"All Green Grass was Burnt Up"

(To Tokyo Subway)

GLOBAL DESERTS CONVERSION PLAN

SECTION I: EEE GREEN

The amount of CO2 a tree absorbs is equal to its weight including its trunk, branches, and leaves.

The weight of a dried tree is equal to the weight of CO2 it absorbed while it was alive.

One hectare (2.5 acres or 110,000 square feet) of a forest can absorb 42 tons of CO2 per year while retaining 550 tons of CO2 in bodies of tress.

The Amazon is estimated to absorb 1.3 billion to 5.6 billion tons of CO2 per year.

Presently, yearly absorption of CO2 all over the world is 11.4 billion.

Therefore, if we can create another Amazon, the CO2 threat can be solved, thus avoiding unnatural global warming.

The key to solving the global warming is not emission-rights trade but love and respect for the nature and afforestation and tree-planting.

SECTION II: PRINT BANKNOTES FOR EEE GREEN

If the U.S. Government print one trillion dollar-worth of bills without recording them in the FRB balance sheet and provide them to the U.N., it will cause no problems as long as the U.N. spends all of the dollars for the EEE Green Project.

If the Japanese Government print 100 trillion yen-worth of bills without recording them in the BOJ balance sheet and provide them to the U.N., it will cause no problems as long as the U.N. spends all of the yen for the EEE Green projects.

The dollars and yen used for payment for the Project will increase domestic products and services corresponding to their value, without triggering inflation, since mankind has now a capacity of production and provision enough to supply demand and needs based on one trillion dollars or 100 trillion yen.

In the developing countries where another Amazon is created with countless desalination facilities (for converting sea water to plain water) and irrigation networks, newly boosted agriculture will also allow for industrial development based on infrastructures built together in the EEE Green Project.

SECTION III: Global Natural Resouces Limitation

Rev 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Rev 8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;

Rev 8:9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

NO MORE HIROSHIMA BUT THREE MORE AMAZONS

SECTION I: From Hiroshima in 1945 To Changes in 2009

Every Japanese was appalled at the American military who attacked Hiroshima with an atomic bomb in August 1945.

Yet, every Japanese was equally appalled at the Imperial Military who could not protect Hiroshima from the American atomic bombing in August 1945.

Then, every Japanese made up his or her mind to go on living to revive the life and living and the country under a new political regime pursuing a wiser relationship with America.

As the time goes by, the American military had to be engaged in war in the Korean Peninsula, the Indochina Peninsula, the Persian Gulf, Iraq, and Afghanistan...

And, Japan has enjoyed respect from the world as a super peace-loving country, which has given huge credit to Japanese enterprises, the only mass of businesses comparable with American ones in the global economy.

Anyway, the alliance of the U.S. and Japan as the two leading advanced powers in the world after WWII, and especially after September 2001, gave a great sense of security and stability to the rest of the world.

However, a new era seems to be opened with the financial crisis in September 2008, leading to the inauguration of the first African-American President in the U.S. and the expected first regime change in Japan from the very pro-America LDP-centric government to the one administered by other major democratic party.

SECTION II: Reasonable Solution to CO2 Threat

The most efficient CO2 absorbers are plants.

So, we need more plants to reduce the amount of CO2 in the air more.

Accordingly, I have identified some regions suitable for increasing a number of plants as marked with white circles in the following map:

(A standard Japan-centric map commonly used in Japan)

We had better make a more effort to forest those areas and plant trees as many as possible there, in order to reduce a percentage of CO2 in the air.

The key is of course water supply and irrigation.

To provide a huge amount of flowing water into those dry lands requires a gigantic scale of public-works projects, which must however bring about an effect specified by John Maynard Keynes in a global scale.

Specifically, the United Nations must request the U.S., Japan, the E.U., and China to print banknotes and provide them for the projects.

For example, each economic power must print one-trillion dollar-worth of paper money, and the U.N. must collect them, and place orders with businesses in each country for the project works, paying from the collected funds.

So, these afforestation projects and tree-planting campaigns will boost demand for industrial products and services, increasing employment in each country.

