been very big. Here you see Toshiba doing SideShow (a Vista feature that enables a secondary display). You see Sony doing this beautiful Media Center, living room-type device. You see HP bringing in this touch-screen capability on a very nice form factor... "

You can enjoy contents and functions of advanced equipment. Such equipment consists of hardware whose control needs complicated and accurate procedures and operations only software can perform in a very short time.

Hardware can be easily replaced with other maker's, but a type of basic software cannot. It is because electronic formats of contents would be uniquely based on each maker's software unless comprehensive standard is forcibly adopted by the industry. If a dominant software maker refuses to accept such a standard, users cannot use old files in a different maker's software system which might be cheaper and more efficient.

(Just like you cannot buy and use another TV set that cannot receive a presently most popular broadcast frequency or channel.)

Users want to use a great amount of old files; Microsoft seems to have refused to adopt universal standards on file formats and other functions; and Japanese hardware makers cannot effectively offer more user-friendly solutions (except the TRON embedded OS project), but continue to design PCs that can only work with the Windows operating system.

Nonetheless, why are not a number of Windows-compatible operating systems being designed and produced by various software makers in this free and democratic world?

Accordingly, Mr. Bill Gates has become the richest man in the world.

However, when he was interviewed with in person by the late Peter Jennings in his home in Washington State, Mr. Bill Gates did not even look like the richest man in the United States.

(I suppose the interview was conducted just after or before Peter Jennings' coverage tour to Iraq in 2003 or 2004, where he encountered very nearly shootings between US troops and insurgents.)

It might because Peter Jennings was not in excellent physical condition that his attitude toward Mr. Bill Gates looked a little too cool while the billionaire was showing the famous anchorman around his home with full of IT systems.

Software is not a "king" in the IT system. But, users are as with other consumer goods. Further, public information even as goods is a little more different.

When the society is hit just like 9/11 terror attacks in 2001, it is an excellent anchorman that can calm down people as well as situations through his "presidential" manners but not super-rich IT industry leaders.

A profession that is accompanied with some human value is more valuable than a profession that is concerned only with monetary value at its core.

The 9/11 terror attacks in 2001 forced Peter Jennings to perform his duty in front of a camera under a specific pressure for very long, contiguous hours, which might have tested his health with a delayed effect leading to his death in August, 2005.

I don't know how they tested Windows OS, apart from the Internet designed for specific flexibility, on the day.

Now, how were you tested on the very day that is September 11, 2001?

Yukichi Fukuzawa (1835-1901), an extremely influential and notable, historical person of culture, introduced many Western works, such as "Declaration of Independence," to Japan which was then on its way to westernization in the 19th century.

He also introduced European and American jokes in his book published in Japan in 1893, such as follows:

"One day, parents wanted to see what their boy had an aptitude for. They handed to the boy the Bible, a hundred-dollar bill, and an apple. Then they went out for some time, leaving the boy alone. When they returned home, they thought, if the boy was reading the Bible, they would advise him to become a priest; if he was playing with the hundred-dollar bill, they would encourage him to become a banker; but if he was eating the apple, they would probably have to expect him to be a farmer or something like that. When they returned home, they found the boy with the bill inside a pocket, sitting on the Bible, and munching the apple. The parents then believed that they could make a politician of the boy."

Contemporary Americans may also like to test their children with the Bible, a hundred-dollar bill, and an apple, too.

America today, like 100 years ago, seems to be full of priests, financial sector workers, and apple-pie eaters in addition to real and virtual politicians.

No parents want their children to volunteer for military service unless it is the only way for them to be recognized as a patriot. On the other hand, the Defense Department or the War Department would not mind an aptitude of a boy for soldiers in wartime.

But the true issue is, as the joke could be regarded as implying, whether a politician has an aptitude for leading the people while he most probably lacks faith, honesty, and manners among the people.

I do not think highly of public estimation such as "a man of integrity."

In the half part of his life, Yukichi Fukuzawa was a samurai. In 1860, as a member of an envoy of the Tokugawa samurai regime, he visited the U.S. They were taken into a photo as presented in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fukuzawa_Yukichi.

It was said that Yukichi Fukuzawa had been the supreme master of swordplay, which could be felt in his picture as a samurai, though no reports on his fight with a sword. Today, he is remembered as a pioneering author as well as the founder of the Keio University.

A boy who might become a Fukuzawa would, when left alone in home, soon start to read his favorite book, such as a biography of George Washington, without paying much attention to other luxuries.
(No girl is expected to be left alone for any testing, of course.)

One of astonishing addresses I have ever heard in the US political community is that America will succeed in Iraq as it did in Germany and Japan after WWII.

It is just like believing that every American citizen today on a street is carrying a gun as every cowboy in the West 200 years ago was doing so.

People act according to what they have learnt in tradition of their society. When they find their behaviors are not respected by foreigners occupying their country, they will find a cause to run for insurgency.

