Infinity, Miracle and God

You cannot point at a specific on a sheet of paper such as one designated as (1, 1) in a coordination system.

There are an infinite number of points on the sheet each of which can be expressed as (x, y) while x and y can take any real numbers such as (0.01, -0.95)

The possibility that you can correctly indicate the one point (1, 1) is one divided by infinity, which is virtually zero.  Or it means you have to try to point at points in an infinite number of times.  The number of your trial is counted from one to two, two to three, and further to a million or a trillion.  But as long as it is counted, it cannot reach infinity.

However, there exist infinite number of points on the sheet from the beginning, though you cannot confirm it by counting every point.

Something that is infinity from the beginning always exceeds an effort to count the number from one toward infinity.  It means you cannot point at any single point, on a sheet with an infinite number of points, which is specified with an coordinate unvisible.  

But by chance, you may just point at the point (1, 1).  It is a miracle.

If you beforehand mark an appropriate point with a notion of (1, 1), you can then easily point at the point (1, 1) on a sheet with an infinite number of points.  It is because you acted like a creator of the universe when you marked the point.

If something that is only possible by an infinite number of trials is realized, it is a miracle.  That is why the fact that this universe exists is a miracle.  The fact that you live at this moment is a miracle.  And a miracle is an act of God.  Therefore, this universe was created by God.

If an infinite number of times the Big Bang occurred, it would be still impossible to create this universe.  There are an infinite number of incomplete universes produced after an infinite number of  times of Big Bangs; however their is just only one complete universe suitable for emergence of our life, which is of course this universe.  So, this universe was created by a miracle, that is, by God.

What I want to emphasize is that something that is infinity from the beginning always exceeds an effort to count the number from one toward infinity.

God is from the beginning infinity to us who have to count from one toward infinity to realize infinity.

More Peace Loving God Followers Needed

When the Empire of Japan decided to launch a war against the US in 1941, only 10 to 20 persons were involved in the decision making: the emperor, the prime minister, other ministers and the Cabinet members, top generals of the Imperial Army and Navy.  But as a result of this war fought as part of WWII, three million Japanese were killed.

When the US decided to launch a war against Iraq in 2003, only several persons were involved in the decision making: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, etc.  But as a result, hundreds  of thousands of Iraqis and subsequently Syrians as well as thousands of US soldiers faced fatal fates.  And, indirectly, due to the rise of ISIS, millions of Muslims have been forced to flee their countries as far as to Western Europe.

Whether in a totalitarian country or a fully democratic country, a decision made by a small number of top politicians could cause a grave consequence.  And if more people were involved in such decision making,  such a tragedy could not be prevented probably.

However, if there is common strong understanding in the society that a war must be avoided at any costs, the situation must be different.  Those top leaders must be influenced by the voice of citizens.

So, we need more peace loving God followers in any society to prevent war.  Only righteous citizens can stop war.  We should not trust and rely on top leaders of a nation.

Contribution to Improvement of the Society

There are too many crimes in this world.  But justice should be maintained.  However, it does not necessarily mean punish criminals.

Everyone lives in an given environment.  Through bidirectional relationship between his mind and the environment, his response is shaped.  There are so many factors in the environment that work on his mind that has also various conditions.  If there are strong discrepancies between factors around him and his mind state, acute stress will apply to his mind.  And, if he cannot solve the difficult state in an ordinary and lawful manner, he might resort to illegal, sinful, or criminal measures.

This can happen to anyone.   If anyone faces a situation that is beyond his capacity to handle it, he might act in an abnormal or criminal way.  It looks like a matter of relativity.

No matter how evil a man is, still he lives through relationship with an environment that surrounds him.  His evil act is a product of the relationship.  If his inner ungodliness accounts for 99% of responsibility, there is still 1% of responsibility on the environment.

Therefore, we have to contribute to improvement of ethics in the society while keeping ourselves off the dark domain of humanity rooted to human desires, in order to reduce crimes.  In other words, making no efforts to improve the society is a grave sin or crime if one  superficially behaves well observing sternly laws and regulation.  

You may say that you don't do anything wrong, but it is not enough.  You may as well say that you are actively contributing to improvement of the society though you might sometimes do something wrong, if minor.

Christ Jesus did not live as a man whose mind was simply righteous but as a man who was contributing to improvement of the society.

Since Japan abolished the samurai rule in 1868 through a civil war, Imperial Japan started modernization and Westernization.  To achieve this goal, the Imperial Government invited and employed many Western experts in various fields.  Breakdown of the number of those foreigners, who were hired between 1868 and 1900, into each country is as follows.