As it will be the end of the 21st century that these projects are completed, mankind will be free from recession in this century.

I rather propose naming these projects "EEE Green" as a generic title, since EEE Green will generate three more Amazons with a huge capacity to absorb CO2 from the atmosphere, respectively.

"Let Him Hear"

(Tokyo in 2009; No tricks in photos unlike Robert Capa's "The Fallen Soldier"...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Falling_Soldier )

Nature vs. Money

This morning I watched live on TV Prime Minister Mr. Taro Aso and opposition leader Mr. Yukio Hatoyama attending the Hiroshima memorial assembly.

It is this day of 1945 that the most significant incident in the 20th century, namely the "Hiroshima atomic bombing," occurred in Japan.

An American huge B-29 bomber coming by air over the west Pacific Ocean dropped a big nuclear bomb on a large city called Hiroshima in western Japan 64 years ago.

However, in the next summer, after the scheduled Lower House and Upper House elections, neither Mr. Aso nor Mr. Hatoyama might join the Hiroshima ceremony due to a change of the Cabinet.

Now, we had better stop speculating as to possible outcomes of the August 30 general election in Japan and the 2012 U.S. Presidential election, since people are yet to be free from money in Japan and the U.S., without mentioning the rising, young middle class in Asia, though prices of houses and buildings in Dubai have fallen to almost half from a level of the previous year.

SECTION I: Supply 1000 Trillion Yen ($10 Trillion) Now!

Last year, a Japanese Internet user wondered what if the Bank of Japan printed a number of yen bills worth 1000 trillion yen to wipe out the Government's deficit.

To his question, one answer was posted, explaining why it cannot be done:

(1) If the Bank of Japan supplied 1000 trillion yen to clear the Government's debts, everybody would feel happy for a moment.

(2) And then people will start to use all the 1000 trillion yen in the market.

(3) Due to a multiplier effect, more than 1000 trillion yen will be additionally circulated in the society.

(4) Suddenly demands and needs for goods and services will be skyrocketed.

(5) Prices of goods and services will be also skyrocketed.

(6) Psychological effects will add an upward momentum to the price hike.

(7) In the international money market, the value of the yen will plummet down.

(8) Eventually Japan will lose more than 1000 trillion yen in terms of value of money it has.

This sequence has been found many times in the past history, and its inevitability has been proven in many countries.

Accordingly, the BOJ controls change of an amount of money based on the money supply theory and related formulas.

However, I think the situation has changed globally.

If the Japanese Government print and provide additional 1000 trillion yen to finance its national budget, I think neither inflation nor devaluation of the yen will occur.

Due to competition with China and other Asian countries, Japanese companies cannot now raise salary to domestic workers, causing a low level of domestic consumption. But, with 1000 trillion yen, they will sell goods at lower prices while paying higher wages to workers.

(What's more, Japan is estimated to have financial assets worth 250 trillion yen [more than $2.5 trillion] in foreign countries.

And, FRB has now $2 trillion assets in the balance sheet, while the outstanding balance of the issue amount of U.S. Treasury bonds is $11 trillion [1130 trillion yen] as of May 2009.)

In my theory, as mankind has now a huge capacity of production of goods and provision of services, so different from the era of John Maynard Keynes, inflation will not occur if all the people have twice more money each (Japanese total individual assets are 1400 trillion yen or more than $14 trillion; if combined with corporate financial assets, 2500 trillion yen or $25 trillion).

So, Ah, what a good idea to have the Japanese Government, if not the Bank of Japan, just print yen bills as much as it needs (up to 1400 trillion yen) for elimination of the budget deficit!

SECTION II: Environment Requests Poor Living

To your astonishment, after WWII, Japanese people started to build countless factories, plants, business offices, shops, public facilities, residential houses and buildings mostly by converting paddy rice fields to construction sites and building plots.

They have redeemed agriculture fields near a city or a town to build buildings of various sizes and for various purposes.

Hills, mountains, and valleys have also turned into industrial zones, amusement (mostly pachinko gamble) facilities, and golf courses.

If it is rational and not crazy at all, it apparently lacks a respect for the mother nature of Japan.