It is said that there were many US soldiers, among occupation forces in Japan, who befriended Japanese citizens with a kind of compassion; accordingly, no guerilla attacks were conducted on the US troops that had landed on Japan after the end of WWII.

In Germany, young US officers like Mr. Henry Kissinger, who was born in Germany, contributed reconstruction of the devastated country that had been led by a defective and malicious ideology of the Nazis for a cause of protecting their Christian and tribal society.

Apart from culture, history, and traditions, there were very important human and individual aspects in the success of US occupation of Japan and Germany after WWII. And the two countries have cooperated with the U.S. all through the age of the Cold War to the 21st century as the second and the third industrial power in the world.

(Before the WWII, the four strongest countries in the world were the U.S., the U.K., Germany, and Japan; however, before the War on Terror, Iraq did not take such a position at all.)

Therefore, I hope US soldiers in Iraq to befriend Iraqis if they are not interested in any academic matters on Iraq.

It will make their presence in Iraq meaningful and valuable even for their lives after coming back to the States.

Sending more troops to Iraq should mean to send more American friends to Iraqi people for reconstruction of the civil-war-torn country.

President George W. Bush made the long-awaited speech on Iraq and his new policy on the War on Iraq.

It was broadcast live in Japan. The President talked about military situations in Iraq and involvement of Syria, Iran, and Al-Qaeda. CNN analysts were also arguing about situations in Baghdad.

Meanwhile, ABC News reported that "there were 744,000 homeless people in the United States in 2005, according to the first national estimate in a decade." (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory?id=2785098)

It is likely that there are many ex-US soldiers, who fought in the Gulf War, among the homeless people.

When did this sequence of military situations start to happen?

Since the end of the Gulf War, the US and UK air forces had continued air patrol and attacks, when deemed to be necessary, on Iraqi territories through 1990's and to 2001. And then, the War on Iraq was initiated after the 9/11 terror attacks on the U.S. mainland.

The true sequence may be considered to have begun with the Viet Nam War, and then led to USSR's Afghan invasion and further to the eruption of the Iran-Iraq War.

After all, when those wars were over, suddenly Iraq invaded Kuwait in August, 1990, resulting in the start of the Gulf War in early 1991.

Al-Qaeda was formed in the wake of the defeat of Iraq in 1991. Terrorists started to launch attacks on US assets and resources, including the one on the World Trade Center in 1993. On September 11, 2001, the decisive attacks were carried out on American soil, which led to America's wars on Afghanistan, Terror, and Iraq.

The current situations can be discussed from various viewpoints including Mesopotamia's ancient glory, Iran's ancient glory, Christians vs. Muslims conflicts and Israelites vs. Muslims conflicts as well as sectarian strife among Muslims, occupations of Arab by Turk and then the U.K., modern days' oil strategies of the U.S., and globalization of economy and democracy in the Third World in the 21st century.

I suppose most American citizens might not be well prepared to deal with these viewpoints and issues.

God might not expect American citizens alone to tackle these historic problems.

This is part of my idea on situations the U.S. now faces, since I got the report telling that there were 744,000 homeless people in the United States in 2005.

In Japan, it is said that there are 25,000 homeless people (though could be 300,000 in proportion to the populations of the two countries).

Accordingly, I do not recommend Japanese citizens to venture to involve in any conflicts in foreign lands regardless of cause.

Wars abroad and homelessness home cannot be a proof of our faith and trust in God Almighty.

The Japanese HIIA rocket, late last year, launched very interesting antennas to the stationary orbit 36,000Km above the earth.

Each of the two antennas so launched has a size of a tennis court, which is the largest one mankind has ever launched. It is not intended for providing a tennis court in the space for future astronauts but serving a special communications need on the ground.

Each antenna was skillfully folded and loaded on the rocked; it was also expanded with dexterity in the space.

Japan is the third largest power following the U.S. and EU in terms of the amount of budget for space development.

This summer Japan will launch a lunar exploration satellite. It will fly on an orbit around the moon. It will observe and record the surface of the moon by 10Km square area, discerning a height of the ground as low as 5m while emitting electro-magnetic waves to probe as deep as 5Km inside the surface.

It has the most advanced scientific functions that even allow for analysis of a stone and a rock on the ground from the high above, though other countries such as China and India, without mentiononing NASA, also plan to launch their own lunar probing satellites.　

What's more, Japan's lunar satellite is going to take pictures of the earth rising over the horizon of the moon with a high-definition camera. The pictures may supersede the famous one a certain Apollo crew took during their mission over the moon in late 1960's.

The question is that Japan has not acquired big support and cooperation from other countries for its space program. The U.S. itself has many clients and stakeholders, and EU is full of intelligent parties and agencies from its member countries. Russia, China, India, and even Korea are just building up their ambitions with a keen sense of rivalry against Japan.

