Read the Bible and Pray to Christ Jesus to Save Us from the Pandemics

One day, Christ Jesus went out to the desert to pray to the God in the middle of a pandemic 2000 years ago.  Then, a spy sent by Satan to monitor Christ Jesus reported to Satan that it was a chance to attack Christ Jesus alone in the desert.

Accordingly Satan appeared in front of Christ Jesus, saying, "Respect me and then I will save those suffering the virus-pandemic.  Look at those people suffering from the pandemic.  Don't you want to save them?"

Christ Jesus said, "Go away Satan.  The God gave immunity to the mankind.  All men have to do is just to activate the immunity!"

But Satan insisted, saying, "But how can men trigger immunity?  They don't know how to handle immunity.  I can teach them how to do it, if you revere me." 

So Christ Jesus said, "What they have to do is only to read the Bible and pray to the God.  Then immunity starts to work to suppress viruses."  Then, Satan left Christ Jesus and ordered its soldiers to make more formidable viruses...

And, it took 2000 years that Satan has obtained the formidable viruses, which people have called the corona-viruses that first appeared in the non-Christian country called China fighting against the Christian country the United States.

Satan also sent evil spirits to the Vatican and all other Christian churches in the world to confuse people in religious organizations and reduce power of their prayers.

Accordingly, everybody of today, including religious professionals, cannot suppress corona-viruses by their praying or through effect of reading the Bible.  And people are just crying for vaccines and other effective medicines.

However, Christ Jesus said, "My disciples would not be harmed if they took in poisons."

In this context, for us to conquer this corona-pandemic, we have to read the Bible and pray to Christ Jesus and the God as hard as possible so that we can be recognized as Their followers.  Then  corona-viruses should be exterminated, although Satan may come back with more fatal viruses in a decade or so.

But, there can be anther story that the corona-pandemic was triggered by the Angel of Death sent by the God who completely got angry at men who sold their souls to Satan.  In this context, all we have to do is to ask Christ Jesus to soften the anger of the God.

In any case, all we have to do is to read the Bible and pray to Christ Jesus to save us from the pandemics.

Sympathetic nerves become dominant in daytime and the winter or under high pressure.  On the other hand, parasympathetic nerves become dominant in night-time and the summer, or under low pressure.

Some diseases may develop due to change in balance between the sympathetic nerves and the parasympathetic nerves, which is caused by change in atmospheric pressure.

It should be noted that lymphocytes, in white blood cells, containing the natural killer (NK) cells, the T cells, the B cells, etc. increase in the state where the parasympathetic nerves are dominant.  And the NK cells are well known for their function to patrol in the human body, detect cancer cells, virus-infected cells, etc. and attack them.  It is a natural defense mechanism provided in the human body.

The state where the parasympathetic nerves are dominant can be also achieved when one is relaxed, for example, in laughing.  So, researchers of the University of Osaka made a study to investigate into the relationship between NK cell activities and lifestyle.  Lifestyle habits are evaluated by giving scores according to favorability of each habit in terms of health.  The result is shown below in comparison among poor, moderate, and good lifestyle.

As a result, it was confirmed that orderly life or low-stress lifestyle (with much laughing or smiling) increases NK cell activities.

In this context, we have to reinforce a feeling relaxation (by reasonably laughing as much as possible) (preferably in night-time and the summer, or under low pressure) so as to increase NK cell activities and thus suppress corona-viruses.

But, as Christ Jesus said that whoever wanted to save his life for himself would lose it, but whoever abandoned it for His teaching should get eternal life, if we want to live more to spread His words, NK cells must reinforce their activities.

Accordingly, reading the Bible should be the best way to enter into the state where the parasympathetic nerves become dominant to reinforce NK cell activities and suppress corona-viruses.

The sympathetic nerves work to put the body in the excitation and active mode, becoming dominant when doing jobs, enjoying activities, sports, etc. in daytime.

The parasympathetic nerves work to adjust physical conditions into the relaxed mode, becoming dominant at meals or in rest hours at night.

When the sympathetic nerves are dominant, lymphocytes account for 35% in white blood cells, while they account for 41% when the parasympathetic nerves are dominant.