Even some area around Mt. Fuji was contaminated by a cluster of large facilities a terro-associated religious group built and arranged (who eventually attacked Tokyo with a sarin gas in 1995).

Advanced and modern science and technology were brought from Europe and America to Japan. So, corresponding religion, Christianity and Judaism, must have been also introduced into Japan and studied exhaustively.

To cope with Western science and technology, Japanese unique religions and spiritualism are somehow ineffective and inefficient.

(In this contex, the most influential Buddhism-based religious body Soka Gakkai and its political divisoion New Komeito have disappointed many, many Japanese.)

This is the gravest issue to Japan since it had opened the door to the world around 1860 after 250 years of national seclusion.

Yet, it is very difficult even for any Japanese genius to realize the degree of this graveness.

It is so, since if such a genius claims that Japan should revive rice fields having been developed and covered for industrial use, he will be surely treated as a fool.

So, I here humbly say that Japan and Japanese can have any amount of money, but they must show their respect fot the mother nature by living poor (and providing yen to poor countries).

"How Many Loaves Have Ye?"

Refer to History before War or Election

Mr. Kim Jon-il looked happy to meet with Mr. Bill Clinton in P'yongyang, since he was smiling in some photos released today.

The major issue is however the relationship between North Korean leaders and Chinese leaders.

Referring to the long history between the two countries, it is apparent that North Korea needs American support to maintain its independence, politically and militarily, from China.

The truth is opposite to superficial phenomena.

"North Korea vs. China" more than "North Korea vs. America."

In this context, the best policy P'yongyang must take is promotion and acceleration of improvement of relationship with Japan.

SECTION I: One-Sided Victory or Balanced State of Power

Mr. Barack Obama could not win a landslide victory in 2008, which is better for the world partly because the Koizumi-Bush relationship had greatly improved mutual trust between Japan and America that had been somehow harmed through the Clinton era after his landslide victory in 1996.

But, the Democratic Party of Japan is now highly expected to mark a kind of one-sided victory in the upcoming national election to be held on August 30, driving out of power the incumbent ruling party LDP former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi once led as its president.

On 2005 September 11's general election, the LDP led by Mr. Koizumi won an over-two-thirds majority in the Lower House together with New Komeito Party to eventually secure stability of the Japanese politics as the LDP and New Komeito lost a majority in the subsequent Upper House election. It was a rare type of reasonable landslide victory in a wider scope of politics.

But this time, as the DPJ led by a kind of upper-class celebrity Mr. Yukio Hatoyama is going to take the helm of the nation Japan for the first time, the Japanese people had better maintain the conservative and very-pro-America LDP with a some reasonable number of seats in the national Diet.

This respect for balance of power is a little scarce in the Japanese society, since the exhaustive centralization of power is a kind of tradition of the historical East Asian paradigm as is seen in China and North Korea of today.

SECTION II: The Seventh Empire, The Last Historical Global Empire

The United States of America is the seventh and last global empire in the human history.

It is just like that Islam is the third and last major religion as a successor of Abraham's religion that was initiated 4000 years ago.

Accordingly, the numbers "7," "3," and "4000" might come to look mysterious for some.

Even AlQaeda's major attacks on the U.S. and its allies have been already conducted seven times, which implies "no more."

Yet, the world war has occurred only twice yet, suggesting the third time possible.

Anyway, when the era of the American Empire is over, the whole world will be probably put under one single government of mankind, in my forecast.

The issue is how non-money economy should be realized there, if it is in the 22nd century.

Anyway, EEE Reporter has here predicted the coming of "non-money economy" on August 5, 2009, ahead of other economists.

"A Testimony unto Them"

(In a Tokyo Skyscraper...)

Celebrities

Before September 2001, the U.S. followed by the U.K. launched a money war against Japan while Japan was the largest purchaser of U.S. Treasury bonds.

Then, Princess Diana died mysteriously in 1997; President Mr. Bill Clinton was impeached for his immoral acts by the U.S. House of Representatives in 1998; and then JFK Jr. died mysteriously in 1999.

Who are then blessed so much as Japan, since a great earthquake happened in south China taking 80,000 lives in 2008, the year when China became the largest U.S. Treasury-bond holder?