Indeed, Japan looks alone just like its king-size antennas taking a position in cold space 36,000Km over the equator of the earth.

Live pictures of the earth rising over the horizon of the moon taken by a high-definition camera and relayed to the earth would be one, even if you have no such reasons until now.

The total mass of materials known to man in the whole universe, including every star and atom as well as human being on the earth, accounts for only four percent of the total mass of the whole universe that includes materials known and unknown to man.

It means 96% of mass in the universe is a mystery to mankind. We do not know the origin of the unknown mass.

Scientists call it dark matter and dark energy. Specifically the dark matter accounts for 23% of the mass of the whole universe; the dark energy 73%.

Recently an international team of scientists including a Japanese physicist made a new discovery on dark matters. Specifically they found that distribution of the dark matter in the universe is akin to that of galaxies.

Accordingly, it is assumed that the dark matter contributes to generation and formation of galaxies, to one of which our solar system belongs.

Logically, there may be various types of dark matters and dark energy. It is also somehow strange that we cannot observe it around the earth while the earth belongs to the Galaxy.

The dark matter has gravity but no electromagnetic field and thus no light sources; we can neither see them nor catch electric waves it might otherwise emit.

However, it might have a very different kind of force mankind has never discovered.

Anyway, if the formation of our Galaxy was made possible by the dark matter, human beings owe its existence to the dark matter.

Conversely, if the dark matter, physical rules of which we do not know yet, gets malfunction, our Galaxy might go wrong, which may then terminate future possibility of prosperity of human beings traveling across the Galaxy.

In January, 1991, the war and battles started in the Persian Gulf. Then Iraqi President Saddam Hussein rejected to withdraw his troops from Kuwait. Then U.S. President George H. W. Bush ordered attacks on the Iraqi military.

In March, 2003, then Iraqi President Saddam Hussein rejected to surrender to UN and US demands and accept full and complete inspection on weapons of mass-destruction in Iraq. U.S. President George W. Bush ordered attacks on the Iraqi military.

If a future historian, say in the 22nd century, studies these events, they might call it the "War between Saddam Hussein and the Bushes."

Rich Americans, other people in the world as well as poor Americans should contribute to stopping any serious advancement toward a war in such regions.

Otherwise, when a future historian, say in the 22nd century, studies the advancement of events, might call it the "Wars between Saddam Hussein's Apparition and the Bushes."

I wonder, if an American Indian, who happens to be a serious worshipper of their tradition, is elected as a congressman, what holy book he would rather use for his swearing-in.

January 1st should be celebrated, because we have to commemorate the first day of the world; and January 1st is the first day of the year.

By celebrating January 1st, we praise the great feat of God, the creation of the world and the universe, which has eventually generated, so to say, you and your ancestors.

The first day is not linked with any saints, who are human beings, but absolutely linked with the creation of the world, God's great feat.

Or you may think that as we cannot go back to the first day of the world to celebrate God, we celebrate Him on the first day of the year.

You do not need any human saints or legends to celebrate January 1st.

As it is January 1st, we celebrate it for no other worldly reasons. And, it happens to be today.

Japanese are the people who most sincerely celebrate January 1st.

Or there are tow types of God's people in this world: Japanese and others including Israelites, Christians, Muslims, and other believers.

You cannot judge faithfulness of Japanese by applying the same standards you may be allowed to apply to Israelites, Christians, Muslims, and other believers.

If you do, I suppose, Angels surely will be displeased, and they might report it to God.

Today, January 1st, even at 5:30 p.m., the city sky was dark and cold, shops were closed, neon signs and electric billboards were humble, only few cars were entering a rotary, and almost no commuters were spotted. No businesses could appeal to consumers if they hustle on January 1st in Japan.

However, there was an endless flow of people apparently from one direction to the station. Yes, they were on their way back home from a shrine; I mean that almost everyone putting on a winter coat, a muffler, and a long boots (for most of young ladies) had just made a pilgrimage probably as a yearly ceremony.

Indeed, most of Japanese go and pray in a shrine nearby or notable on January 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Shinto is this way practiced all over Japan.

Japanese, as a whole, are celebrating the great creation of the God through Shinto.

(If you do not celebrate the first day of the year, no matter if you celebrate every Friday, Saturday, or Sunday thereafter, I wonder if God is pleased with you more than He is on January 1st with pious Japanese. In this sense, today, something decisive is to be completed. It might be useless for you to wait for, for example, Christmas coming on December 25 this year.)

All I want you to do is not to ask Japanese whether he or she believes in God in a sense of Israelites, Christians, or Muslims.

You should not ask what religion he or she believes, neither.

If somebody is Japanese, it means he or she belongs to the unique religion, which no foreigners can comprehend, that alone praises God on January 1st.

You should not insult January 1st by asking those questions to Japanese.

The holy arrow is called "Hama-Ya," literally meaning an arrow breaking an evil spirit.

