Assets and Debts (les dettes et les actifs)
The fear of becoming poor is strong in anybody.
If you become poor, you will be most probably forced to get subject to others to obtain foods and other necessities for life. Even to get foods and other necessities for life, you might be virtually forced to work as a servant or a de facto slave. You will lose freedom. You will lose means to protect whatever you have from others.
But, in the long run, the society would get mature, so that everybody can gain some enough money through joining economic activities of the society. Yet, as no society in any nation is perfect, still the fear of becoming poor is strong in anybody in the world.
Then we have to remember the teaching of Christ Jesus: "You cannot serve both the God and money."
When we start to serve the God, the fear of becoming poor should disappear. And, Christ Jesus said that the God would feed you like He feeds birds in the sky. And, birds in the sky have no fear of becoming poor.
SECTION I: What Debts over GDP
Japan is the largest creditor nation in the world, meaning larger than the U.S., China, the U.K., etc. However, this situation can be only taken into account by adopting "net" figures but not "gross" figures.
Since 1990's, the Western media predicted that Japan would soon go bankrupt, while they did not predict any financial crisis in the U.S., the U.K., Iceland, Ireland, Greece, and so on.
The Western media is still predicting that Japan would soon go bankrupt, while China is facing the burst of the real estate bubble, rapid inflation, and 100,000 riots per year.
So, do not trust the Western media especially in terms of economy and Japan.
SECTION II: US Federal Debts Total
According to USA Today, the total debts of the US federal sector are estimated as follows:
1) Public Medical Insurance for the Elderly: $24.8 trillion
2) Pensions: $21.4 trillion
3) Federal Government Debts: $9.4 trillion
4) Veteran Retirement Allowance: $3.6 trillion
5) Federal Official Retirement Allowance: $2 trillion
6) Others: $0.4 trillion
----------------------------
Total: $61.6 trillion
This might be another reason why Wall-Street-associated American economists always predict that Japan will soon go bankrupt before the U.S., the U.K., Iceland, Ireland, Greece, and so on.
The table in Section I is mostly based on "Federal Government Debts: $9.4 trillion" while American GDP is just $14.3 trillion.
SECTION III: Global Assets vs. Global Debts
As of 2010, the following figures were obtained:
Global Personal Financial Assets: $122 trillion
Global Governmental Debts: $40 trillion
Though the total global financial assets are several times larger than the sum of GDPs of all the countries, the world can be still financially saved if all the rich men have abandoned one third of their personal assets.
What can change their minds is religion or anything?

In a certain area in Chiba Prefecture adjacent to Tokyo Prefecture, a radiation dose larger than 0.5 micro sieverts per hour was measured in April and May. A campus of the University of Tokyo is included in the area. Officially, radiation in Tokyo is announced as around 0.05 micro sieverts per hour. So, it is a little alarming, since the area is just 20 to 40 km northeast from the Tokyo Station. A place receiving more than 0.5 micro sieverts (per hour) of radiation is called a hot spot in the map below as so colored darker.

Some scientists say that radiation hot spots can be found in areas fairly far from Fukushima Daiichi. It is rain that brings radioactive material into such places. With a dose of 0.5 micro sieverts per hour, one can receive 12 micro per day and 4.38 milli sieverts per year, which is not so desirable, though a Japanese law sets the criteria for an ordinary person at 1 milli sievert per year.
However, no hot spots have been found within Tokyo Prefecture since a filtration plant in Katsushika Ward showed 0.5 micro sieverts in early May.

Luk 6:17 And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;
Luk 6:18 And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed.
Luk 6:19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.
