HIDDEN MILITARY ISSUES

SECTION I: The Sichuan Great Earthquake

-----------
Nuclear Explosion Suspected at Epicenter of the Sichuan Earthquake

Mr. He, a local resident, stated that when the earthquake occurred on May 12, people saw something erupt from the top of a mountain next to the valley, "It looked like toothpaste being squeezed out," said He. "No, it wasn't [magma]. It was these concrete pieces. The eruption lasted about three minutes…"

The thickness of the concrete pieces seemed to match that used in China's underground military bases, according to Boxun's expert….

The expert believes the nuclear explosion was not confined to the underground test area and has caused radiation contamination, stating that in a call to Beijing he recommended authorities accept help from other countries, seal the area, find and provide help to those who had been exposed to contamination during the rescue work, and take emergency measures to prevent water contamination.

International Relief Teams Delayed
After the Sichuan earthquake took place, Beijing did not allow international relief groups to begin rescue efforts until 72 hours later, missing the most crucial window for saving lives….

The only pictures I took in Buddhist temples and presented in this EEE Reporter blog are of Sensouji Temple in Tokyo and Zenkouji Temple in Nagano Prefecture.

And, around Zenkouji Temple, the Olympic Torch Relay was carried out before the Great Sichuan Earthquake and the visit of the Chinese President to Japan. At that time, thousands of Chinese students and youths were mobilized for aggressive demonstration in the Nagano city to overwhelm supporters for the independence of Tibet. Chinese students reportedly acted violently to Tibetans, Japanese supporters, and even Japanese police; but reportedly no one was arrested.

Anyway, isn’t it prophetic?

When EEE Reporter presented pictures of Zenkoji Temple in Nagano City and four thousand Chinese students acted violently swinging their national flags, something terrible could really happen.

Or can you explain why the Great Sichuan Earthquake occurred after the violent demonstrations by Chinese students on the Olympic Torch Relay in Japan and the Chinese President’s visit to Japan?

It is a miracle, though I am extremely sorry for 80,000 victimized Chinese people as well as Tibetans under the Chinese Communist regime or under the non-Buddhist regime.

(It is time to plan a democratic revolution in China, since the earthquake occurred.)

SECTION II: Address to The Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan

Ambassador Mr. J. Thomas Schieffer delivered a very interesting speech in Tokyo, on May 20, 2008.

-----------
…Let me begin with this proposition. No potential adversary on earth can stand toe to toe with the United States in a conventional or nuclear confrontation and expect to prevail. This is not to say that America cannot be slowed or even defeated on the battlefield - the lessons of Iraq and Vietnam are painful reminders that conventional and nuclear superiority do not necessarily guarantee victory. But on the whole, the American military has sufficient firepower to defeat any conventional military force in the world…

When it comes to nuclear weapons, the American military has sufficient power to ensure that no potential adversary could prevail in a first strike or realistically believe that they could escape retaliation without unacceptable losses. What gives American forces such power is - in a word - technology. American weapons are the most sophisticated, the most lethal and the most effective on earth. We have spent more on military research and development than any other nation in the world and it has given us a tremendous advantage…

Earlier this year an American B-2 bomber crashed. That one airplane alone cost almost $1.2 billion dollars to build. An American Aegis destroyer capable of firing SM-3 missiles as part of our missile defense capabilities will cost more than $1.2 billion dollars to build. The USS George Washington which will be coming to Japan later this summer cost almost $5 billion dollars and that is without the more than $1 billion dollars that will be the cost of the planes that will fly from it. The total cost of ship and planes together will exceed $6 billion dollars which approaches 15% of the total Japanese military budget. The new Ford class aircraft carriers that will hit the water in 2012 will cost an estimated $8 to $11 billion dollars, which could be in excess of one quarter of the entire Japanese defense budget today. These are staggering numbers…

General Douglas MacArthur famously told cadets at West Point that their mission was simple, "... to win our wars." Never has that simplicity cost more. Today, the modern military must become proficient not only in the strategy of conflict but in the economics of armaments…

As an example, Japan is studying the acquisition of its next generation of fighter. It is hard to imagine a situation in which Japan would be at war without the United States being at its side. If that is so, does it not make sense for Japan and the United States to work together to make sure their respective air assets as complementary as possible? Japan's new fighter should be a force multiplier for each country. That's why we think it is so important for us to look at capabilities and strategies for acquiring that fighter together and not apart. Your decision will have consequences for us and our decisions in return will have consequences for you….