Now the year 2006 is going to be left behind forever, maybe, like the fist day God created this world or the universe.

(Jesus Christ said not to keep looking back, though.)

The center of Japan is, for ordinary Japanese in their general point of view, the Tokyo Station.

The area around the station is the most secured business center as it is adjacent to the Imperial Palace, though some people might feel the streets there are a kind of high-blown.

Now a few tall buildings are under construction in front of the Tokyo Station.

When people saw such development of streets around any mega-stations in Japan, they used to look like feeling something specifically inspiring.

Now people may come to understand that glory does not lie in tall towers or huge buildings but in intangible assets.

Otherwise, people have become indifferent with whatever development going on in prime locations, since they are too much involved in or too much neglected by urban development schemes carried on an extraordinarily high-priced land.

It might not be bad to feel heavy by seeing the late Mr. Saddam Hussein in a picture of a newspaper issued today in Japan.

We should not get used to such a kind of news; however, the newspaper also reported that 61 Iraqis were killed on the day of their former president's execution.

Nonetheless I felt almost nothing uncomfortable in the Tokyo Station today while thousands or more people were walking fast or slowly with baggage or children around me, or otherwise waiting for or getting on trains during my short stay there.

If you never feel uncomfortable during whatever short stay in the center of your capital city, then it must be at least as hopeful as Tokyo is on Dec. 31, 2006.

(And, usually we wish "A Happy New Year" in writing a new year card which is a symbol of Japanese tradition still alive and practiced here and there.)

Former U.S. President Gerald R. Ford passed away.

He visited Japan on November 18, 1974, which was the first as the official visit of an incumbent U.S. President to Japan in the history.

Then Prime Minister of Japan Kakuei Tanaka welcomed President Ford in Tokyo.

But, a month later, Prime Minister Tanaka resigned for suspicion of money scandals.

A half year later, Saigon fell into the clutch of Vietcong and North Vietnam.

It is also known that President Ford signed an intelligence order to ban assassination of foreign leaders.

Though it was 1968 that Japan became the second largest economy in the world in terms of GNP (Gross National Product), it is 1970's that the world really began to turn its eyes to Japan for its economic success and Japan itself started to feel its competitive edge in various fields.

Or did we miss something important in those days that could be a good lesson 30 years later.

As an example, if you are a baseball fan and check how many hits the keyword "Sadaharu Oh" would return from the Internet, it would be around 45,000 hits in a Japanese search site.

Similarly, if you use the keyword "Eiji Sawamura," it would be 3,700 hits.

Sadaharu Oh is the All -Time Home-Run King in Japan who produced 868 homers in his career as a professional baseball player. Mr. Oh is still engaged in this profession.

Eiji Sawamura was a pitcher of a professional base-ball team in Japan more than 60 years ago, but was killed in WWII.

Eiji Sawamura is regarded as the all-time super pitcher in Japan.

When his team ventured a tour to the U.S. in 1935, he took the plate in 30 games of all the 50 games and got the win in 24 games, though the opponent teams the Japanese went against were not major-league teams but minor ones.

On November 20, 1934, the U.S. major-league picked-team met with the Japanese all-star team in a ball park in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, in one of 18 games they had planed to play.

Babe Ruth and Henry Louis Gehrig, however, could not overwhelm the pitcher Eiji Sawamura. They were going to lose the game with nine strike-outs by Eiji Sawamura. Nonetheless, the actual result of the game was 1-0 for the U.S. team.

And, eventually, the U.S. all-star selections left Japan without any lost games.

But, how could they beat the Japanese team on November 20, 1934?

Babe Ruth and Henry Louis Gehrig could not come up with hits due to Sawamura's curb ball that fell so drastically over the home plate. The curb ball delivered by Sawamura, who was then just 17 years old, must have been twice more effective than Hideo Nomo's splitter.

So, they tried hard to read Sawamura's habit when he threw a curb. Their efforts finally paid off. Gehrig, following Babe's advice, blasted a home run. It decided the outcome of the game that had so embarrassed and upset the U.S. major-league picked-team in 1934 in Japan.

Later, Eiji Sawamura served the Imperial Army and was sent to the front in China. He then returned home, but again he was drafted. He returned home again, but again he was drafted for his third mission in the Imperial Army. This time he never returned. A ship he went aboard was attacked and sunk by a US submarine in December, 1944.

However, even today, there are many baseball fans in Japan who believe that Eiji Sawamura is still better than Hideo Nomo as well as Daisuke Matsuzaka who is to play in the Boston Red Socks in 2007.

This Sunday night or a Christmas Eve has made most people hurry to their homes or drinking parties, while the night outside is getting colder and sterner.

People in Japan are really starting to get prepared for the New Year Day and the winter holidays for children and students.

"SEA OF THUNDER" by Evan Thomas is now ranked the 27th in the list of hard-cover nonfictions by The New York Times.