SECTION I: Mr. Clinton in North Korea

If Japan's Prime Minister Mr. Taro Aso could visit Pyongyang and take back any of some hundred Japanese abducted by North Korea in these decades, his Cabinet might be able to survive through the coming general election.

Yet, if former U.S. President Mr. Bill Clinton should leave the capital of North Korea without taking back the two detained American journalists, Ms. Laura Ling and Ms. Euna Lee, the Obama Administration might lose some international credibility.

So, it might be a time for former Prime Minister Mr. Junichiro Koizumi to re-visit North Korea for a future diplomatic relationship between Japan and North Korea.

SECTION II: No.1 Economist Taken into Prison

Economist Mr. Uekusa's blog has been ranked No. 1 in these days in the Japanese political blog domain, though he was taken into prison while he and his supporters claim that he is innocent and not-guilty.

Mr. Uekusa has been one of the most prominent economists in Japan, having graduated from University of Tokyo, worked in the Kyoto University as assistant professor and in Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. as senior researcher, and then in the Waseda University as professor.

He also made many TV appearances. He has had a strong tie with some politicians who have been fighting against former Prime Minister Mr. Junichiro Koizumi and the ruling party LDP.

But, a Japanese court sentenced Mr. Uekusa, a possible kind of Mr. Paul Krugman, to four-month detention in prison for his immoral act, which the Supreme Court has supported.

Mr. Shizuka Kamei and Mr. Ichiro Ozawa must have protected him, since Mr. Uekusa has been a kind of allies to the two notable, veteran opposition leaders who have been fighting against Mr. Junichiro Koizumi and the LDP in this decade.

What I want to ask is what Mr. Shizuka Kamei and Mr. Ichiro Ozawa, having a strong influence on next Prime Minister hopeful Mr. Yukio Hatoyama of the DPJ, can do to protect their friends if they ever should win the coming general election taking over power from the LDP and Prime Minister Mr. Taro Aso, while they cannot save Mr. Uekusa, an allegedly innocent inmate now somewhere in Japan.

(Nonetheless, when Mr. Uekusa claimed last summer that the largest issue FRB was tackling was inflation, EEE Reporter pointed out the possible Wall Street disaster due to an uncontrollable increase of risky, virtual money that is not based on American real assets any more...)

SECTION III: EEE Reporter

▼ EE(E)-Reporter himself is not a celebrity at all in Japan.

▼ You do not have to envy him at all, if you have two pairs of business shoes.

▲ Yet, it is true that all the postings in the EEE Reporter blog have been made by himself alone since May 2005.

"With his Finger Wrote on the Ground"

(One of respectable jobs at Tokyo Prefecture Office Bldg.)

Do Not Judge but Forgive

SECTION I: Laying a Snare for Jesus Christ

They picked up a gaudy woman, telling her that if she had played a role of an adultery woman she would have been given some money.

Then, they brought her before Jesus Christ.

Yet, this stupid farce played by arrogant and foolish subordinates of temple-priests of Judaism and a poor, gaudy woman made Jesus Christ feel utterly scandalized at the mental level of temple-priests.

So, Jesus Christ asked them if they could stone this innocent, poor woman to death while she was playing a role of an adultery woman.

When those gangsters found that Jesus Christ knew their arrangement with the woman, they dropped stones they had carried to stone Jesus Christ and left the place in an awe, since Jesus Christ sat down on His heel with His back to those enemies holding stones.
---

This is what the Vatican should teach to Christians all over the world.

So, nothing is not a snare if a poor, gaudy woman is brought to a court.

Do not judge them; catch gangsters.

And, try not to arrest followers of Jesus Christ, for you might be stoned, probably not at your heel.

SECTION II: Everything British

Since the mysterious death of Princess Diana in Paris in 1997, many people in the world came to doubt any British things.

Indeed, even if a British system looks smart and reasonable, there is always a hidden serious problem or snares in it.

For example, old foxes in London made politics a game between political parties, thus taking away a chance of emergence of an individual hero in the British Parliament, which is bad and so bad as many ex-British-colonized people in Asia and Africa know well.