Japan could avoid being colonized by Western nations unlike other Asian nations.  But it paid big money to learn products of the Western civilization and culture.  Due to this effort, the Empire of Japan became one of the seven largest economies in the world with strong military powers when the League of Nations was established after WWI in 1919.

To reach any given number or integer, basically we have to add one to one; one or two to two; one, two, three, or four to three or four; and so on.  That is 1+1; 1+2 or 2+2; 1+3, 1+4, 2+3, 2+4, 3+3 or 3+4; and so on.  Basically, by adding one to N, we can reach a number larger by one than N, that is N+1.  However, this is time-consuming.

But if we know all the prime numbers, we can reach any number by multiplying prime number to other prime numbers as many as necessary times.  This must be faster.

For us to understand any matter in this world, we have to accumulate experiences step by step.  But if we are given some crucial knowledge such as prime numbers in arithmetic, we can swiftly reach a necessary level of understanding and comprehend truth or true meaning of the matter.

The Bible, the Koran, Buddhist scriptures, Confucian books, etc. would give us crucial knowledge about human matters in this world.  So, if you learn well these holy books, you can comprehend truth more swiftly than ordinary people who have to accumulate their own experiences and extract truth from them.  This is a great effect of reading sacred books.

Nonetheless, without proper experiences but only with knowledge obtained from reading sacred books, you cannot set a target number to calculate or you only know methods to calculate numbers.

That is why Christ Jesus said to abandon everything, including religious bodies, religious titles and positions, and religious arguments and follow him in paths through wilderness, villages, towns, and great cities.

There are still deplorable reports on children who left their hometowns in Fukushima Prefecture after the nuclear accident of 2011, though almost six years have passed.

Specifically, one family that voluntarily moved from Fukushima to Yokohama City, immediately south of Tokyo, has complained publicly recently that their son, now a junior high school student, had been treated badly when he went to primary school in Yokohama.

When the boy started to go to the primary school, he was in the second grade.  But, his new classmates called him a germ, since they knew the boy came from Fukushima where the nuclear accident had occurred and a high level of radioactive doses had been reported.

Through the second to the fourth grades, the boy was sometime mocked at or bullied by classmates.  But when he advanced to the fifth and sixth grades, some classmates started to extort money from the boy for playing in a gaming arcade, a video  game parlor, etc.  Those bad boys said to the victimized boy that his family must have received big compensation money from the electric power company that owned the Fukushiama Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.   For two years, they extorted total 1.5 million yen ($15,000) from the poor boy.  The boy sometimes stopped going to school.

Of course, the boy sometimes asked help from teachers, but they did not sincerely respond to the boy's appeal.   And, even when teachers knew that the boy was extorted money from, the school management did not inform boy's parents of the fact.   In fact, other parents who heard of the extortion case from their children having not joined the bullying requested the school management to take some action to this problem.  Then a meeting was held with the teachers, the parents, and the boy, but the teachers said that the family had to report the extortion case to the police, and as for bullying due to the Fukushima matter, the boy had to behave well and take care of himself.

After the boy graduated from the primary school and advanced to a junior high school, the parent asked a lawyer to handle this case.  And then, this incident was exposed publicly, since newspapers, TV stations, etc. took up this case.

So, there must be not a few children who had moved from Fukushima Prefecture to other prefectures and started to go to new primary schools and then faced cold attitudes of some of their new classmates.  Some children in other prefectures seem to believe that Fukushima children were contaminated by radioactive doses like getting plagued.  And some of them think that their new classmates coming from Fuksuhima are dirty like germs.

As newspapers and TV critics and journalists criticize, the attitudes of those teachers who did not try to protect children from Fukushima Prefecture are graver and more alarming.

Finally, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan has issued official instructions to Yokohama City and its Education Commission to officially investigate into and respond to the case of bullying and extortion of pupils who moved from Fukushima Prefecture.

Though not all the schools and children who have received Fukushima boys and girls after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident have alienated, discriminated, insulted, bullied or intimidated the new classmates, this incident revealed how deplorable and foolish some Japanese are without learning correct things after the the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident.

There have been no reports that any medical doctors and staff have been physically damaged by radiation doses when they treated patients who were exposed to large radiation doses in Japan.

However, to children, radiation doses must look like something horrible.  And, their instinct that people who have been exposed to strong radiation doses must continue to be under terrible influence cannot be simply dismissed.  So, it is essential to educate primary school children on radiation and nuclear accidents.   But how deplorable it is that children have to learn such things.