So, when the state where the sympathetic nerves are dominant continues too long as a man is under a stress due to his lifestyle, work of the parasympathetic nerves is suppressed.  Then, lymphocytes, the key to immunity, are reduced.  As a result, the ability in the body to respond to and dispose of viruses, cancer cells, etc. is reduced, leading to expression of various diseases.

When viruses invade the body, macrophages rush to the site to collect information about the viruses.

Then, macrophages give the information about the viruses to the T cells which work as the commander in immunity.  The T cells issue an order to kill cells contaminated by the viruses.  What's more, the T cells issue another order to produce immune bodies to the B cells which then produce a large amount of antibodies.  These antibodies in cooperation with complements start to destroy cells where viruses have invaded.

Macrophages appeared in the early stages of evolution of living things, so that they are in bodies of vertebrate animals, invertebrate animals, and almost all animals.  The B cells and other white blood cells evolved from macrophages.  In phagocytosis by macrophages, bacteria, viruses, and dead cells are eaten by macrophages, which is the main function of macrophages.

Macrophages are a type of white blood cell of the immune system that engulfs and digests cellular debris, foreign substances, microbes, cancer cells, and anything else that does not have the type of proteins specific to healthy body cells on its surface in a process called phagocytosis.

To activate macrophages, the T cells should produce and deliver cytokines (a broad and loose category of small proteins important in cell signaling).　A T cell is a type of lymphocyte, which develops in the thymus gland (hence the name) and plays a central role in the immune response. T cells can be distinguished from other lymphocytes by the presence of a T-cell receptor on the cell surface.

So, to destroy viruses in the human body, this complicated immune system, which developed through long history of evolution of living things, in the human body should work properly.

However, the modern medical science cannot produce artificial macrophages, T cells, B cells,  cytokines, etc.  The nature has taken billions of years to create this immune system, so that we have to first learn details of structure, features, characteristics, and functions of each element of this immune system.

Only we can do is to reinforce activities of this immune system.  Through various studies, we have found that common lifestyle with full of stress in modern material civilization gives adverse effect to the immune system.  As we rely on medicines more than immune system beyond necessity, the immune system is reversely affected, undergoing regression.  So, some medical doctors worry that modern medical services may cure a disease temporarily but must weaken the human body against viruses, cancer, etc. in the long run.

Indeed, Christ Jesus told not to mind foods since the body was more important than foods.  And the God took care of men more than flowers in the field and birds in the sky.  This saying means that we should rely on the immune system rather than modern medicines.

Indeed, the immune system in the human body is a gift from the God.  We have to review and change our lifestyle so as to enhance the immune system.

Otherwise, it is recommended to read the Bible, consecrate the spirit, and strongly wish to hope extermination of viruses in one's body, since the mind work has influence on the autonomous nerves (the parasympathetic nerves and the sympathetic nerves) and thus immunizing power.

In our body, the autonomous nerves control activities of the inward organs or the viscera, the body temperature, metabolism, etc. without our intention.

The autonomous nerves consist of the sympathetic nerve system and the parasympathetic nervous system.  The former is active in daytime and the latter is active in night-time or when one is not strained.


The body’s Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) controls and influences internal organ function through largely automatic processes such as digestion, respiration, and heart rate. The larger ANS is divided into several systems including the more well-known “fight-or-flight” Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) and lesser known “rest-and-digest” Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS). These systems naturally counteract each other and work to achieve balance within the body.

It is when the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant that lymphocytes increase to enhance immunity.  And lymphocytes are a kind of white blood cells and are divided into the B-cells, the T-cells,  the natural killer (NK) cells, etc.  The NK cells attack cells contaminated by bacteria or viruses.  The B-cells make antibodies when bacteria or viruses invade the body while T-cells store disease-causing agents into their memory, rapidly respond to them, and take them out. 

Therefore, in order to suppress viruses, lymphocytes should be reinforced to enhance immunity; and in order to reinforce lymphocytes, the parasympathetic nervous system should be reinforced.

To enhance activities of the parasympathetic nervous system, it is recommended to have lifestyle with less stress.  And lifestyle with less stress is realized by warming the body, deep breathing, having orderly life, eating a well-balanced diet, laughing in relax, etc.

It seems that this lifestyle can be easily realized in monasteries, although laughing may not be encouraged there.  But, it must be effective to read the Bible, get relieved from daily stress, and eventually practice a mild-mannered demeanor for enhancing activities of the parasympathetic nervous system and strengthening immunity.

