One answer is that the number of good men must be more than that of evil men, since the world should be worse than it is if the ratio is opposite.
SECTION I: Suspicion
Did Christ Jesus have brothers and sisters in blood relation to His biological parents?
Protestants think He had, but Catholics think He had not.
Indeed, it is controversial if Christ Jesus had brothers and sisters in blood relation to His biological parents. Catholic Answers presents the following interpretation.
Q: Doesn't Scripture imply that Mary had children other than Jesus?If the Vatican is the direct successor of Christ Jesus, it does not need to rely on controversial descriptions in the Bible. It simply must be able to say that they heard it from Christ Jesus directly. In English, to me, firstborn definitely implies there would be other sons.
A: First born can mean that this is the first of the births to follow. It can also mean that Mary had no children BEFORE she gave birth to Jesus. There is no evidence in Sacred Scripture or in Sacred Tradition that she had other children. It is quite significant that as Jesus hung on the cross, he gave his mother to the care of the apostle John. If Mary had had other children, there is no doubt that she would have been given to their care.

But, the Vatican has not such direct witness and words, which casts doubt on holy authenticity and legitimacy of the Vatican, since they just know as much as we can know from study of the Bible.
There seems to be a grave gap between the Vatican of today and the earliest Christians who lived together with and followed Christ Jesus as a historical fact. It is so, since the earliest Christians must have known whether or not Christ Jesus had biological brothers and sisters.
What a foolish thing the Vatican does relying on the Bible to prove whether or not Christ Jesus had biological brothers and sisters! They simply have to say that the First Pope heard it directly from Christ Jesus. And, if the Vatican cannot say so, what does it mean? They might have nothing to do with Christ Jesus.
And, if the First Pope had not heard such a tiny personal matter from Christ Jesus, what teaching can they claim to have heard from Christ Jesus directly?
As conclusion, the Vatican is not the direct follower of Christ Jesus, though it can claim that they are a kind of followers of Christ Jesus, since they did not directly hear from Christ Jesus whether or not Christ Jesus had biological brothers and sisters.
Anyway, it is very strange that no one heard from Christ Jesus whether or not Christ Jesus had biological brothers and sisters. However, one possibility is that the God erased any witness and evidence about biological brothers and sisters of Christ Jesus, in order to save their lives. And, this possibility looks very probable.
Truly, if some Romans had tried to terminate direct descendants of Christ Jesus or His siblings, they could not have done it as long as the First Pope did not know it truly. But, consequently, the Vatican today has to rely on descriptions of the Bible to judge on the matter like others.
Yet, can the Pope be the sole successor of Christ Jesus?
SECTION II: Secret
The earliest Christians or the first followers of Christ Jesus knew about family members of Christ Jesus well.
But, almost nothing clear about His family has been told from generation to generation. It might have been deliberately forbidden to mention family members of Christ Jesus in order to save their lives from enemies of Christ Jesus, such as Judaist priests and Romans in the first century. It is possible that St. Peter himself forbade other followers not to tell anything about Jesus's father, mother, brothers, and sisters so as to defend them from Satan and his henchmen. And, this instruction might have been completely observed.
But, it is a story on the followers' side. What about the situation on Jesus' family? Did they stop mentioning Christ Jesus from the fear of execution? Did they try and forget everything about Christ Jesus after His death?
But, isn't there any family today that has secretly handed the secret of their family in relation to Christ Jesus down by word of mouth generation after generation for 2000 years?
It would be a big miracle if such a family should be discovered somewhere on the earth today.
Juts like Christ Jesus's family tree could be traced back to Abraham or even Adam over 2000 year time period and more, somebody's family tree might be able to be traced back to a brother or a sister of Christ Jesus over this 2000 years.

A Japanese minister in charge of reconstruction from the 3/11 Disaster was forced to step down as he was so much criticized for his arrogant behaviors in prefecture government offices in the disaster-affected region.
He was a grandson by law of a famous humanitarian activist who became a national lawmaker even before WWII through a struggle against discrimination against himself for his root in the society. As his father was also a national lawmaker, the minister is the third generation of the house of politicians which also runs a construction company. The family is very rich and the minister has no worry about losing election. But, he failed in serving the nation at this time of a national crisis. His resignation today can be a big blow to Prime Minister Mr. Naoto Kan.
The lesson is that if you were born in a handicapped family but you succeeded in getting very rich or powerful, you could lose respect for evacuees from tsunami-hit areas and victims of a nuclear disaster.
Without faith in God and the fear of the God, nobody can serve well evacuees and victims as proven in Japan, if he claims that he is socialist, liberal, or humanitarian while earning big money through public systems or public work.
