Jesus must be born on the 360th day of the year, since He was born as one of descendants of Abraham, a son of the Sumerians in Mesopotamia who had started the use of the duodecimal calculation method, that is, based on the base number 12 or 60.

Therefore, He must be born on December 25th of a leap year that has 366 days, from a view of the current calendar system, since:
December 25 (360th), 26 (361th), 27 (362th), 28 (363th), 29 (364th), 30 (365th), and 31 (366th).

Also,"the 'Julian Calendar' was originally established by Julius Caesar in the year -45 [BC46]*. The Julian Calendar is a 365-day year of 12 months, every fourth year is a leap year and has 366 days. It was refined to its final form in the year +8 [AD8]. A Julian Date is a Date in the Julian Calendar and should not be confused with a 'Julian Day' as defined above."
http://web.mit.edu/jmorzins/www/iso8601/y2kdat.htm

Though Julius Caesar set this "Julian Calendar," Augustus forbade his subjects and the people to use a leap year for 8 BC to 4 A.D. in a calendar, for the people had used a leap year in every three years then.
(Ref: http://www4.airnet.ne.jp/mira/seishu/term/julian.html)

So, it is complicated; but it must be like that on December 25 of 3 BC or 7 BC Jesus was born, if 46 BC is the starting year of the calendar Caesar introduced, since Jesus was the King of Israelites and Romans.
* * *

Indeed, Caesar is thus significantly linked to Jesus through the Christmas Holiday.

Truly, Cleopatra might have been significantly linked to Mother Mary or other ladies around Jesus in His days on the earth.

(I wish you a Merry Christmas, Jesus!
I wish you a Merry Christmas, everyone!
I wish you a Merry Christmas, Mesdemoiselles!

40 Days for Jesus, 40 Years for Moses, and 400 Years for Japan

(a Sunday painter in black sitting and facing Tokyo Station)(the stone fence of a water moat of Imperial Palace Plaza)

40 Days for Jesus, 40 Years for Moses, and 400 Years for Japan
(40 jours pour Jésus, 40 ans pour Moïse, et 400 ans pour le Japon)

SECTION 1: 40 Days for Jesus (40 jours pour Jésus)

According to the King James Version of the Gospel:
Mark 1:13 And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

This is a holy proof that Jesus was a human being fully and completely.

Accordingly, He had to face attacks by the Satan and devils who, however, should have been destroyed the moment they would have tried to take on God or His Angels.

Significantly, He had to face threats from wild beasts of any kinds that should have been destroyed the moment they would have tried to take on God or His Angels.

More importantly, I wonder in what situations the God needs His Angels to serve Him alone, since He is omnipotent and perfectly perfect.

But, Jesus, though the all-time best man in the human history He is, had to suffer as the poor or the weak does under the attacks and threats from the Satan, devils, and wild beasts.

Jesus, as the all-time best man in the human history, could put an end to this difficult process in 40 days and nights, which are of course very short compared with any other man's case if so comparable, leaving behind a heap of gold coins, jewels, and emissaries, beauties and assassins sent by rich and ambitious aristocrats of Rome, Athens, and Alexandria which were then all disappearing in the wilderness as if they had been simply mirages.

SECTION 2: 40 Years for Moses (40 ans pour Moïse)

According to the King James Version of the Old Testament:
Exo 16:35 And the children of Israel did eat manna forty years, until they came to a land inhabited; they did eat manna, until they came unto the borders of the land of Canaan.

Abraham came out of the Sumerian world in Mesopotamia. But being descendants of the Sumerians who had built the first urban civilization was not enough.

Their descendants had to be baptized by the ancient Egypt Civilization.

Yet, they had to leave Egypt after having absorbed and digested the essence of the Civilization, so that they could return to and continue the living as descendants of Abraham at the advanced stage.

But it took 40 years even for Moses to purify himself again as an Israelite, though with full experiences and lessons in Egypt inside, after the Exodus.

And, the purification process needed 40 year wondering and eating specific foods in the desert around the Sinai Peninsula.

When Moses faced the end of his life, his families and members of the tribe were no longer simple descendants of the Sumerians but they advanced into the so called ancient Israelites of old Judaism.

Their state continued till they were forced to leave Jerusalem and Palestine by the Roman Forces, though the Israelites then had been fully influenced by the emergence of Jesus Christ in whatever covert way or as a reaction to direct followers of the teaching of Jesus Christ.