It depicts the Pacific War between the Empire of Japan and the U.S. from 1941 to 1945.

It is a little surprise that this kind of theme has still some impacts on some sorts of people in the U.S., though millions of people there have had any associations with U.S. defense directly or indirectly.

The last year a Japanese film maker released a movie featuring the battleship Yamato, the largest and the strongest warship ever built by human beings, at least before the age of aircraft carrier's dominance.

This year Mr. Clint Eastwood's movies on the Battle of Iwo-jima, fought in February and March in 1945, were released in Japan and the U.S..

Yamato was destroyed and sunk under U.S. air attacks during its Kamikaze mission to the Battle of Okinawa in April, 1945.

However, I would rather honor the Imperial Navy in a different manner.

The greatest naval war ever fought by human beings is called the Battle for the Layte Gulf, the Philippines, in October 1944 in which the Imperial Navy lost not only another Yamato-class battleship Musashi that was fatally damaged by 20 torpedoes shot by U.S. war planes but also the substantial capability to deal with the massive U.S. military advancement to the mainland of Imperial Japan.

After this great naval battle, the Battle of Iwo-jima and the Battle of Okinawa were fought without a hope of changing a tide or recovering a loss or ultimately achieving an advantageous armistice with the Allied.

The two super-warships Yamato and Musashi, with several 46cm big guns equipped on each, might have blown off any ambitions of General Douglas MacArthur and the U.S. Seventh Fleet in and around the Layte Gulf.

But the history was different: the age of air battles over the ocean had already begun.

What is worse, in order to support the fleet, the Imperial Navy ordered an air squadron to conduct Kamikaze air-attacks, which was the first of a long series of this kind of suicide attacks that ensued until the end of the Pacific War in August, 1945.

The Battle for the Layte Gulf should be remembered most significantly as the last full-dress naval battle for the Imperial Navy with even a slight chance of winning as well as the onset of the Kamikaze attacks which should have been also the last and final or only once.

When you hear some Christmas songs, you may feel like hearing a Christmas story.

All I can say is that Good News is to be preached to poor people. If you are rich and happy, you are not prepared enough.

However, it is one of my opinions I myself in a different occasion cannot mostly stand; Jesus Christ should be far more benevolent.

According to a certain prominent journalist, once upon a time, a Japanese young man went to America to learn in post-graduate courses. He graduated a grad school and started to work in a branch of the U.S. Government. He got married to an American woman and got a son who grew up and one day, while learning in a university, decided to go into the service of the U.S. Marines for joining a mission in Iraq. He was actually dispatched to Iraq for a mission of the War on Terror, and then afterward came back to America to restart his learning in the university. He graduated and started to work in a certain industry.

One family in America is going to see Christmas this way: a family of a Japanese father, an American mother, and an ex-Marine son with a memory of Iraq.

In my city, there are a lot of illuminations and displays imitating a Christmas tree. Japanese like Christmas.

Indeed, no family's Christmas in Japan is darkened by a shadow of warring Iraq, which might become possible truly by providence.

Tonight I rather felt that the city was less crowded.

Indeed, there was a final match of top soccer club teams in the world.

The match was between a team from Spain and another from Brazil.

The latter defeated the former by one to nothing.

The Spanish team, representing 224,000 soccer clubs in Europe and employing ten players who have ever played in the World Cup Soccer Games in eight national teams, was lost to the Brazilian team with no such players.

In a cold stadium of Japan's December and supported by Toyota Motor and other companies, the game was played with full audience.

As it must be globally televised, people in Spain and Brazil should enjoy it.

I am not a professional in this sport. I have not much to say.

However, I felt that the Brazilian team was really running, but the Spanish team was not, though I just observed the match only during the last 15 minutes.

A running player kicked the ball that flew to the face of the keeper trying to stop the ball with a lower posture, but the ball hit the head and flew further forward to the goal.

December is called "Shiwasu" in a traditional and literary way in Japan, which means "a teacher is running."

In old days, people had to make the end meet on their financial contracts, loans, and rents by the end of December; therefore even a teacher who must show a good example of behaviors should be busy paying or borrowing money in this month.

December is a month when even a stern teacher should be busy running like a soccer player in an extreme case.

However, I like the expression "Don't run but walk."

Be a good walker even on a pitch, which would decide a success or a failure in a next moment when a chance ball is flying fast toward you.

There have been no kings in Japan since the early sixth century when some Japanese chieftains sent envoys to then superpower China for authorization for the King of Japan (then called "Wa").

Those chieftains are historically regarded as ancestors of the Imperial Family of Japan that has been enjoying its unbroken line since then to date.

There are two different Japanese expressions that are translated into the single expression emperor.

Japanese Emperor is called "Ten-nou (or Ten-no)," but all the other emperors, such as the Roman Emperor, in the world are called "Kou-tei (or Ko-tei)" in Japanese.