And it is more deplorable for teachers and adults to think that there is no need to build friendship between children who experienced a nuclear accident and other children.

However, this sort of prejudice once prevailed in Japan after WWII against the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bomb victims.  Indeed, radiation doses even destroy ethics of people.

After WWII, Taiwan got independent from Japan.

But there existed close ties between some Japanese and Taiwanese, though the diplomatic relationship between Taiwan and Japan was cut after Japan admitted the Beijin Government in 1972.  There are many Taiwanese or descendants of Taiwanese living in Japan.  And it seems that Taiwanese can get Japanese nationality more easily than any other foreigners.  On the other hand, there are many Taiwanese who like Japan today despite the Japanese occupation of Taiwan from 1895 to 1945.

There are many Japanese who look like Taiwanese and many Taiwanese who look like Japanese.  If some Taiwanese claim that one of their parents is Japanese, you would soon believe their words, since some Taiwanese look like Japanese.   It is said after WWII some pure Taiwanese living in Japan pretended that they had Japanese blood.  But why?  Does it matter whether one is half-Japanese or non-Japanese?

Japanese don't much mind the color of the skin of people.  But, Japanese do mind if someone is Japanese or not.  For this reason, there might be many Taiwanese, Chinese, Koreans, etc. who are living in Japan while pretending that they have some Japanese blood.  It would be much easier for a half-Japanese to live in Japan than 100% foreigners if they are Taiwanese Chinese, Koreans, etc.

So, Christ Jesus said to be kind to foreigners.  No matter what religion you believe, you have to be kind to foreigners, no matter what religion they believe.

In 1974, a man walked on a wire rope set between the two towers of the World Trade Center, New York.

It was made into a movie in 2008, winning various prizes.

The man named Philippe Petit, French, could successfully play performance over 40 minutes in the air 400 meters above the ground.  Nothing tragic happened.  He came back to the ground to be a hero.

However, 27 years later the World Trade Center was demolished by an act of terror.  About 3,000 people were killed there.  And this incident triggered the US War on Terror, with invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq both of which turned to be nonsense as we look back today to the sequence of the subsequent events.  Afghanistan and Iraq were not attacking the US.  But, this American movement caused great instability in the Islamic world, resulting in today's tragedies in Syria and Iraq as well as other Islamic nations.

God saved the life of one performer walking in the space between the roofs of the two World Trade Center towers in 1974, but He did not save lives of 3,000 people in the World Trade Center in 2001.

Had America committed grave sins in those 27 years that caused the change of attitudes of God on human lives around the World Trade Center?

Accordingly, the first African American President Barack Obama was elected in 2008, like a performer walking in the space between two tall towers.  But will he be the first and only performer in politics like the French performer in terms of the wire act at the top of the World Trade Center?

None control the whole situation of the world by himself.  None grasp all the aspects and depths of the human minds and hearts.  Of course none know all the secrets of the universe.  Even none can predict correctly and clearly what will happen tomorrow.

In theory, there are two possibilities: none can be omnipotent in this universe or someone can be.

But everybody knows that he has ability to plan a scheme and execute it successfully as he wants at least in his own domain.  Men have ability to create a situation, though limited in a scope,  where they have full command and full detailed knowledge of it and they can correctly and clearly predict future in it.

If a man can obtain infinite ability in extension of presently limited ability of him, he would be, as is estimated, able to create another universe where  another mankind would be born.  And, this man can act as if he were omnipotent in this universe.  He would be God to this another mankind.

Conversely, there must be God who created our universe and created each man in resemblance to Him.

So, in advanced theory, we have to admit that there is God.

In other words, this universe is structured to allow existence of God.  If there is no God, this universe is not so structured, since there is no need to take such structure without a possibility of existence of God.

If a house is built in  a manner to allow a man to live there, there must be someone living there.

If you don't believe in God, you will place yourself at the center of your world.

You love yourself as the most important one in this world.  So, you will try to rejoice him, that is yourself,  as much as possible.  So, you find that you need money.  And, you will think that you are allowed to make money as much as possible.

But how much are you important to yourself?  Isn't there anything or anybody more important than you?  If you cannot, you regard yourself as the supreme existence in this universe.

However, if you see things objectively, you are so powerless before your own fate.  You could not even give life to yourself.

If you believe in God, you must place God at the center of your world.  You must also admit that God is more important than you.  Then, you must think that you have to rejoice God more than yourself.  And, you must know that God is not pleased with any money you earn.

Those who don't believe in God always think how to make more money, which is so simple.  Those who believe in God always think how to please God, which is not so simple.