When they left Jerusalem and Palestine 40 years after the death of Jesus Christ, both the explicit followers of Jesus and the explicit non-followers were not simple ancient Israelites of old Judaism any more.

SECTION 3: 400 Years for Japan (400 ans pour le Japon)

There are some Christians among lawmakers of the Diet (Japan's parliament) just like among other notable people in the society.

Of course, some Japanese national lawmakers have a strong tie with certain Buddhist bodies of whatever sort. Yet, there seem to be some non-nonsense lawmakers holding a private academic seminar to study works of Buddhists, whether they belong to LDP (a capitalistic party) or JCP (a communist party).

Basically, as Shinto is a way of worshipping ancestors of the Japanese people, most of lawmakers like to visit Shinto shrines on any occasions regardless of their explicit association with any religion.

Though it is yet to see a (explicit) Muslim lawmaker in Japan, freedom of religion really flourishes in this society as you can see Christmas-tree decorations and illuminations everywhere in Tokyo and the rest of Japan nowadays.

But it is neither in 1945 when the US Military occupied Japan after WWII nor in 1868 when Japan started westernization after the collapse of the last samurai regime, but it is around 1600 that Japan faced serious influence of Christianity for the first time in its history.

So, please refer to "Samurai Mission to Pope in 1615" I wrote in EEE Reporter on February 10, 2007.

If the Tokugawa samurai regime had not sternly forbidden Christianity by force, Japan would have been the largest Christian country since 1600 to today in Asia.

And, taking into consideration the people's unusual fever of Christianity in those days and the nature of the Japanese race, Japan should have become a Christian autocratic country suppressing all other religions, and especially Buddhism.

But, to avoid such a biased attitude in accepting European Christianity and fulfill the need of further enriching and consolidating the unique Japanese culture so as to later cope with the European Civilization, the influx of the religion from Europe must have been stopped for a while, say, 270 years until the Meiji Restoration.

And, now 400 years after the Tokugawa's severe banning of Christianity, Japan is in the position to enjoy any religion without being influenced negatively or damaged at the core of its unique civilization, culture, and spiritualism.

Indeed, it takes 400 years for Japan to be prepared to lead the world with full of Israelites, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Marxists, Taoists, and so on.

Truly, it is 400 years since "Ieyasu" of the Tokugawa clan started to build the castle in Edo (Tokyo), the territory he was foisted on by "Hideyoshi" of the Toyotomi Family who had first united whole Japan relying on harquebuses and gold by putting an end to the 100-year-lasting Age of Civil Wars in Japan which had been mainly fought to take control of Kyoto, the Imperial capital of Japan since 794, some 500 km west of Edo (Tokyo).

SECTION 4: 4000 Years for Poor Americans (4000 ans pour les pauvres Américains)

It is now 4000 years since Abraham, his father, and his tribe left Ur, an ancient great Sumerian city of Mesopotamia.

We must be fully prepared to find the answer why the God or Yahweh had chosen Abraham and his family 4000 years ago as a starting point of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

It is because Mesopotamia and Palestine are today still suffering the painful and sorrowful ravages of wars while they are remarkably situated in the center of the world map.

Politicians, priests, pundits, and celebrities whose minds are full of thoughts about money, drinking parties, other luxuries, and plots never look back at history.

That is why poor Americans should solely rely on God and Jesus Christ, since they can refer to examples of 40 days, 40 years, 400 years, and 4000 years of divine providence, now so clearly.

Asians and Muslims are really wondering if poor Americans are completely compatible with American politicians, priests, pundits, and celebrities getting richer and richer as the war goes on.

(Indeed, history is in a sense like a roller coaster.

Potential energy given at the start is crucial; each apex on the winding course also adds another potential and spur; but it has neither brakes nor accelerators.

Truly, history is running just on a roller-coaster course the God designed and set.

All we can do may be simply perform diligent maintenance and inspection of parts and components of the vehicle.

Categorically, any accident of a roller coaster should be noted, even if you love more white-knuckle performance such as fancy, bungee, kamikaze jumping from the Eiffel Tower, the Tokyo Tower, or the Empire State Building, since they all look like a Xmas tree.)

New Equations Yet to be Formulated (for CO2 and H2O)

(The Most Prestigious Square in Japan: Maru-no-uchi)

New Equations Yet to be Formulated (for CO2 and H2O)
(Pourtant, de nouvelles équations à Formulé)

Somebody should formulate a new equation more effective for calculating the future change in temperature on the earth than the conventional equations.