Meaning of Kanji letters used for each is not so different.

The key to understanding this arrangement lies in relationships between ancient China and Japan.

It is also reported that there are 350,000 churches in the U.S., while there are 6.5 million churches in the world.

I suppose if Jesus Christ is in a certain church people would naturally go there to worship him.

However, everybody knows it is not the fact.

It seemed unlimited in duration, and it was, and seemed unclear in its course and its outcome, which was the case . . ."

First, I have to say that the more you are given, the more you are requested to do.

Mr. Rumsfeld was given a chance twice to lead the DOD, which is more than anyone else's assignment.

Secondly, the Cold War should have been under control so that the bottom line in the worst case was clearly defined.

And it should have been avoidance of all-out atomic warfare at any costs. The U.S. should have announced that there should be no all-out atomic warfare because the U.S. truly wanted to avoid it. Then, the direction is clear, the course is straight, and the challenges can be well defined which are to overwhelm the Soviet Union by any other constructive means their nukes could not compete with and the world would give overwhelming credit to.

Lastly, the Secretary of Defense should not gamble lives of the people and assets of the nation on a war which cannot be fully defined as a holy one.

After the Cold War, had belief and faith of American people been further sublimed as should be specially noted in history?

The issue is that while America was being engaged in economic warfare against Japan mostly in early 1990's, the DOD could not foresee its imminent role as a force to secure safe, harmonized, and democratic global markets for new entrants.

While Japan had been helping China modernize itself through huge amounts of economic aids in 1980's and 1990's, the U.S. stopped its support to Iraq and got indifferent with development of democracy in the Middle East.

No one is now afraid of nukes China actually has; but so many got afraid of nukes Iraq and terrorist groups from Saudi Arabia did not have.

When the U.S. military presence is over and all of its troops are withdrawn, will Iraqi people get united to boost their oil production and business to the level of Saudi Arabia, though their ratio is currently almost one to five?

With a friendly and peaceful alliance between oil-rich Saudi Arabia and Iraq, will terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda be eradicated?

Isn't it the minimum objective of the War on Iraq, if the U.S. cannot make a friend of Iraq?

The No.1 best seller in Japan in 2006 is reportedly "Kokka-no-Hinkaku" by Masahiko Fujiwara.

The direct replacing of "Kokka-no-Hinkaku" by word by word is "Nation-of-Dignity"; however with the word order changed, it is "Dignity of the Nation."

The author, a mathematician and essayist, extends his thought about how Japan has become so tainted by greed.

When you judge other persons just depending on how much money they have, you will be regarded as a worshipper of Mammon.

If you are surrounded by people of other origins in terms of race, nationality, culture, and language, judging others with the sole criterion of money may be excused in a certain situation; however, traditionally it was not the case in Japan.

Nonetheless, this tradition has been eroded in the Japanese society, probably, due to globalization of economy.

The author of "Dignity of the Nation" claimed that Japanese should preserve respect for human value which is essentially opposite to love of money.

And, more than two million people who have bought his book are thinking about his idea, pro and con, results of which might improve the society at least to whatever small extent.

Mr. Larry King was interviewing a person who had been also shot at his stomach on June 5, 1968 when Robert Kennedy was shot.

The Kennedys are well known in Japan. The movie "Bobby" might be welcomed as "JFK" was more than a decade ago.

Whenever I recall the assassinations that haunted the Kennedys, I feel danger still somehow hidden in the U.S. Government and U.S. politics.

If then U.S. Government had investigated the cases in earnest, we should have been reported more reasonable explanations and findings to.

But, it seems that then U.S. Government had been reluctant to investigate the cases with precision of science and enthusiasm of patriots.

Then U.S. Government had ability, power, and resources to grasp a whole scheme of those assassinations and present truth to the people; however, they didn't, or at least they looked as if they hadn't.

A simple speculation is that there is possibility that a higher part of then U.S. Government and a stronger group of politicians were involved in the cases.

But, more alarming is a fact that U.S. citizens didn't or wouldn't, or otherwise couldn't, force their Government to provide them explanations and findings fully reasonable and scientific on the cases.

As time went by, we however saw the U.S. Government and its people severely suffering from the Viet Nam War, though they could manage to send men to the moon.

An ex-Russian officer was so tragically assassinated in London recently with radioactive polonium. It is likely that somebody put the chemical substance into a cup of Japanese tea in a certain sushi restaurant. It is a kind of must that sushi is served with Japanese green tea.

There are some Japanese who are arguing that CIA must be a true culprit. The Russian Government should not be such a fool as would be so easily suspected and identified. It must be CIA, since the U.S. Government has full records of assassinations overseas in the past.

Of course, these Japanese are, in most cases, young minority well educated and inclined toward leftist thinking and sometimes supporters of the Japanese Communist Party or Social Democratic Party.