Accordingly, rich men become foolish eventually.  Faithful men become so wise eventually.

Te more you get rich, the more you get foolish.  The more you get pious, the more you get wise.

Christ Jesus did not try to diffuse democracy.

The underlying condition of democracy is that people have right sense as well as sound commonsense.

But democracy practiced by people who do not believe in God and Christ Jesus is very different from democracy in a society where a majority of voters are believers of God.  In the former case, democracy might result in tragedy and misery, but in the latter case, the Kingdom of God might come closer.

You can play a game in democracy but you cannot in the domain of faith in God.  Democracy is a kind of power game, but in the domain of faith, power is always in God but not in people.

No matter how much democracy is advanced, it cannot reach the Kingdom of God.  But God might use democracy for some holy purpose.  At least we can measure, with democratic systems, how strongly people are affected by human, social, and political desires.  It might tell sometimes how strong they are against God.

Democracy for  people should be ultimately replaced by the rule of God, though Islamic societies show how difficult to accept and follow the rule of God over democracy to realize salvation of people.

Christ Jesus talked about Satan.  It shows that not only Christ Jesus but also people around Him believed existence of Satan.  But how many people believe existence of Satan today?

Majority of Americans believe in the devil - especially Republicans, blacks and women 

A survey found that 57 percent of respondents believe that the devil exists, including 72 percent of African Americans, 65 percent of Republicans and and 61 percent of women 

Most believers are Christian and live in the South

The victory of Trump in the 2016 Presidential Election is said that Republicans and women opted for Trump  over Hillary Clinton, and blacks did not support her as much as they had supported Obama in 2012.  It means that those who believe in Satan found more evil in Hillary and her supporters than in Trump and his supporters.

However, the billionaire Trump cannot enter Heaven if Hillary is allowed into Heaven.

What God has done often looks mysterious to human eyes.

In addition, those American voters who believe in Satan are not necessarily promised to be allowed into Heaven.

The total amount of financial assets owned by individuals world wide was $168 trillion in 2015.　　The number of the global population was about 7.1 billion.   It meas the amount of financial assets per person worldwide was $23,000.

The total amount of GDP worldwide was $73.5 trillion in 2015.  It means the amount of GDP per person worldwide is $10,400.

So, if this was truly a fair and equal world, each person in the world would have $23,000 assets and produce or earn $10,400 per year.

In other words, if you have personal assets of more than $23,000  and earn $10,400 year, you are a sinner.

It should be noted that the economy of today is in the extension of the Industrial Revolution:

The commencement of the Industrial Revolution is closely linked to a small number of innovations, beginning in the second half of the 18th century.

When there is a simple relation ship between X and Y, we can add a simple element to it.  Then we think that the relation will not change drastically.  But, in fact, it can be when some operation is applied to the relationship.

For example, by reversing X to 1/X and Y to 1/Y in a mathematical expression of the relation, we can get a drastic change.

You may suppose that X and Y is a man and wife and an additional element is a child.  A couple with a child faces a very different situation from that of another couple without children.

Or, you may suppose that X and Y is a holy spirit and a man and an additional element is another person.   The tie between a holy spirit and a man changes to a very different state when another person is involved.

It means that you cannot make little of any additional change in a situation.  Even a tiny little element introduced into your spiritual world might cause a big change.

One mathematical example is as follows:

 1/Y = 1/X + 1 means 1/Y - 1/X = 1, like Y =  1/3 and X = 1/2; Y = 1/11 and X = 1/10.

Both the equations have simple meaning.  The first one means that the difference between Y and X is one.  The second one means that the difference between 1/Y and 1/X is also one.

If there are two men: one with money and another without money.  Then what would happen?

One might kill another to protect his money, or another might kill other to steal money.  Or one with money give some to another or even share the money with another.

In most cases, they would surely get into a trouble with each other over the money.   Their relationship will get tense.  Their friendship will be broken.  One of them might get angry at and hate another.  One with the money would try every trick to protect his money, while another would take any measures to get some or all of the money from the other.

There are many cases.  You may easily imagine 10 or more possible incidents that can happen between them over the money.  And only a few cases show that they can get along well with each other despite the money or even due to the money.

Most probably, 98 or 97 out of 100 possible scenarios would end up with a trouble between them.   And in only a few case, they will increase their friendship over the money.

This is like physical phenomena involving entropy.  A state of an physical entity will proceed to the direction where randomness is increased.  To keep the state in order, special potential is needed.