Then, he or she might even take a position among Newton (human world mechanics), Maxwell (electromagnetism), Einstein (gravitation field), and Schrodinger (atom-size mechanics).

Until such a new scientific discovery is done, we had better reserve our unconditional offering the praise to any heroes so worldly praised in this field, since it is truly a matter of the mankind and the earth probably devised and set by the God Almighty when He had created the solar system as metaphorically recorded in the Bible.

SECTION 1: The Equations for Proving CO2 Effect

In Japan, if you use electricity of one kilowatt (kW) for an hour, you are regarded as contributing to 555 grams of CO2 emission, since they have adopted the following:

Amount of CO2 in ton = 0.000555 x KW x Hours
(or 0.000555 ton-CO2/kWh)

http://www.env.go.jp/press/press.php?serial=8193

But, more basically, the set of equations used for modeling the global climate and calculating effect of increase in CO2 in the air are called the Navier-Stokes equations:

http://physicsworld.com/cws/article/print/26946/1/PWmod3_02-07

They consist of the fluid motion equations, the mass conservation equation, the equation of first law of thermodynamics for the air mass, the equation of state, and the equation of conservation of the water vapor amount, all of which is applied to each grid (some huge square miles) dividing the surface of the earth.

According to physicsworld.com, "... Although current models typically contain a million lines of code, we can still simulate years of model time per day, allowing us to run simulations many times over with slightly different values of physical parameters...

... In the mid-1990s Ben Santer at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US and colleagues strengthened the argument that humans are influencing climate by showing that climate models successfully simulate the spatial pattern of 20th-century climate change only if they include anthropogenic effects."

In short, effectiveness of the model based on the Navier-Stokes equations is said to be proved as shown in the figures in the following Web page.
http://physicsworld.com/cws/article/print/26946/1/PWmod4_02-07

SECTION 2: Contribution by Japanese Scientists

In 1969, Mr. Syukuro Manabe calculated, based on his world's first "realistic" atmospheric circulation model, the effect of CO2 in the air on the atmospheric temperature: Twice more CO2 will increase the temperature by 2.4 degrees Celsius.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syukuro_Manabe

His work has been still highly regarded as a base for research:
"In research on climate dynamics and global hydrology, one of the earliest and most productive models of land (continental) water and energy balance has been that of Manabe (1969)." http://nomads.gfdl.noaa.gov/CM2.X/references/pcm0202.pdf

Also, there have been many Japanese scientists in this field working in Japan and the U.S.:
"A milestone in that period was the first international symposium on NWP [numerical weather prediction] held in Tokyo in 7-13 November 1960 (Fig. 1; Syono, 1962). There were over 50 participants from abroad in the field of dynamic meteorology and NWP...and consequently it was an epoch-making event which facilitated exodus of Japanese meteorologists to the United States in those days; there were presentations by Akio Arakawa,...

There were many important contributions by Japanese scientists to the improvements, including novel and stable finite-difference methods developed in the 1960s, such as the Kurihara (1965) grid, the Arakawa (1966) Jacobian and the Matsuno (1966) scheme, and sophisticated parameterization schemes of sub-grid scale phenomena developed in the 1970s, such as the Arakawa and Schubert (1974) cumulus parameterization and the Mellor and Yamada (1974) turbulence closure models for planetary boundary layers."

http://www.es.jamstec.go.jp/esc/research/AtmOcn/thorpex/publications/Yoden2006JMSJreview.pdf

SECTION 3: Criticism of the Current Equations and Modeling

There are, of course, various criticism of the current method for modeling of the global climate and calculation of the effect of CO2.

(1) A grid used for global climate calculation has a size of 50km x 50 km on the ocean and 270km x 270km in the air, which is too rough to be reliable and realistic.

(2) The Navier-Stokes equations were essentially created for calculating a micro-scale portion of fluid, called fluid particles; and thus its application to macroscopic meteorological phenomena are doubtful whether they produce any meaningful result.

(3) The Navier-Stokes equations are not effective in taking into consideration the need to assign to each point in space the value of viscosity and density of air and sea water that change incessantly.

(4) Even for ordinary weather forecast where a mesh of 5km x 5km (3 miles x 3 miles) is used, there is no assurance that the equations are valid in a scientific manner, though the gap between reality and calculation can be smaller, since the target period is only a few days but not years as in the case of the global warming study.