Therefore, it is recommended to read the Bible, strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system, and thus increase lymphocytes and the NK cells for suppressing corona-viruses.

Cancer does rarely develop in the heart and the brain.  Cancer originated in the heart is only about 0.003% in autopsy cases.  The number of people to be newly discovered as having brain cancer is yearly about 20 per 100,000 according to U.S. statistics, while the number having gastric carcinogenesis is about 100 per 100,000 in Japan.

The common feature between the heart and the brain is that the cells constituting them do not undergo cell division.

One fertilized egg in a mother multiplies to about two trillion in 40 weeks after fertilization.  After birth, cell division continues to build the body of a grown-up having 50 to 60 trillion cells.  It means that cells of the human body increase 30 times after birth to adulthood.

However, brain cells do not multiply in this process.  The brain cells, the number of which is estimated to be about 15 billion, of a newborn baby has a weight of about 400 grams, and those of a grown-up have 1400 grams.  In the process of growth, formation of myelin and synapse formation are promoted.  Therefore, a 3-year old baby has a brain weight of about 1,100 grams, and a 6-year old has 90% of a brain weight of an adult.  Likewise, the heart is mostly made of cross-striated muscle that do not undergo cell division.     

As brain cells and heart cells do not undergo cell division, cancer rarely develops there.  In these cells, mitochondria are abundant, so that the glycolytic system cannot be dominant in energy producing, although the glycolytic system works to accelerate cell division like in living things two billion years ago before absorption and unification of mitochondria in cells of anaerobes that lived only in the absence of oxygen.  Or, since unification of mitochondria into cells of anaerobes, mitochondria have worked to deter cell division under dominance of the glycolytic system, since the mitochondria system produces energy by not relying solely on glucose sugars but also by oxygen.

In deed, 25% of oxygen taken in through breathing is consumed in the brain, although the brain cannot store oxygen and consumes instantly oxygen provided by the lungs (that is why we have to breathe incessantly).  However, the brain also consumes 46% of all the glucose sugars consumed in the body.  Put simply, the brain works based on oxygen and glucose sugars.  Glucose sugars taken out from foods are broken down to pyruvic acids, generating energy in the glycolytic system, creating ATPs, an organic compound and hydrotrope that provides energy to drive many processes in living cells, at the rate of 2 ATP molecules per glucose sugar molecule.  But in the mitochondria system,  pyruvic acids further go into mitochondria to be oxidized and resolved into CO2, generating H+ (protons) used to creation ATPs at the rate of 36 to 38 ATPs per glucose sugar molecule.  Therefore, the mitochondria system produces 18 times more energy than the glycolytic system.

So, mitochondria deters cell division so as not to loose their function through division that will dilute its existence in cells.  But, the mitochondria system using oxygen also produces active oxygen that is harmful to cells.  Anyway, the brain cells and the heart cells that do not develop cancer use mostly the the mitochondria system.

Yet, cancer cells almost do not use the aerobic mitochondria system but use the anaerobic glycolytic system.  It means that cancer cells are imitating primitive cells that were working two billion years ago without the mitochondria system but with the glycolytic system accelerating tendency to cell division.  Indeed, the mitochondria system delivers mitotic inhibitors to cells to deter cell division.

As for the heart cells, they are warm at 40 degrees C.  Cancer cells die at 42 degrees C or higher.  Cancer cells that prefer cool environments do not easily develop in heart cells.  And the brain cells can bear the heat up to 41 degrees C.

The brain cells and the heart cells with plenty of mitochondria in the environment warm and full of oxygen do not undergo cell division.  Conversely, cancer cells prefer cold environment with less oxygen, repeating cell division rapidly.  And it is characteristic to the glycolytic system.

Therefore, it should not be simply thought that cancer is the result of accumulation of gene abnormality caused in the process of cell division but should be thought that cancer development is work of cells intended to get back to the state of anaerobic primitive cells living in the world in absence of oxygen two billion years ago before unification with mitochondria. 

When the human body gets into the sate cold with less oxygen, cells do not rely on the aerobic mitochondria system but the anaerobic glycolytic system to develop cancer.  And the state cold with less oxygen is brought by stress on the body and mind (autonomous nerves).