(In Q& A)
What I was trying to say in the speech was, on the issue of F-22s, it's not just Japan that can't buy F-22s from the United States. There's a Congressional prohibition that does not allow the United States to sell F-22s abroad. Having said that, that doesn't mean F-22s can't be in theater. They can certainly be flown by Americans. The point I was trying to make is, it doesn't really make a difference whether there is a Japanese flag or an American flag on that F-22, if it is working in concert with the other planes, and I don't think any one plane will meet the needs of this particular theater…

The United States cannot arrest Mr. Osama bin Laden and other handful of leaders of the terror group hiding in Afghanistan and Pakistan despite seven years or so it has taken, though the U.S. declared an official war on them pouring billions of dollars into related operations.

It is the Great Sumatra Tsunami Disaster causing 220,000 deaths in December 2004, the Great Pakistan Earthquake causing more than 90,000 deaths in October 2005, and the Great Sichuan Earthquake causing more than 80,000 deaths in May 2008 that taught the value of peace and gave warning to leaders of terror organizations and those in power in Pakistan, Indonesia, and China.

In addition, the Great Cyclone Disaster must be now giving warning to those in power in Myanmar, since it took more than 100,000 lives.

On September 11, 2001, the great military and intelligence capability of the U.S. with support from many super-rich people, such as Bilderbergers, could not prevent attacks using four commercial jet planes onto Washington D.C. and New York City.

The United States cannot win God and His Army from Heaven.

And, one another miracle, yet to be identified but coming sooner or later, can simply suppress all the American forces, in my humble view,

SECTION III: Obama Seals Democratic Nomination

----------
Hillary Rodham Clinton maneuvered for the vice presidential spot on his fall ticket without conceding her own defeat…

Obama sealed his nomination, according to The Associated Press tally, based on primary elections, state Democratic caucuses and support from party "superdelegates." It takes 2,118 delegates to clinch the nomination at the convention in Denver this summer, and Obama had 2,144 by the AP count…

Obama drew strength from blacks, and from the younger, more liberal and wealthier voters in many states. Clinton was preferred by older, more downscale voters, and women, of course…

At the same time, Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass., endorsed the young senator in terms that summoned memories of his slain brothers while seeking to turn the page on the Clinton era.

----------

President Mr. Barack Obama, if so inaugurated, should pledge to arrest Mr. Osama bin Laden and other AlQaeda leaders.

President Mr. Barack Obama, if so inaugurated, should negotiate with China for mutual reduction of military power and especially of nuclear military capability.

President Mr. Barack Obama, if so inaugurated, should reduce armaments to supply funds to support programs for poor Americans.

President Mr. Barack Obama, if so inaugurated, should order withdrawal of some divisions of US Army from Iraq immediately after his swearing-in ceremony early next year.

And, he must appoint a more peace-loving new ambassador to Japan.

****************************************************************************

Japan and the U.S. are making a positive cooperative effort far high in the sky:
“A team of astronauts have attached a $1bn (£500m) Japanese laboratory to the International Space Station (ISS).

The 16-tonne Kibo lab was delivered by the shuttle Discovery. It will be the station's biggest room, for the study of biomedicine and material sciences.”

But, as there are 680 million starving people on the earth below, I am afraid, a horrible miracle may happen in the International Space Station, which costs $154 billion, someday.

Japan and the U.S. should work on peace and prosperity for all the mankind on the ground rather than flying 400 km above the surface of the earth.

("Sens. John Thune (R-S.D.), Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.), and Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) comment on the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation hearing where billionaire investor George Soros testified today on energy market manipulation."

Indeed, still I have to discuss the Economic and Energy Armageddon.

As a French train hit a school bus killing several children recently, no one can be free from a fate the God pre-determined.

I am saying this, since just the other day I was watching the Discovery Channel or so prersenting a documentary film on Koreans working on introduction of high-speed trains from France, which in fact had been completed four years ago, though Japan’s Shinkansen Train System is more suitable for them.

Truly, even if in a case involving Chinese, Koreans, or French, an anti-Japanese enterprise cannot be overlooked nowadays, since Japan has been responsibly maintaining peace in East Asia after WWII despite difficult political maneuvering against the U.S…)

1Ki 8:64 The same day did the king hallow the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that was before the LORD was too little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.

1Ki 8:65 And at that time Solomon held a feast, and all Israel with him, a great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt, before the LORD our God, seven days and seven days, even fourteen days.

1Ki 8:66 On the eighth day he sent the people away: and they blessed the king, and went unto their tents joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that the LORD had done for David his servant, and for Israel his people.