Therefore, a sate of human society would change toward randomness or disruption, mess, confusion, or violence eventually.  To keep the state in peace and harmonization, special potential is needed.  And this potential is religious teaching or guidance given by God.

For example, without the Koran, societies and communities in Arabic regions, etc. would change toward randomness, disruption, mess, confusion, or violence eventually.

For another example, without the Bible,  societies and communities in Europe and Americas would change toward randomness, disruption, mess, confusion, or violence eventually.

The teaching of Christ Jesus has been working to keep the state of human society from falling into randomness and disruption.

Christ Jesus said that his sheep could hear and discern his voices.  If one hears holy voices inside him, he would try to keep order and avoid falling into sins caused by his mind state in randomness and disruption.

There is a philosophy in the Japanese Buddhism that one should abandon relying on himself to be spiritually saved but has to wholly rely on Buddhist deities, and therefore bad men would be more easily saved than good men.

It is because a human being has only limited capacity in doing good or evil.  Even his power of self salvation is limited.  If he relies on himself, he would turn back to infinite power of the Buddha and other Buddhist deities.

In this context, one who has been living a decent life is proud of himself as a good man.  So he would stick to himself and his goodness in the final moment of his life and rely on his capacity to be saved.   But as a result, he makes it difficult for him to be saved by the Buddha and other Buddhist deities.

In contrast, one who has committed various sins and crimes is aware of his small capacity to save himself.  He knows that he cannot be saved by himself.  So, such a bad man would rather turn to  the Buddha and other Buddhist deities for salvation.  As a result, he makes it easier for him to be saved by the Buddha and other Buddhist deities.

This teaching denies superficial judgment on good and evil of people.  Those who look good and live good are not necessarily easily saved.  Rather those who live a sinful life can be more easily saved as they would have no meas to save themselves except relying on the Buddha and other Buddhist deities.

The life in this world is a matter of finiteness.   However, salvation of souls is a matter of infinity.  There will be great reversion or changeover of order and value when we get across the border from finiteness to infinity.  But none can comprehend it clearly and totally while they live.


So, Christ Jesus said, "The first will be the last while the last will be first."

The key figure in this 2016 US Presidential Election was Bill Clinton, though it was his wife Hillary that was running for presidency.

Bill Clinton was blamed of his mischievous conduct involving a young woman in the White House when he was president.  It really harmed honor of President Bill Clinton.  He was a kind of laughed at globally, though he could avoid forced resignation.  But this incident did not result in divorce of the couple.  However, the wife Hillary started to make her own political career, becoming a senator and then running for the Democratic primary election for the 2008 Presidential Election, though, in vain.

Hillary Clinton became the Secretary of State under Obama's presidency and then ran for the 2016 Election.  These movements were all driven by her passion to save herself from her husband's scandal.   The underlying factor for her intention to be US President is her anger and shame caused by Bill Clinton at the end of the term of his presidency.

If Hillary Clinton had been elected this year, Bill Clinton would come back to the White House with her next year, which however cannot be accepted from an ethical viewpoint.
  
On the other hand, Donald Trump is really a deplorable person.  He virtually evaded tax, conducted a kind of fraud in his business, abused women, and insulted Hispanics, Muslims, women, etc. with mean and violent words.  Such a billionaire should be prevented from assuming the office of the US President.

So, the issue is which sin is graver, Bill Clinton's or Trump's.

As a matter of fact, American voters have judged that Bill Clinton would soil the White House more than Trump.

It should be noted that 53% of white women voted for Trump.  Those women must have been determined not to vote for Hillary from the beginning.  But opinion polls could not catch their minds, probably because surveyors assumed that it was Hillary vs. Trump but not as Bill vs. Trump.

Indeed, if Bill Clinton had not committed a kind of adultery in the White House, Hillary should have been supported by 60% of white women to defeat Trump this November 8.  Truly, a man and wife cannot be separated even in terms of political popularity.  The spirit of America forbade Bill Clinton to come back to the White House.

To tell the truth, a month before November 8, a holy spirit indicated me that Trump would win.

But later, I wondered how Trump could win, since The New York Times presented its prediction on the election against this indication.  For example, it estimated that the chance of Trump's victory in Florida and North Carolina at 30% or so.   It also declared that the chance for Hillary's victory is above 80%.  And, I listened to another holy spirit and got the word, "Something would escape his hands."  I judged that the chance for victory of Trump would be lost.  But it was the result that escaped The New York Times.

This series or trend of the American politics started with President Bill Clinton's trouble with a young woman.  It had an influence on the 2000 Presidential Election where Al Gore was forced to concede to W. Bush, though it looked like Al Gore virtually wan even in controversy Florida.