(Source: http://env01.cool.ne.jp/frommanager/fm2006_7.htm , and others)

But, as I wrote "Temperature, Sound, Radar, and God's Eye" on October 3, 2007, Japanese scientists has successfully measured temperature in the stratosphere so as to prove that the temperature is surely rising in troposphere while the stratosphere gets cooler.
http://premium.nikkeibp.co.jp/em/column/yamane/10/index.shtml

Therefore, something including CO2 must cover the sky so high above the ground and the sea to trap heat. But, we are yet to see any convincing solution of the Equations that can clearly explain this phenomenon and its effect numerically.

Finally, equations to clearly present the movement of water vapor, the most important carrier of heat in the air around the human world, should be also created.

SECTION 4: The Second-Law Definition of Temperature

The second-law definition of temperature in thermodynamics is as follow:

T = E / S,
or
E = TS,
where T is temperature, E is a change in energy, and S is a change in a function of the disorder called entropy.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temperature

The above equation can be interpreted as the energy causes the change in temperature and entropy (a degree of order of molecules).

If hot water is added to cool water, the whole energy (measured by temperature) is preserved but the degree of disorder will change (most probably increase).

When crude oil is burnt in the air, this fossil fuel loses part of its energy for generating electricity or driving a car while other part of energy is carried by their molecules now in the form of CO2 at a higher temperature being emitted to the air causing greater disorder.

If CO2 emitted with heat to the air increases the entropy in the whole air, the energy contained in the air cannot be easily transformed into other foam so as to decrease temperature, in addition to the greenhouse effect of trapping the radiation heat from the surface of the ground which can be realized even by CO2 without a potential of increasing entropy.

Also water vapor used together with fossil fuels or involved in the generator or the engine will be emitted to the air carrying energy and increasing the entropy, thus making the whole air more unstable, in my view.

If the increase in the entropy caused by heated CO2 and water vapor from fossil fuels is not so critical for the rise of temperature, it may deteriorate quality of the energy contained in the air in terms of interaction with other natural forces, making more difficult the dissipation of heat from the air and also the creation of effective equations for modeling the global climate, in my view.

If the theory of chaos is more strongly working, this concept of entropy-related effect should be more focused on.
* * *

The God or Allah gave crude oil to Muslims, so that they can be materially blessed.

But, if crude oil is used in a bad manner, it will spew out disordered CO2 and water vapor to the whole world, causing a big and real big problem.

Indeed, it must apply to any body, since everybody has one's own merit or strength, such as a talent for calculation or physical performance.

Truly, you have to ponder well how to use or manage it or to whom you commit it.

(There is an island called Miyakejima in the Pacific Ocean off the mainland Tokyo Prefecture.

On July 14, 2000, the volcano at the center of the island hugely erupted, and all the residents were subsequently evacuated in a few months, due to volcanic gases, including sulfur dioxide (SO2), emitted in such a great quantity as is rarely observed globally.

Though now 3,000 citizens have returned to the island, the damages are yet to be fully recovered.

I wonder why the Governor of Tokyo will not leverage the state of the island for promoting awareness of environment.

Japan's Prime Minister should invite the G8 Summit members, who will visit Japan next year, to Miyakejima Island for deepening insight into effect of gasses.

What Happened in 1995 and 2005 (While Overwhelming Economics)

(A Square in Front of Tokyo Station)

What Happened in 1995 and 2005 (While Overwhelming Economics)
"Ce qui s'est passé en 1995 et 2005"

The article in question written by Mr. Alan Greenspan is found in the following Web page:
http://opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=110010981

SECTION 1: The Galvanized Year 1995

First of all, Mr. Alan Greenspan should take a look at the following two charts:

Fig. 1: DOW JONES INDEX TREND SINCE 1984

Fig. 2: THE NUMBER OF PCs IN USE IN THE U.S.

(And, remember, Alan, that it does not include shipments of software which would more impressively explain what gave extravagant spurs to the NYSE index with a multiplier effect, though I don't know specifically what software programs you have used to analyze these trends.)

It is apparent that you have to focus on the change that happened in 1995.

It tells why productivity was so abruptly increased in 1995.

It tells why US economy was boosted so much in 1995.

And, everybody calls it the "IT Boom."

Indeed, it is because American consumers and businesses suddenly started to leverage the power of Windows 95 (Microsoft), with an embedded function to connect to the Internet, and the Pentium Processor (Intel) both of which were put into market in 1995.