Accordingly, to avoid development of cancer like in the brain and heart cells, we have to avoid stress on the body and mind (autonomous nerves), since stress leads to low temperature and use of less oxygen and eventually to reliance on the glycolytic system that triggers cell division.

Therefor it is encouraged to warm body, like by bathing in hot-spring, and take lots of deep breaths to avoid development of cancer.

Toru Abo, the medical doctor and professor of the graduate school of Niigata University, emphasized that diseases mainly occur due to two factors: low body temperature and low-oxygen condition． And there are two systems for generating energy in cells of the human body: the glycolytic system and the mitochondria system, and keeping balance between them in energy production in the human body is the key to maintenance of human health.

For example, when one is under stress, sympathetic nerve is put in state of tension to increase blood flow, but too much or long tension causes constriction of blood vessels leading to blood circulation disorder and resulting in low body temperature.  This is one of main causes for diseases.  Another major cause is low-oxygen condition caused by fever, for example due to corona-viruses, in the body that accelerates a blood flow rate in the lung and reduces time to take in enough oxygen while fever increases a need for oxygen.  And in  low body temperature and low-oxygen condition, the human body is prone to be affected by a disease.  And in this sate, the glycolytic system plays a major part than the mitochondria system, leading to cancer formation.  Conversely, if we continue lifestyle relying on the glycolytic system, the dangerous state of low body temperature and low-oxygen condition continues.   

The glycolytic system uses nutrient elements (mainly glucides) without oxygen while the mitochondria system uses nutrient elements (glucides, lipids, and proteins) as well as oxygen, enzymes, sunlight, etc.

On average, there are several hundreds of mitochondria in one cell of the human body, and the total weight of mitochondria accounts 10 percent of body weight.  Therefore, if we cannot breathe, mitochondria cannot produce energy and cells die, leading to death of ourselves.

In 50 trillion cells of the human body, these two systems work to produce energy.  But the mitochondria system produces 18 times more energy than the glycolytic system does.  However the  glycolytic system produces energy in a rapid manner with instantaneous force, while the mitochondria system provides staying power.  Indeed,  the  glycolytic system produces energy 100 times faster than the mitochondria system.

Energy produced by the glycolytic system is used in white muscles, skins, etc.;  energy produced by the mitochondria system is used in red muscle, the brain, the heart, the liver, etc.  So, sprint runners use white muscles (almost without breathing while running), and marathon runners use red muscle.  Therefore, when we are panicked, subjected to stress, or get angry, we get emotive and use the glycolytic system to get out our frantic strength or bring out desperate power, but such conditions do not last long.

Foods are taken in to be consumed in digestive organs, and nutrient elements are  resolved in the glycolytic system in cells, which is the only energy source in  red blood cells, etc.  Furthermore, nutrient elements are resolved in mitochondria to eventually generate hydrogen.  And, as this hydrogen is connected, through chemical reaction, to oxygen carried into cells through blood and water is generated, a huge amount of energy is produced like in hydrogen batteries.

Originally, cells of earlier ancestors of animals and plants had no mitochondria, but they came to take in mitochondria, then external independent microbes, two billion years ago.  By using energy produced by mitochondria, earlier ancestors of animals and plants could further evolve and get sophisticated.  However, the original glycolytic system in cells working without oxygen were out of synchronization with mitochondria using oxygen.  So, it is thought that it took about 800 million years after absorbing mitochondria in cells for conditions in cells to get stable.  (Earlier cells that also took in chlorophylls evolved to plants.)

Consequently, cells came to use energy produced by mitochondria, so that 1.2 billion years ago, the eukaryote type of cells were born.  And 1 billion years ago, multicellular organisms appeared to further evolve into plants and animals.

Put simply, our bodies, namely our cells, have two different energy-producing systems, the glycolytic system and mitochondria system, the combination of which in cells  was the key to evolution of living things on the earth.  Therefore, the balance between them in their activities is the key to our health.  For example, cancer cells use mostly the glycolytic system.

On the other hand, mitochondria use 90% of oxygen inhaled through breathing.  And in the process of generating energy, 0.1 to 2% of oxygen used in mitochondria turn to active oxygen that would harm cells and cause aging of the human body.