W. Bush was faced with the 9/11 Terror, though the responsibility for this large-scale terror on the mainland America should be shared by Bill Clinton and W. Bush.  However, the War on Iraq President W. Bush launched was found later to be based on false or concocted information.  W. Bush was also responsible for the Enron scandal, the subprime loan fiasco, and the Financial Crisis.  Later angry people started a movement called "Occupy Wall Street."

Disenchantment with W. Bush and other white elite politicians spread widely across the U.S.  Accordingly, Barack Obama was elected as the first African American US President in the middle of the economic crisis and high unemployment,  All Obama had to do is help recovery of the US economy.  It took almost the two terms of his presidency that the US economy has been almost fully recovered.  And now, most of American voters, which mean white voters, do not need an African American President any more.  They rather want somebody who can take back the White House to white voters from Obama and those who are close to him.

Hillary Clinton is too close to Obama and other minorities.  Sanders might be more appealing but he is clearly against the American mainstream economic system.  Jeb Bush is out of question, since he is a younger brother of W. Bush.  Cruz and Rubio lack experiences, skills, and passionate agendas.  Only Trump riding an influential power of commercialism has looked like sharing the same culture with whites in general and having passion and energy matching the anger held by ordinary or poor white voters who think they are neglected by elites in Washington DC and New York.

So, it is racial, cultural, and economic aspects of  relationship between Presidential candidates and ordinary or poor white voters that has decided the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election.

President Trump is expected to be helped by recovered US economy, owed mostly to Obama's administration, and without doing anything special, he will not be blamed in terms of the US economy.  If general economic situations should be more improved, disgruntled white voters will not blame Trump, since the unemployment rate will continue to decrease.    But the real issue for Trump is diplomacy on which Obama's performance has been poor due to lack of his experiences.

Past Republican Presidents had all faced grave security issues: Reagan with the Star Wars challenge and the falling Soviet Union, W.H. Bush with the Gulf War, and W. Bush with the War on Terror.

So, the issue for Trump's administration is what war or what grave security incident will emerge, though it cannot be a war on Mexico.

The US Presidential Election ended with the victory of Trump, though The New York Times predicted that Hillary would win in a probability of 80%.

However, a holy spirit told me not to trouble myself.  So, whatever this outcome is, it will not harm us.

Another indication by the spirit is that "he would be handed to gentiles."  This world might symbolize what president Trump would be.

One of remarkable results of election analysis is the following by The New York Times:
58% of Protestants and other Christians voted for Trump.
52% of Catholics voted for Trump.
71% of Jewish voted for Hillary.
62% of other religion followers voted for Hillary.
68% of the non religious voted for Hillary.

God might have heard more prayers from Christians who wanted to stop non-religious movements led by liberal and progressive Democrats and Hillary Clinton.

Consequently, it might be regarded as a kind of victory of American Christians rather than Donald Trump.


Nonetheless, Christians might not have voted for Trump if Hillary cannot be their choice:

By contrast, Hillary Clinton has pledged to nominate justices who will uphold Roe v. Wade. Additionally, she refuses to place any restrictions on abortion, regardless of reason for or the timing of the abortion.   

Abortion is not the only issue that should be of concern to conscientious Christians.  Over the last eight years, the Obama administration has launched an all-out attack on religious liberty in America by suing the Little Sisters of the Poor Catholic charity, forcing Christians schools to allow men in women’s locker rooms under Title IX requirements for transgender rights, and being a willing accomplice in bankrupting Christians who try to exercise their faith through their businesses.  

This war against religious liberty will only escalate under Hillary Clinton who is resolved to nominate Supreme Court justices, as well as dozens of federal judges with lifetime appointments, who embrace an expansionist view of the Constitution  and will force the secular progressive agenda down the throats of Americans.  Remember, the next president will serve only 4 or 8 years, but these justices and judges will impact our nation for decades.

Probably the chance to become US President has gone before Trump.  However, none seem to be 100% sure about Hillary Clinton's victory.

For example, it is unthinkable that the Mafia and other gangsters are supporting Hillary, but it is no wander that Trump has support from them, since you cannot earn such huge amount of money as Trump has without having any relationships with some criminals.

In the democratic system, such billionaires as Trump are expected to be excluded from public office.  It is because at least 51% of people cannot be rich, super-rich, or billionaires.  Through long history, society has come to be aware that the modern society cannot function well if a majority of people are politically neglected.  And, those who represent a majority of people must share some economic, financial, social, cultural, and religious environment with those people.  If a billionaire becomes president of a nation where 80% of people are not even millionaires, there must be serious discrepancy and danger between the president and people.  It cannot be accepted by modern democratic nations.