Truly, American consumers and businesses started to leverage in full scale the IT power in order to increase efficiency and expand their activities, personal and official, in 1995.

It also boosted venture minds, business minds, and exploration minds of American citizens, since they got new means and weapons so smart, interesting, and effective, which satisfied their pride as well as hidden needs.

Since 1995, a file means an electrically-formatted file in a personal computer, which is software, and no more paper sheets, which are hardware, in a cabinet.

But, the above two figures also mean something important that is within a specialty of Mr. Greenspan.

Based on an experience of the so-called Black Monday in the global stock market in 1987, the financial sector began to design and create more effective computer programs for dealing with money transactions by leveraging the power of Windows 95, the Pentium Processor, and the efficient new telecommunications technology.

Put short, the IT power started to fully penetrate into the stock market and people concerned in 1995 at an unprecedented speed and efficiency, so that the money game entered a new phase which is so virtual and remote from the real world which is not at such a speed and efficiency.

And most importantly all the American citizens and consumers were galvanized by the power of Windows 95, the Pentium Processor, and the new telecommunications technology in 1995.

All the data, figures, charts, and analysis Mr. Alan Greenspan saw in his office in the subsequent years are just simple and natural logical consequences of the diffusion of Windows 95, the Pentium Processor, and the new telecommunications technology.

SECTION 2: The Alarming Year 2005

Now, Mr. Alan Greenspan should take a look at the following two charts:

Fig. 3: HOMES NEWLY BUILT IN THE U.S.

Fig. 4: DOW JONES INDEX TREND SINCE 2004

It is late 2005 that the number of homes newly built in the U.S. started to decline while the stock market got another spur.

It is late 2005 that people concerned in the market and industry began to realize that the value of any homes in the U.S. would soon or later start to decline.

It is late 2005 that people concerned in the market and industry began to realize that the credit based on value of any homes in the U.S. would soon or later start to decline.

It is late 2005 that people concerned in the market and industry began to realize that the credit control involving houses should be tightened.

But, the Dow Jones Index got another spur in late 2005.

It is as if interest for a real asset started to be decoupled from interest for a financial asset.

Indeed, the real world economy, namely housing, was here again linked to the quasi-virtual world economy, namely the money game, in a new manner.

Securitization of the housing loans or mortgages not only introduced risks related to the real-world business, namely housing, to the quasi-virtual-world economy, namely the money game, but also introduced risks in the quasi-virtual-world economy into the real-world business.

The detachment of interest for a real asset from interest for a financial asset seems to have worked to increase the dangerous potential.

For some time, the money market was allowed to function according to its own rule and mechanism or interest; but at last in 2007 the gap between two kinds of interest has begun to break basements of both the economic sectors, the housing market and the money market.

And, the U.S. Government and E.U. member governments input several hundred billion US dollars only into the money market so as to keep a level of value of the stock market but not to the housing market, since they are essentially different types of economy.

But, the issue is of course the dangerous interaction or linkage still remained of the two economic sectors: the housing market and the money market.

SECTION 3: Mr. Greenspan's Optimism

The following is his key description on the sub-prime loan issue:

"...That weakened global investment has been the major determinant in the decline of global real long-term interest rates is also the conclusion of a recent (March 2007) Bank of Canada study.

Equity premiums and real-estate capitalization rates were inevitably arbitraged lower by the fall in global long-term interest rates. Asset prices accordingly moved dramatically higher..."

As money could not buy more money directly in the money market, people began to buy houses to sell them and get more money in the housing market.

"...The current credit crisis will come to an end when the overhang of inventories of newly built homes is largely liquidated, and home price deflation comes to an end... Very large losses will, no doubt, be taken as a consequence of the crisis. But after a period of protracted adjustment, the U.S. economy, and the world economy more generally, will be able to get back to business. "

This is an old well-known pattern of a bubble economy, so that it would follow suit of the past cases. It is not the end of the world. Rich men should not worry about it, according to Mr. Greenspan.

SECTION 4: Economists in Real World and Virtual World

There are millions of Americans working hard with sound minds and proper influential power.

I call them economists in real world, since they act while thinking about various things related to economy.

The total amount of their intelligence of, and speculation and decision by, those Americans working hard in the real world surpasses the level of intelligence of, and speculation and decision by, any economist in his/her office in an institute or an agency.

