Read the Bible and Wish to Exterminate Viruses
Immunity is in the human body to suppress invasion by viruses, bacteria, etc. That is why the mankind can survive up to today since the human species was slit from other primates and established about 7 million years ago.
It is unthinkable that any viruses can exterminate the mankind if the inherited immunity works properly in human bodies.
To enhance immunity, it is recommended for men to avoid the low-temperature and low-oxygen state. And to avoid the low-temperature and low-oxygen state, it is necessary to enhance the parasympathetic functions, since too much stress increases sympathetic nerve activities that will active when men are active in their jobs, etc.
As civilization develops, it is expected that men will have lifestyle with more occasions where they can be relaxed with less stress. However, conversely, as material civilization develops more, men are put more under economic pressure and other pressure mainly in competition.
For example, President Trump, one of the richest and the most powerful men in the richest country the United States, does not look fully relaxed. He is one example of men always activating sympathetic nerve activities and thus lowering immunity.
It is not materially rich life but relaxed life surrounded by the nature without fear of any kinds that reinforces immunity in our bodies. That is why people living in modern cities with full of tension like to go to vacation in the nature in holidays.
Otherwise, it is recommended to read the Bible, consecrate the spirit, and strongly wish to hope extermination of viruses in one's body, since the mind work has influence on the autonomous nerves (the parasympathetic nerves and the sympathetic nerves) and thus immunizing power.

Luke 7
18 And the disciples of John shewed him of all these things.
19 And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
20 When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?
21 And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight.