Therefore, Trump whose assets are valued at $3.7 billion must not try to be US President.

A Japanese author thought about why the Buddha had been born rich in a royal family of ancient India.

He thought that the poor envied the rich without exemption and this feeling of poor people was reflected in the biography of the Buddha.

It would take more attention of people if a founder of religion had been born in a royal family but he had left the materially blessed environment to seek for truth, enlightenment or salvation of people.

The Bible also told that Christ Jesus was a descendant of glorious King David.  It made Judaists easily accept Christ Jesus as a savior, a saint, or a holy prophet.

Even in Japanese Buddhism, some notable monks in the past have been regraded as having been born as illegitimate children of certain noble men close to the imperial family.  People seem to really like the contrast between images of notable monks living poor lives for religious reasons and their worldly noble backgrounds.

However, if a religious leader clams that he is a son of God, his human birth would not be counted, only if people believe him.

Anyway, Christ Jesus said that God can create descendants of Abraham even from stones.  People should change to accept the teaching of God that is superior to any teachings of any religious leaders or holy monks.

What is time?

Time has meaning where a change occurs.  Without a change, there is no meaning of time.

If there is only one state named A and it continues forever without a change, time has no meaning.  But if there is another state named B, and A changes to B, there is a meaning in time, since we have to say that the state was A in the past, though it is B now.

However, we don't need time if the state is A and, at the same time, B.  Just like in the world of quantum physics, there can be a world where every possible situation has its own probability of existence at the same time.  In this world, there are no fixed states.  Every state has only its own probability of existence.  But the state of the world cannot be fixed.  There is no need of time.

But in the world where there is a fixed state even if there are many possible states, you need time to make distinction between fixed states.  You must say: the state is A at the time T1, B at the time T2, C at the time T3, and so on.

Then, what does it mean that time flows to the past?  Does it simply mean states that appeared in past reappear along with the flow of time?

The status when B first appeared before another state C is different from the status when B  reappears in the sequence of A -> B -> C -> B.  It does not necessarily mean that time suddenly moves back from T3 to T2.  We may say that at the time T4, the state returns to B that first appeared at the time T2.

In this case, the first B has only the sequence of A to B, but the second B has the sequence of A to B, B to C, and C to B.   And the number of changes till the first appearance of B is only 1, but  the number of changes till the second appearance of B is 3.  Accordingly, the absolute time never moves back, since the number of changes in states is only increasing.

But what causes change in states and thus generates time?   It is power of observation of the state.  Before someone observes the sate, it holds all the sates A, B, and C at a certain probability for each state.  But, when observation is made, the state is fixed to any of A, B, and C.  And under this observation, the fixed state changes from A to B and B to C.

So, now you must feel that that someone is God.  As God observes the state, it is fixed and changed to another fixed state.

In summary, this universe with fill of states can have a fixed state at each moment because God is observing this universe to every minute corner.

God is the driver of all the phenomena in this universe.  He did not only create this universe but also does always cause change in the universe.  Time is generated by God.

There is a Chinese story about a great master of archery.

When he was young, he got training under guidance of a great teacher who was regarded as No.1 in their country.  But one day, the young man got confidence that he was now as good as his teacher.  To be No.1 in archery, he had to kill his teacher.   So, he met his teacher walking on a road through the field.  Two of them soon started to shoot each other.  But all the arrows they shot aiming at each other hit one another, head on head, in the middle of the air between them.   So, eventually the teacher forgave the young man crying with some sort of repentance, and said to him, "There is a super master of archery in deep mountains.  You must meet him."

So, the young man went up to the deep mountains to meet an old master who however had no bow and arrow.  And after the young man showed his super skill of archery with a bow and arrow, the old man showed his art of archery without using a bow and arrows but shot down birds flying high in the sky from an unstable rock at a cliff.

Many years later, the young man who became old came down from the mountains without a bow and arrow to live in a house of the capital of the nation.

Then, people rumored that they saw birds flying high in the sky over the man's house suddenly falling down as if they had been shot, or a thieve trying to enter his house from the roof at mid night was shot by unseen arrows and fled away.   People in the capital praised him as the supreme master of archery.

But soon they found that he had no bows and arrow.  To their astonishment, the man could not remember what a bow and arrows were for when they showed the weapon to him.