As millions of Americans working hard in the real world began to use Windows 95 and the Pentium Processor as well as the Internet with such venture minds in such innovative ways so enthusiastically, they could open a new era in economy, good or bad.

They should be called "Economists in the Real World."

Mr. Greenspan and other "Economists in the Virtual World" should remember that no professional economists declared their idea in the following manner before 1995:

"Makers should create Windows 95 and the Pentium Processor as well as the new telecommunications technology to use the Internet, so that tens of millions of citizens and consumers could routinely use them at low costs so as to increase productivity and boost the economy, so that the financial sector can leverage them in the money market."

Indeed, the Industrial Revolution was the first; economists, including Marx and Keynes, were the second.

Truly, technology evolution and people's venture are still the first; economists are yet the second.

(However, Mr. Greenspan studied history well and focused on Japan, fairly or sarcastically, in whatever context:
"There was clearly little the world's central banks could do to temper this most recent surge in human euphoria, in some ways reminiscent of the Dutch Tulip craze of the 17th century and South Sea Bubble of the 18th century."

"The depth of these markets became readily apparent in March 2004, when Japanese monetary authorities abruptly ceased intervention in support of the U.S. dollar after accumulating more than $150 billion of foreign exchange in the preceding three months. Beyond a few days of gyrations following the halt in purchases, nothing of lasting significance appears to have happened. Even the then seemingly massive Japanese purchases of foreign exchange barely budged the prices of the vast global pool of tradable securities.")

Once I wondered, seeing a picture of a big castle in Europe, what value it had if it had not been fully equipped with home electric appliances Japanese people were routinely enjoying in their homes, though their homes were usually very small and looked fragile.

Now, if you live in a big house in the U.S., I wonder what value it has if it is not fully based on love to God and neighbors.

Build a house not based on value estimated by somebody in an office with full of gangsters but based on a mission given by the God.

(In the global warming, everybody talks about only CO2.

But, CO2 is a result of fossil-fueled electricity generation or the driving of cars using fossil-fuel.

Why don't they talk directly about the sin of material life relying on the electricity generation and the use of cars instead of aiming at securitization of CO2?

You should also keep in mind the true and holy agenda being covered by unanimous blaming of CO2, even if you are expected to use the term CO2 so many times in a ceremony or any publicity.

Yet, you can live on the global warming issue, if you like, as your holy mission...)

Most Noted Japanese Women as of December 2007

(Tokyo Station, Japan, 2007 December)

Most Noted Japanese Women as of December 2007
(La plupart des femmes que Noté japonais de décembre 2007)

SECTION 1: Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai

In the December edition of a Japanese monthly magazine "the Bungei Syunjyu," three notable Japanese women wrote some each.

The most visible one in the media may be Ms. Yoshiko Sakurai, since she had anchored a TV news program for 16 years till 1996 and today still takes a part in a weekly news show broadcast by the Fuji TV station.

She has been recently keeping a critical eye on Prime Minister Mr. Yasuo Fukuda of Japan, who was first elected as national lawmaker in 1990, namely 10 years after Ms. Sakurai had begun her career as a TV-news-show anchor person.

Ms. Sakurai is also very critical of ideas on Japan's national security of Opposition leader Mr. Ichiro Ozawa, six years younger than the prime minister.

There is one thing common to the two top Japanese politicians: a lack of the sense of resistance to the modern Chinese culture.

At a certain level or a depth, the modern Chinese culture is clearly incompatible with the tradition of the Japanese culture.

Ms. Sakurai and other Japanese women loving so much their own cultural root may be the ones who can so simply see into a an inhuman aspect of modern China fostered by its desperately absolute classical-dynasties and modern Marxist regime in these 2000 years.

SECTION 2: Ms. Nanami Shiono

In the December edition of a Japanese monthly magazine "the Bungei Syunjyu," she wrote some about things in Japan, though she returned to Rome, her adopted permanent residence, from her one-month stay in Japan, her mother country.

Ms. Nanami Shiono wrote many elaborate tomes on the Roman Empire which emblazoned her name in Japan, though her description on Caesar, Cleopatra, and Antony did not move me so much, probably because I cannot help but regard them as having acted in a kind of prologues to the main stage for Jesus Christ.

Ms. Shiono wrote some about Japan, which however reminded me of a certain rule.

It is that if you leave your own country for three days, three months, or three years, you would surely lose a sense of adherence and intimacy to your home country to whatever extent, which however can be critical.

