Human Rights

(I looked around to find neither splendor of cherry blossoms nor ablaze autumn leaves around the pond where gemmy smiles must be all around if in an appropriate season…)

Human Rights

(Le Droits de l'homme)

In Japan nowadays, one of main political arguments is the one related to fundamental human rights.

Even in Japan, low-teen school boys and girls are making and managing thousands of personal or secret Web sites, without under supervision of school or parents, where bullying and tease sometimes break out targeting some weak pupil.

The world of children and minors reflect manners of living of majors and situations of the society.

In a today’s newspaper in Japan, I found a report telling that a schoolgirl of a certain junior high school committed a suicide within school.

Perhaps, all over the world, children and young students should be compulsory educated on human rights and civil liberties, if authority in each country cannot correctly and completely present to, and provide for, pupils the teachings of Jesus Christ or God or Allah.

So, I’d like to introduce the Universal Declaration of Human Rights specified by the United Nations.

Article 1
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 5
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

(The rest is temporarily omitted, though...)

Article 17
1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

The imminent issue is whether these articles should apply to terrorists or insurgents.

The U.S. President has apparently denied the idea in his recent administrative decision on prisoners of the War on Terror.

Chinese Government has apparently denied the idea in its recent military operation against Buddhist monks and other ethnic Tibetans in its long-occupied Tibet.

As Japan has long been the second largest financier to the U.N. next to the U.S., Japan has a right to remonstrate with the U.S. and China about their non-humanitarian decision and operation.

So we do it here now.

Treat captured and arrested terrorists humanely so as to make them repent; and respect Tibetans so as to allow them to gain complete independence from China controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.

Finally, you know now how terrible it would be if the U.S. and China plot together for any conspiracy to establish and maintain their power of domination on weak people and tribes in the world.

That is why a Religious Revolution is needed in China and the U.S. to realize the ideal of Universal Declaration of Human Rights specified by the United Nations.

Luk 6:39 And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

Luk 6:40 The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

Luk 6:41 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Luk 6:42 Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye.

Luk 6:43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Luk 6:44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.

Luk 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
