An Apology to Enemy Friends Do Not Need
Walter Cronkite who died at 92 in 2009 once said, "I made a big mistake retiring at 65."
At whatever age, we should not make a mistake before the God.
Yet, you have to wait for a certain age of your own to see what mistakes you did to the God.
SECTION I: Apology to Koreans
Socialistic Japanese politicians hate Japanese nationalism and militarism. They hate the establishment of the Japanese society, consisting of very wealthy people, elite bureaucrats, industry leaders, executive of large businesses, and Conservative politicians in local and national levels.
No matter how much money they have, socialistic Japanese politicians hate Japanese nationalism and militarism and hence conservative rich men and politicians (in addition to the imperial authority).
No matter how much rich life they enjoy, socialistic Japanese politicians hate conservative rich men and politicians (in addition to the imperial authority), since they think they are more righteous than their enemies are.

No matter how much they enjoy status of being members of the most advanced and respected Japan, socialistic Japanese politicians hate conservative rich men and politicians (in addition to the imperial authority) who look like approving the annexation of Korea by the Empire of Japan in the early 20th century.
So, they blame conservative rich men and politicians (in addition to the imperial authority) who look like approving the annexation of Korea by the Empire of Japan in the early 20th century and who look like having no intention to apologize Koreans.
No matter how much they enjoy a sense of superiority to Koreans, socialistic Japanese politicians request conservative rich men and politicians (in addition to the imperial authority) to apologize Koreans for the annexation of Korea by the Empire of Japan in the early 20th century.
But, they do not personally and individually do not apologize Koreans, as they stay in Japan, earn big money in Japan, and do not give their money to Koreans.

They should go to Korea and stay there on August 15, every year. Socialistic Japanese politicians should apologize to Koreans in Seoul and Pyongyang on August 15, every year. Socialistic anti-Japanese politicians of Japan should give up their citizenship in Japan and become South or Korean Korean citizens. Then, they will know how much Japan and Japanese are inwardly respected by Korean citizens. (But as those rich and intellectual socialistic Japanese despise inwardly Koreans, they will not.)
Without the historical success of the Empire of Japan till August 15, 1945, South Korea today must be a kind of North Korea, Tibet, Chechen, Iraq, or Afghanistan.

I do not think descendants of the last king or emperor of Korea hold a grudge to Japan of today.
By the way, it is time for South Korean troops to retreat from the Takeshima Island in the Sea of Japan which belongs to Shimane Prefecture, Japan.
It is time for North Korea to return Japanese citizens adduced by spies of North Korea in these decades.
What both Koreas are doing to Japan and Japanese citizens today can be a cause for war if it was before WWII.
SECTION III: Truth of Human Evolution
There was a group of human beings in Africa as shown with the letter "L" in the above figure. It denotes that mankind split to Neanderthals and "others."

As for "others," human beings with the "L" type of the mitochondria DNA evolved to the "L3" and "M1" types eventually while they were living in Africa and also evolving into other types of human beings.
Human beings featured by the "L3" and "M1" types of the mitochondria DNA moved out of Africa to India finally. In India, they established the "M" type of human beings who became the commons ancestors of most of Asians.
Simultaneously, the human beings with the "L3" type of the mitochondria DNA also evolved to the "N" type. It must have been in the middle east that they lived and further evolved to various types covering part of today's Asians and Europeans as well as some other races.
Then, the human beings with the "N" type of the mitochondria DNA evolved to the "R" type. It must have been in central Asia that they lived and further evolved to various types covering part of today's Asians and most of Europeans as well as some other races.
Very interestingly, the human beings with the "R" type of the mitochondria DNA evolved to the "U" type. And then, the unique "R6" type developed who eventually returned to Africa.
As for the Japanese race, it consists of various types of human beings in terms of the mitochondria DNA as indicated with bold red circles in the above figure.
So, to your surprise, basically there are various types of human beings among Japanese. Some are the most evolved from the common ancestors of mankind "L." Others are close to Caucasoids as they share the "R" type as the direct ancestors with most of Europeans.
In addition, the "D4" and "D5" types, accounting for 37.4% of the Japanese race, are considered to have been established 35,000 years or more before, while the "B" types, accounting for 13.3% of the Japanese race, 40,000 years ago in Southern China.
As for Neanderthals, I think they also evolved like non-Neanderthal human beings. They lived together with Caucasoids in Europe from about 45,000 years ago to 30,000 years ago. During this period, Neanderthals in Europe must have evolved to resemble Caucasoids then living in Europe.
So, I think that DNA of those Neanderthals came to change in parallel with Caucasoids. Eventually, some types of Neanderthals must have been absorbed by Caucasoids in Europe around 30,000 years ago.
What we think today to be very unique DNA and genes to Europeans must have been originated in evolved Neanderthals, at least, partially.
Finally, Judaists from Abraham to Jesus Christ must have belonged to the "N" type of human beings, since Sumerians looks like being situated there.

Many Japanese do not approve the way Prime Minister Mr. Kan extended his apology to Koreans regarding the annexation of Korea to the Empire of Japan before WWII.
Probably, those who do not praise the P.M. Mr. Kan's speech account for 60% among the Japanese.
Former P.M. Mr. Shinzo Abe said that Koreans would start to request more compensation from Japan.
However, it is not a matter of an amount of money. It is related to which were more foolish and evil leaders of the Empire of Japan or those of the Empire of Korea in the early 20th century.
As private persons, P.M. Mr. Kan, Chief Cabinet Secretary Mr. Sengoku, and Foreign Minister Mr. Okada should offer personal compensation to poor Koreans spending their own money before using the national budget and assets of Japan to show their friendship to Koreans.
Their omission of debate on this sort of apology in the National Assembly is truly folly.
Mr. Kan should have said, "Though our ancestors were not foolish and evil at all, the history has proved that the Empire should not have consulted Korean leaders at the time on the issue of the annexation in the early 20th century..."