Integrity of your understanding of, insight into, comprehension of, compassion to, and love for your home country and its people will be dimmed and thinned, if you leave the country even for three days, three months, or three years.

You cannot win somebody who never leaves his/her home country even for three days, three months, or three years in a competition where you need utmost understanding of, insight into, comprehension of, compassion to, and love for the country and its people.

That is why the greatest leader in the history of any country cannot be one who loves a foreign country or an international stage more than his/her own country.

But, Jesus Christ said that if you ask, you will be given; if you request so earnestly something, you will be presented with it.

Indeed, recently it was uncovered that an inefficient bureaucrat in Japan had been given business entertainment from a supplier of equipment and devices in a form of free golf-going 300 times in ten years as his golf-loving wife asked so much.

Ms. Shiono thought the bureaucrat was a man of ability, probably simply because he was a vice minister; but we call such a bureaucrat an incompetent civil servant in Japan, since such a servant is too convenient for a minister or a politician who is so self-serving neglecting a public interest.

SECTION 3: Ms. Yuriko Koike

In the December edition of a Japanese monthly magazine "the Bungei Syunjyu," the only female former defense minister of Japan wrote about former prime minister of Japan Mr. Jyunichiro Koizumi and Opposition leader Mr. Ichiro Ozawa, her tow former bosses though in different eras.

After her conflict with her vice minister during her assignment to the Defense Minister has been almost over with the bureaucrat arrested for a bribery charge by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor Office, she looks somehow coming back to a political arena.

In Japan, however, it is unthinkable that a female politician launches and leads her own faction based on her own political idea and political funds.

It is not Ms. Koike but rather senior politicians who have had a discretion power to promote her or not that really matters.

In other word, senior politicians concerned look like being evaluated based on their policy to Ms. Koike.

Former Prime Minister Mr. Koizumi has been still enjoying a kind of reputation while he first chose her to a portfolio, the Minister for Environment, of his cabinet several years ago.

Former Prime Minister Mr. Shinzo Abe was forced to resign after having avoided commissioning her again the Defense Minister several months ago which though was not a direct cause of his own resignation.

In the U.S., Ms. Condoleezza Rice might be playing the same role in terms of fates of senior politicians concerned.

As long as President Mr. George Bush continues to commission Ms. Rice to carry out a critical mission in his Administration, the President may be able to sustain the minimum necessary credibility of his Administration.

Japan's Prime Minister Mr. Fukuda and Opposition leader Mr. Ozawa should take it into his consideration, respectively.

Yesterday, I bought a copy of the Big Issue magazine a homeless man was selling on a street in Tokyo.

This 300-yen magazine, intended to be a commodity homeless people can sell to earn some money, includes a column by Ms. Noriko Hama, a female professor of Doshisya University, Japan.
http://www.power-lecture.com/koushi_ha/2007/hama-noriko07-11-04.html

She wrote that using the expression "sub-prime loan issue" is wrong since it makes dimmed and thinned the understanding of and insight into the true problem. Hence, we should call it an "issue of risks in financial goods produced based on securitization of claimable assets."

I think what she wrote in The Big Issue is quite interesting, since the magazine has been on sale by homeless people from one of whom I purchased one copy in a cold street of Tokyo yesterday.

(Anyway, I suppose evergreen memories of young love may be more important for ladies than writing something that promises evergreen sales.

Indeed, I wonder how many ladies 2000 years ago loved Jesus Christ, since He was King of Israelites and Romans as proved in history.

Truly, the Bible, the evergreen selling book, never tells about it, probably as with Condoleezza and Oprah.

Or anyone else?

Ok, I will write about an article written by Mr. Alan Greenspan tomorrow.)

A Fool, Prudent Men, and Kings

(The Railway Museum, Saitama City, Japan)

A Fool, Prudent Men, and Kings
(Un imbécile, prudent hommes, et les rois)

Pro 12:16 A fool's wrath is presently known: but a prudent man covereth shame.

("The Grapes of Wrath" written by John Steinbeck and published in 1939 is also well known in Japan with the Japanese title "Ikari-no-budou."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Grapes_of_Wrath

Some Japanese critics think that this novel includes something more religious than socialistic.

But, it might mean something more universal and real, since I found a certain reference to it in a blog article written, on the sub-prime loan issue, by a pundit associated with the US Congress:
http://pundits.thehill.com/2007/12/06/grapes-of-wrath-for-some-wonderful-life-for-others/)

Pro 16:12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.