I suppose that CIA might have a clue for solving this criminal case related to a nation with various types of gangsters being engaged in various secret, political and economic maneuvers since the fall of the communist regime of the Soviet Union in 1991.

A Japanese woman who has worked in New York and the Silicon Valley as the first Japanese female economist for 26 years wrote a Japanese book titled "Reality of America, the Super Disparity Society."

The author, Yumi Kobayashi, categorized Americans into four groups: the super rich, the professional, the poor, and outcasts.

Readers of the book, of course mostly Japanese in Japan, largely praise its contents. Especially, as the author defined herself as one of lower professionals, her viewpoint seems to be well welcomed by readers.

First of all, God forbids man to stay rich.
Therefore, being super rich is a sin.
I have nothing to say to them. You wait for God's judgment.

The question is whether professionals love the poor and outcasts as God wishes.

I suppose it will decide the future course of the U.S.

On this earth, there are only two types of people: those who are afraid of being rich and those who are not.

In other words, those who know in any form of recognition that God forbids man to become rich and those who do not mind such an idea.

In 1906, "THE BOOK OF TEA" by Okakura-Kakuzo was published from Fox Duffield & Company in New York.

The author, generally known as Tenshin Okakura, wrote about the way of tea, one of unique cultural assets of Japan.

Probably due to the influence the book bore in the United States, even Americans today have some knowledge about wabi (taste for the simple and quiet) and sabi (elegant simplicity) both of which are concept deeply rooted in the traditional Japanese culture and are embodied in a tea ceremony.

He wrote: "Why not destroy flowers if thereby we can evolve new forms ennobling the world idea? We only ask them to join in our sacrifice to the beautiful. We shall atone for the deed by consecrating ourselves to Purity and Simplicity. Thus reasoned the tea-masters when they established the Cult of Flowers."

In a small room where a Japanese tea ceremony is conducted, you will surely find a humble decoration of plants.

Buddha is said to have said that you could go into flower gardens but must pass through them without picking any of plants and flowers.

The beautiful is not in the nature or living things but in the spiritual universe which sometimes project its elements and members onto the nature.

You are not allowed to kill life of a flower.

There is a Japanese book titled "Hillary and Rice" written by a Japanese female essayist named Yukiko Kishimoto.

I suppose we had better focus on descriptions about Ms. Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State of the U.S., especially in this age of the War on Terror.

The essayist mentioned two Japanese men who had met with or saw her, separately in many academic occasions, when Ms. Rice was in her 30's.

The two Japanese men described alike Ms. Rice as a Venus or a truly rare beauty.

In ancient China, it is said that there were Four (or Five) Beauties who were extremely beautiful and prominent.

Among them, about a woman called Diaochan (Chou-sen in Japanese), whose life was not recorded in any historic documents but believed to have existed, it is said that she was so beautiful that the moon hid herself in nearby clouds when she was praying under the moon for peace of the Han Dynasty her father was serving.

She has been thus called a Beauty Making the Moon Hide.
(In East Asia, everybody thinks that the moon is beautiful.)

There is also another related expression created in ancient China but still known in Japan: a Beauty Making Fish Drawn, Goose Fall, and Flowers Shamed.

The beauty Diaochan was used successfully by her father to drive a fatal wedge between two powerful warriors who were both enemies of Han.

This episode became a prologue of a long historical story based on civil wars in China in the 2nd and the 3rd century.

Japanese seem to love the story called "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" more than contemporary Chinese do.

The female essayist who wrote the book "Hillary and Rice" was interested in the remarks of those Japanese men about Ms. Rice.

The actual expression they used is "Zessei-no-Bijyo," which literally means a beauty that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

If two decent Japanese men testified that a certain foreign girl was a truly rare beauty, I think she must be.

What I hope is that Ms. Rice is actually a very different type of ladies from the ancient legendary beauty Diaochan.

Anyway, God's teaching to me has nothing to do with a beauty except such one as "Do not believe what you see but what you feel."

The pictures were taken from a Japanese spacecraft called Hinode using its solar optical telescope.

Hinode also took some pictures of Mercury this month with the sun as its background.

Though the sun, consisting mostly of hydrogen and helium, is not a gigantic inerratic star, this kind of stars with a larger volume could generate internally various types of atoms, including oxygen.

The combination of hydrogen and oxygen is water.

That kind of gigantic, hot, and burning globe is the source of water which makes us live in combination with light and heat.

When I was running back home, I was passed by a vehicle with the license number "777" while others with "3003," "9990," etc. were coming and going at their own speed, which was not an unusual situation, though.

I was not flying high like an F15 or F22 jet fighter.

Japanese Air Self-Defense Force has 200 F15s, each of which was purchased from a certain U.S. company at a price roughly between US$ 80 million and 100 million, though the U.S. Air force could purchase an F15 at US$ 40 million.

It is said the Japanese Government pays twice more than the U.S. Government does for an F15.

