SECTION I: GOLDEN CALF
The first bubble economy in the history or the first Wall-Street type of sinful booms is the state around the golden calf Israelites made in the Sinai desert while waiting for Moses to come down from Mt. Sinai roughly 3400 years ago.
It is so because people gathered in an assembly and offered gold they were carrying during 40-year wandering in the desert so as to build a golden calf around which they drank and danced, shouting, "Look at this golden calf! It is our god, since Moses has gone!"
Then Moses came back from the mountain carrying two stone tablets on which God’s finger had inscribed the Ten Commandments.

Israelite object of worship. The golden calf was the representation of a young bull made of wood and plated in gold. The Bible relates two episodes of a golden calf: one in the wilderness when Moses was on Mount Sinai (Ex. 32) and the second concerning King Jeroboam I (I Kings 12:28, 29).
In the former narrative, the golden calf was made by Aaron in response to the request of the Israelites for a god to lead them as they awaited the delayed return of Moses from the top of Mount Sinai (Ex. 32:1-4). This calf was made of golden ornaments collected from the people, melted and molded, and then worshiped amidst dancing, feasting, and play.
When Moses returned after 40 days, he broke the tablets bearing the Ten Commandments, destroyed the calf, and forced the people to drink its remains mixed with water.
The Levites then slew 3,000 of the worshipers and the Lord sent a plague upon the people for their sin.
This episode has received a number of different interpretations. It was held that the golden calf was an imitation of the idolatrous bull worship in Egypt, which the Israelites had just left. Naḥmanides, followed by a number of traditional Bible commentators, declared that the golden calf was intended as a substitute for Moses, whom the people feared would not return from Mount Sinai, having been there for 40 days. Recently, scholars have proposed that, in line with ancient Semitic practice, the golden calf was meant to represent the seat of the invisible God of Israel. Moses' destruction of the golden calf and his orders to execute those who had worshiped it were based on the fear that it would be deemed a god. The Midrash seeks to exculpate Aaron for his role in the episode.

You don’t have to graduate from the University of Tokyo to take a position as Prime Minister, anymore. All you have to do is make big money smartly and use it in your political activities smartly.
In addition, he had special ability to appeal to the heart of people who love big money and higher status above all.
Kakuei Tanaka was really powerful, since he kept a decisive political influence for a decade in Japan after being forced to step down from the front stage of politics and even arrested for the Lockheed money scandal.
Mr. Ichiro Ozawa, the incumbent top leader of the Democratic Party of Japan, expected to be the next prime minister of Japan after the next general election to be held probably this September, was once a very faithful admirer of Kakuei Tanaka.
Mr. MORIHIRO HOSOKAWA
Another politician who enjoyed an overwhelming welcome as a new type of prime minister of Japan is Mr. Morihiro Hosokawa.
Mr. Hosokawa became extremely popular prime minister of Japan in 1993, mostly due to his modern style of attitudes and his gorgeous family background, since his family line is full of notable noblemen and samurai leaders, unlike the case of Kakuei Tanaka.
However, his Cabinet was finished suddenly amid a mysterious money scandal within a year of its formation. Today, most of Japanese people do not know what he has been doing in these years, though Mr. Hosokawa was so much lionized like Mr. Bill Clinton around 1993 and early 1994.
Nonetheless, Mr. Hosokawa is the only prime minister of Japan who led the nation without support and contribution from the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan in these 50 years (except his immidiate and short-term successor as prime miniter Mr. Tsutomu Hata).
In addition, Mr. Ichiro Ozawa is said to have been a real power behind the scene of the Hosokawa Cabinet and the Hata Cabinet.