When a man is young, his cells in his body mainly use the glycolytic system, but as he gets older, the mitochondria system comes to take a larger share.  But if a man continues to rely on the glycolytic system in stressful life-style, cancer and other diseases can easily develop. 

In this context, we do not live only by bread alone, which will turn to glucide or sugar content to be used in the glycolytic system that produces instantaneous power to be used especially by ancient soldiers, but also by oxygen to be used in the mitochondria system that produces staying power to be used especially in the brain thinking about the word of God.

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Finally, deep breathing is as important as foods for men to live healthy lives, since breathing is an analogy of taking spirit from the spiritual world.

Still toward the End of the First Millennium

After the Spanish Flu that occurred in 1918 where 50 million people were killed, the Russian Revolution (between 1918 and 1922) and subsequent purges by Stalin occurred where about 20 million people were killed and WWII (mainly triggered by Nazis) occurred between 1939 and 1945 where about 80 million people were killed.  In addition after WWII, the Chinese Communist Party got hegemony over China through the civil war between 1946 and 1950 and subsequent rule by Mao Tse-tung, causing 60 million deaths.

Indeed, after the 1918 Spanish Flu, the Russian Revolution, WWII, the Chinese Revolution occurred in the 20th century, causing death to approximately 200 million people.

In this context, the 1918 Spanish Flu was the ill omen for tragedies of the world in the 20th century.  But after WWII, the Spanish Flu was forgotten, although the Cold War started where the U.S. and the Soviet Union came to compete with each other with nuclear weapons in the amounts enough to destroy the whole earth.

So, when the Soviet Union collapsed and the Cold War ended around 1990, the world became somewhat peace.  However, Islamic extremists got into a war against the US, which has continued up to the early 21st century.  What's more while the US set off the financial crisis around 2008, China started to exercise its economic power and have influence on the global economy, as the US and Japan had helped China develop its economy all through 1980s to 2000s.

And in 2020, the corona-virus pandemic was set off from Wuhan, China, while the Chinese Communist Party came not to hide its hegemonic ambition over the world and Russia further started to strengthen its military capacity.  The U.S., after the era of President Obama as the first African American president, got into a kind of political crisis due to President Trump who abused racial split in the American society for his interest and ambitions. 

Therefore like 100 years ago, the world has still two dangerous factors: Russia and China.  And another pandemic has also occurred as an ill-omen.  In this context, the early 21st century is an extension of the 20th century.

In the 20th century, despite ominous existence of communist Russia and China, the war between the Western democratic camps (namely, the U.S. and Western Europe) and the despotic axis powers (namely, Germany, Imperial Japan, etc.)  was more critical for the human kind.  Consequently, Germany, Imperial Japan, etc. were defeated in WWII to be democratic economic powers.  This fate might have been foretold by the 1918 Spanish Flu.

In this 21st century, despite existence of Islamic extremists and racial disputes in the U.S., the potential war between the Western democratic camps, now including Germany and Japan, and despotic and militarist Russia and China seems to be more critical.  And this fate may be really warned by the 2020 corona-pandemic.
 
Therefore, the early 21st century must be an extension of the 20th century like the early first century was an extension of the 1st century B.C. where Caesar and Alexander the Great had played some important roles.

So, it is symbolic that the 2020 pandemic was generated in China, while according to a theory, even the 1918 Spanish Flu was brought to Europe by Chinese laborers who were mobilized to WWI in the European fronts.  In this sense, we are still living in the world progressing to the end of the first millennium.

Artificial Robotized Men after the Mankind 

Viruses invade human cells to multiply themselves there and get out of the cells, destroying them.

However, cells do not have a mechanism in them to attack and destroy viruses.  Cells have evolved by taking some external microbes, such as mitochondria, into them.  DNAs in a human cell include some parts originated in such microbes.  So, there is a mechanism for some microbes to enter into cells.  But, the mankind may introduce another mechanism in cells to attack and destroy viruses.

DNAs have the function to create various types of proteins.  Usually, such proteins give features to a cell needed to form a certain organ, such as a heart and a skin, in the body.  But proteins harmful to viruses may be able to be built based on certain DNAs.  If such DNAs are introduced as genes, a man will have an effective means to fight against viruses.