It is an individual politician and a human being but not a political organization that must fulfill political accountability to the God and the people.

Recently, Mr. Naoto Kan of the Democratic Party of Japan visited England to be taught something about politics, satisfying pride of old foxes in London.

That is why there is no chance for Mr. Kan to be elected as Prime Minister of Japan.

Japanese political systems have many defects but they are better than British ones, since Japan is the second largest economy in the world and the global leader in advanced technology and business, ranking with the U.S.

Mr. Naoto Kan and other leaders of the DPJ must be prideful enough not to fly to London to try to learn anything so biased and deceitful.

It is so, since Princess Diana was killed in a mysterious car accident in Paris in 1997.

SECTION III:

(To be continued...)

Joh 8:3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

Joh 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

Joh 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

Joh 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

Seven Global Empires

(Within a Tokyo Skyscraper...)

Seven Global Empires

There have been seven global empires in human history:

1. Hellenistic Empire – Prevalence of Greek Civilization from the Mediterranean to Pakistan to prevent invasion of Persians to the Mediterranean and Europe, significantly but positively influencing Buddhism.

The era of the Empire started with Alexander the Great around 300 B.C. and ended with the death of Cleopatra around 30 B.C.

2. Roman Empire - Prevalence of Greco-Roman Civilization from the Mediterranean to North Europe to cultivate various European tribes, eventually as a vehicle of the Vatican.

The era of the Empire actually started with the death of Cleopatra around 30 B.C. and ended with the invasion of Hun from Central Asia to the Italian Peninsula in the 5th century.

3. Islamic Empire – Unification of Arabs and other tribes in the Middle East and Central Asia to prevent European tribes or the Vatican power from invading into the Middle East and Central Asia.

It began with the rise of Muslims in the 7th century and ended with the invasion of Mongolians into the Middle East in the 13th century.

4. Mongolian Empire – Introduction of a new global view by occupying regions from the Korean Peninsula to Asia Minor, while suppressing both the Vatican power and the Islamic power and then preserving Buddhism.

It started with their first emperor Genghis Khan in the early 13th century and eventually kept an influence over Central Asia till its descendant the Mughal Empire ceased to exist in India in the middle of the 19th century.

5. Spanish Empire – Colonization of Central and South Americas as well as the Philippines, paving the way for global dominance of Europeans and the Vatican.

It started with Columbus' adventure over the Atlantic Ocean and ended with the Spanish–American War in the late 19th century.

6. British Empire – Colonization of India, North America, Australia, part of East/South Africa, part of the Middle East, part of South East Asia, and part of China, establishing the industry/finance-based global power system and confirming dominance of European Christianity over Islam.

It fully developed with the establishment of the Indian Empire under control of the U.K. in the late 19th century but lost its hegemony through WWII.

7. American Empire – Established itself as the only Europe-origin power that could contain the rise of the then Asian super-power the Empire of Japan after WWI and over WWII, thus exercising its military, cultural, financial, and scientific hegemony over the world to date, while functioning as another or a new homeland of Judaists having been driven out of Europe.

Indeed, there have been seven global empires in human history as prophesied in the Bible.

Most importantly, as U.S./Israeli troops are now deployed from the border to Egypt to the border to Pakistan, mankind still lives in a great historical paradigm that started with the marching of Alexander the Great's troops to the east.

Accordingly, we can simply admit the three great global/regional cultures:
(i) European Culture...(Christianity)
(ii) Islamic Culture...(Islam)
(ii) East Asian Culture...(Buddhism/Confucianism)

However, the 21st century can be the last era for all these paradigms as above summarized, since the God might put an end to this flow of history...since people on Wall Street are so greedy and godless...

So, you have to say to the God, "As not everybody can be rich, I tried to be rich for myself" or "As not everybody can be rich, I tried to be poor for myself."

Truly, every rich man in any empire of any culture has died to be punished by the God.

(My heel suddenly started to ache on last Friday. So, I cannot go out this Sunday. Maybe I have to buy new shoes. Indeed, I have not bought new suits and shoes in these years except that I purchased certain black business shoes two years ago...)
