Regardless of Whether Space Aliens are Found or Not
The Artemis program might find UFOs and space aliens in the moon. Then, major changes would occur in human society.
But, they might avoid such detection and hide somewhere destroying UFO bases in the moon. UFOs and space aliens might succeed in hiding for an even longer period of time. Then, mysteries about UFOs and space aliens would continue.
It seems to be their decision.
If they decided to hide, we would have no effect. Human beings would continue to live as before. But, if they were detected or found, there would a big shock in the human world.
People in the Earth might try to get their advanced technology such as anti-gravity propulsion devices and other power generation methods. The current fossil fuel-based industries in the Earth would be abandoned. Even the current broadcasting and communication systems would also be scrapped. The financial system would also be affected. Religion would be surely affected as well.
In other words, all civilizations would be affected. People in the Earth might have to consult them in all aspects of life. Finally, human beings in the Earth might be governed by them. But, they might want to avoid such troubles, that is, taking care of human beings in the Earth.
Anyway, until humanity in the Earth develop its science and technology to the level where it can compete with space aliens, it should remain subordinate to them.
But, as the humanity in the Earth will soon suffer major natural disasters, space aliens might be simply watching to see what will happen to the humanity. Or, an AI-based material civilization might collapse due to runaway AI. After the collapse of the human civilization, they might take over the Earth smoothly.
Space aliens should not come to save human beings in the Earth although they would not accelerate the destruction of the Earth. They shall have no sense of guilt if the humanity in the Earth self-destruct.
So, regardless of whether we find space aliens in the moon or mars or not, we should enhance our science and technology. And as it seems that space aliens have psychic abilities, we should also develop psychic abilities.
Finally, the humanity in the Earth should not be so fixated on existence of space aliens, but we should protect the Earth from pollution caused by the evils of our material civilization, such as the abnormally high temperatures caused by nitrous oxide generated by pesticide use, which has a greater warming effect than carbon dioxide.

17 While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was and stopped at the gate. 18 They called out, asking if Simon who was known as Peter was staying there.
19 While Peter was still thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Simon, three[a] men are looking for you. 20 So get up and go downstairs. Do not hesitate to go with them, for I have sent them.”
21 Peter went down and said to the men, “I’m the one you’re looking for. Why have you come?”