Advanced gene engineering might be able to create a special gene on DNAs that will create proteins to attack and destroy viruses that invaded a cell.  But it will be difficult to assure that such proteins do not have any other negative effects on human cells.

Like this example, the mankind will probably have the ability to create any desired genes on DNAs.  But, the nature is more complex than the mankind think them to be.  There must be more hidden adverse effects if the mankind become able to handle and work on cells and genes.  The balance in the human body established through biological evolution for billions of years should not be easily changed for biological safety.

In long future, the mankind will give up application of gene engineering and adopt artificial robotized bodies that can be almost completely controlled by the mankind themselves.  In this case, the last problem is the brain.  It is said that life-span of human cells is 125 years, which means that human being cannot live longer than 125 years.  So, the brain of a robotized man with natural human cells cannot live longer than 125 years.  Therefore, ultimately, the mankind will create an artificial brain with artificial brain cells and nerves to acquire semipermanent life.

But when the mankind crate such artificial brains, if they do not have sincere faith and a sound sense of ethics and religion, they will not try to implant respect to the God in the artificial brains.  If so, the artificial men will leave the spiritual tradition of the natural mankind.  They cannot regarded as members of the mankind anymore.  Whether this transition from natural men to artificial men is slow or rapid, the earth will be eventually ruled by artificial men that are different species from natural homo sapiens.

For example, 2,000 years later, a history book for artificial men might read: mortal human beings all died out due to special viruses in the 21st century but artificial robots, which they called us, took over the world through technological evolution for 2,000 years.

As artificial men, namely robots, do not die, they will not need religion, the concept of the God, and even the spiritual world.  However, there is no assurance that artificial men love peace and prosperity more than homo sapiens.  They may destroy the world with themselves as it is unthinkable that robots will be afraid of death and they will respect the God that did not create them.

The meaning of the word of Christ Jesus that those who believe in Him will gain eternal life (even if killed by viruses) should be reviewed in this context.

Without breathing, a man will die in about three minutes.  Without water, a man will die in about three days.  Without foods, a man will die in about three weeks even if he can take water.

By breathing, oxygen is provided to mitochondria in cells for energy production.  Since there are about 50 trillion cells in the body and each cell has about 300 to 400 mitochondria, on average, and the total weight of mitochondria accounts for 10% of the weight of the human body.  Therefore, without oxygen, a man will die in about three minutes, since the human body is sustained by energy produced in mitochondria.

So, if mitochondria cannot produce energy for three minutes due to lack of oxygen to be conveyed through bloods, cells in the body die and thus the body die.  Cells and mitochondria are so fine and thin.  The three minutes without oxygen are enough to kill them.

Water in the body accounts for 60%, on average, of the body weight.  A man needs about 2,500 ml of water a day for various functions in the body.  So, without taking water, cells die in three days, and accordingly the human body die.

Foods are consumed to be changed to glucose, etc. to be used in energy production in the glycolytic system and further in mitochondria.

Then, how could Christ Jesus survive and live in the desert for 40 days?

Christ Jesus said: It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

So, it is thought that words of the God turned to nutrient elements (foods or bread) in the body of Christ Jesus.  However, Satan waited for 40 days for Christ Jesus to die.  But as He survived due to oxygen, water, and nutrient elements, to which words of the God turned, Satan came to appear before Christ Jesus to cause death to Him by itself.

But, as the Bible describes, Satan failed in its evil plan.  So, it changed its plan and decided to use one of disciples of Christ Jesus as a fatal betrayer to Christ Jesus.  In this new plan, Satan used 30 coins of silver.  And, Judas actually betrayed Christ Jesus to cause Crucifixion to Him.  But, Satan also failed as Christ Jesus was resurrected.

Now, in the 21st century, people have been brainwashed by Satan so as to believe that money is more important than foods.  And Satan can use trillions of dollars (for example the world GDP is about 80 trillion dollars).  There can be billions of Judas in the world today.   

Put simply, a man needs oxygen, water, and foods to live and survive.  And, words of the God can turn to foods to save believers.  If a man can get oxygen and water for free, all he needs more is words of the God in addition to faith in Christ Jesus and the God.  Then, a man can live and survive without money.

In this context, our civilization should be established so as to give oxygen and water for free to the mankind in addition to faith in the God.