So, Christ Jesus did not even use Heavenly power and miracles to handle His own case involving Judas Iscariot.

In 1156 in Kyoto, Japan, strife erupted  between an incumbent emperor and a retired emperor.

The cause of the strife was the decision on succession of the imperial throne by the former retired emperor who was the father of the emperor and the retired emperor.   The former retired emperor Toba (1103-1156) held the political power in the imperial court and appointed his sons to the imperial throne one after another.  But when Toba died, his two sons, namely the retired emperor Sutoku and the incumbent emperor Go-Shirakawa started to clash over hegemony.

In those days, an emperor sometimes retired while he was still young, and  his young son succeeded his father.  But the retired emperor kept the political power in the imperial court.  And there were cases that a retired emperor retired to be an ex-retired emperor so as to make his grandson get enthroned and accordingly make his son get retired to be a retired emperor.  Toba had such a grandfather. And when the grandfather, Shirakawa, died after his father Emperor Horikawa had died, Toba himself started cloister government, manipulating his sons.

But when Toba died, his son, the retired emperor Sutoku, could not launch his cloister government, since the incumbent emperor, Go-Shirakawa, was his younger brother but not his son.  However Sutoku wanted to exercise his power while Go-Shirakawa  stuck to his own imperial power.  Each of them had support from noblemen and samurais on his side.  And, this strife was put to an end through violent clash of samurais on both the sides.  Noblemen could not fix the case in a political or peaceful manner.  

So, after the strife that ended with Go-Shirakawa's victory, samurais who helped the emperor came to take a decisive part in politics around the imperial court.  It eventually caused a power shift from the emperor and the noble class to samurais specialized in military force.  Till this incident of 1156, called the Heiji War, samurais were used by the imperial court as the Guards of the imperial court in Kyoto or by noblemen as a garrison or  police force in their feuds located locally, though some samurai leaders were given lower grades of titles of the noble class.  But the Heiji War set samurais as a class of people who could be in charge of politics and administration.

After subsequent decades of strife within the samurai class or specifically among the two major samurai clans, the Heike clan and the Genji clan, finally the Genji clan got hegemony and took over power from the imperial court in Kyoto, and the head of the clan, Minamoto-no-Yoritomo, established, as the head of all the samurais, the first samurai government in Kamukura, a town facing the Pacific Ocean 400 km east of Kyoto, in 1192.  Basically, the rule by samurais continued till 1868 when the imperial court regained power through the incident called the Meiji Restoration, though different samurai clans took the position of the head of all the samurai clans in the 700-year-long samurai rule.

So, the corrupt imperial court gave way to samurai government in the 12th century, though at the time each emperor, retired emperor, or ex-retired emperor could not exercise his power despotically since noblemen had already taken real political power from successive emperors for centuries.

But the core of the mind set of the samurais is loyalty to their masters and faith in power of sword.  It had a great influence on the Japanese society even after the Meiji Restoration when Japan started modernization, Westernization, and industrialization.  And, there is still some remnant of this samurai tradition after the end of WWII.

Today, the Japanese Constitution does not recognize the imperial court and the noble class, needless to say the samurai class, but recognize people as the sole sovereign of Japan.  However, the emperor is positioned by the Constitution as the symbol of the nation.

This is a basic matter of Japan.

There are the two factors: wish to enjoy riches and wish to show some moral characters.

Almost all the humanitarian advocates in the world are rich.  They never become poor due to their activities to promote humanitarianism.

For example, UN officials who are in charge of promoting welfare in the poorest countries work in those countries helping poor people there, but they usually live in rich hotels of the countries.  Or, wealthy people  donate money to charity to save poor people such as the homeless.  But they will spend more money to secure their wealth.

So, true charity or humanitarian work should be based on belief that being rich is a crime and helping the poor is a duty of every rich man.  And this belief should be based on the teaching of Christ Jesus.

But the world is presented a very bad example to.  Even the Pope lives a very rich life while he is expressing his love to the poor.

The social and economic systems of this world should be changed to save the poor and victims of every evil such as terror, civil wars, etc.  But for a man to be rich, he has to first accept these systems and win competition in the systems.  He cannot deny the systems.

So, the teaching of Christ Jesus requests drastic change in human thoughts.  If a rich man is allowed to enter Heaven, he has to deny wealth he has obtained in the social and economic systems in this world and furthermore he has to deny such systems.

A nation can be rich through industrialization and further development and success in economy.   And many citizens might be richer.  But evil will surely give more damage to the society than when the nation was still poor.  It is because old systems remain, and they always succeed in finding new types of victims.