It means, with the same budget, Japan could hold 400 F15s now.

In the case of an F22, it is said Japan will have to pay US$ 130 million.

As the U.S. aerospace industry sells goods worth 180 billion dollars per year nowadays, Japan's defense budget for F15s account for one percent of the yearly sales if we assume that Japan's 200 F15s were purchased in ten fiscal years.

Japan has developed its own fighter jet plane which is called F2 and can fly at the maximum speed of Mach 2.0 and has a flying range of 4,000Km (2,500 miles).

The Washington Post talked about sushi, a Japanese type of dish consisting of rice and fish and shellfish.

Their reporters seem to be very knowledgeable about Japanese cuisine and the culture behind it.

However, I would like to add some to it.

Japanese had been officially forbidden to eat animal-meat from the seventh century to the late 19th century by governments and social authorities influenced by Buddhism.

Though animal-meat diets were actually practiced occasionally and especially in the Age of Civil Wars in Japan around the 16th century, most people avoided eating meat of cows, horses, boars, birds, etc. in order to observe the teachings of Buddha who had forbidden killing living things.

But they had not forbidden people to eat fish and shellfish. And since food staple in Japan has been rice for these 2000 years, it is natural consequence that people tried hard to find other dishes that matched rice, which was fish.

The origin of contemporary sushi is the sushi fermented with fish and vegetables (called nare-zushi) that was first invented in Southeast Asia from which ancestors of some modern Japanese had emigrated in ancient times.

Some descriptions on nare-zushi are found in the 10th century's official documents of the Imperial Dynasty.

When vinegar was widely introduced into the Japanese society under the regime of the Tokugawa samurai clan since the 17th century, nare-zushi developed into a new style of cuisine which led to formation of contemporary sushi.

Therefore Japanese traditionally ate sushi instead of beef.

They didn't have to kill a cow or an ox to take in an animal protein.

Killing fish is not so bloody or wild as killing cows and other big animals.

You can be a lay Buddhist.

In a temple of Thai, they feed and keep tigers. When they were cubs just losing their mother, they were found and rescued by monks of the temple.

After growing up, those tigers are still kept in the temple, but they never attack monks and other people or animals, since they don't know the taste of blood.

Those monks give meat to tigers but such meat does not include blood. After almost completely taking out blood from meat, they give it to tigers as food.

If American dream is just to buy a house, to wait for its value to rise, to get cash based on the increased value, and to buy a bigger house and other luxuries with the cash, all enemies of the United States in the world should know they are fighting against somebody who cannot understand certain critical spiritual value; Consequently making a war against Americans cannot be glorious.

It is not God, but money that is the main concern for most of Americans.

Therefore, pious Muslims should not think that their fighting Americans could be so glorious and heroic.

However, Japanese industries rely on this big American consumer power.

And nowadays Korean and Chinese industries also rely on this big American consumer power.

More specifically, the true driving force in the world economy is Americans buying homes.

Live poor means of course living in a humble home.

The most serious issue in the U.S. is that God orders them to live poor as He does to everybody in the world.

Thousands of cars and motorcycles were running.

Yet, I could spot specific license numbers such as "6666," "8888," "8800," "3838," "100," "3," etc. in a short period of time, while encountering different cars with the license number of "X 1717" three times though the Hirakana character "X" at the head of the numbers was different.

It is just almost a 10 minutes run, but I could not miss those so-called good license numbers.

It is no more a matter of probability. It is belief.

Information I got today is on the demolished, huge statutes of Buddha in Bamiyan of Afghanistan.

Researchers found part of certain Buddhist scriptures, believed to have been hidden in the body the statutes, among debris of the statutes bombed by the Taliban in early 2001.

The sheet of paper was also damaged but some Sanskritic sentences could be read on it.

The letters used are of the sixth to seventh century's standard. Their contents are just those Hsuan Tsang, famous Buddhist priest (602 - 664), translated into Chinese during and after his long journey from China to India.

Though there might be a more important thing today for me, I suppose this information must be reported anyhow.

The Taliban as a group of Muslims destroyed the historic statutes, but they could not succeed in completely disappointing Buddhists.

As a human being before being allowed to enjoy any true religion, even a Muslim had better learn some teachings of Buddha.

It is my opinion.

A Muslim has various knowledge and ideas on this world and their lives in addition to those of Islam.

All of them cannot be necessarily better than any teachings of Buddha.

Buddhism and Islam might be very different things; each of them may belong to a different sphere of human spirit.

Perhaps, it is wrong to regard them as religion of the same meaning.

They must be so different that they should be able to co-exist in a human soul.

Judaism and Christianity can be applied to this idea in the same manner.

Religion cannot be a reason for attacking others.

Religion can be the only reason for stopping attack to others in a certain case.

Now, I suppose this information and notion should be very important to some of you, as God gave such suggestions.
