SECTION I: P.M. Hatoyama Winning against SDP
Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Yukio Hatoyama has been criticized as he has behaved like a failed man in dealing with the relocation issue of the U.S. Marines Corps's air station in Futenma, Okinawa.
(The U.S. Marines Corps has only one permanent overseas base where its division is stationed, which is around Futenma in Okinawa Prefecture of Japan.)
However, it is not Mr. Hatoyama that should be blamed. It is the Social Democratic Party (SDP) whose several seats in the Upper House are needed for the Mr. Hatoyama's Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) to keep a majority.
The SDP is anti-American and pro-Noth Korean, and thus has long requested total abolition of American military bases in the Okinawa Island.
Last December, Foreign Minister Mr. Katsuya Okada and Defense Minister Mr. Toshimi Kitazawa advised the prime minister that the former relocation plan agreed on by Japan and the U.S. should be observed as delay in resolving the Futenma base issue would jeopardise the Japan-U.S. relationship.
P.M. Mr. Hatoyama was however threatened by the SDP who hinted withdrawal from the coalition Hatoyama Cabinet. Mr. Hatoyama then made public his plan to postpone the decision about where the U.S. Marines base should be moved till the end of May. Since then, Mr. Hatoyama lookes like a liar.
The SDP won only 4.27% of total votes in the 2009-30-8 election. But, the SDP has had such an unproportional influence on P.M. Mr. Hatoyama and the Japan-U.S. relationship.
The SDP with only 7 among 480 seats in the Lower House of the Japanese Diet has thus jeopardized the Japan-U.S. relationship and made Mr. Hatoyama look like a Pierrot.
But now, P.M. Mr. Hatoyama looks like being resolute in offering his own plan to America without requesting the U.S. Marines to evacuate completely their bases in Okinawa or Japan. Accordingly, the SDP is now blaming the prime minister.
(Mr. Hatoyama is trying, as part of his plan, to move part of U.S. Marines to the Tokunoshima island, 200km north of Okinawa; but all the parties concerned including the SDP are against this plan, though.)
In this context, P.M. Mr. Hatoyama is now trying to behave like a hero driving the 4.27%-supported SDP out of this issue and possibly out of the coalition (probably gaining Mr. Ichiro Ozawa's consent as Mr. Ozawa controls a majority of the DPJ lawmakers).
Indeed, nobody in Japan wants to destroy the security partnership of Japan and the United States over the Futenma issue except those anti-freedom socialists in whom Mr. Yukio Hatoyama is not included.
The most important issue is now whether P.M. Mr. Hatoyama can save his face in a fight against the Social Democratic Party, a coalition member, which has only 7 among 480 seats in the Lower House of the Japanese Diet while the Mr. Hatoyama's DPJ has 308 and more seats.
SECTION II: The Kono Report
Mr. Taro Kono, one of key lawmakers of the opposition Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, made an official trip to Palestine with other LDP members a week ago, though he had met the late Chairman Yasser Arafat in 2004 during the large-scale siege by Israeli troops.
He reported some details on his observation of present Palestine and communications with high-ranking officials of the Palestine Government.
With Japan's aid, Palestinians once built a compound building where the late Chairman Yasser Arafat lived and worked. However, it was demolished by Israeli troops when they invaded the Palestinian territory around 2004. But now, the Palestinian governmental office building has been built again, financed by new Japanese aid.
No matter how Palestinians want Japan to be involved in the Palestine issue, the Japanese Government is unlikely to intervene with an intention to help save poor Palestinians, though Japan imports a huge amount of crude oil from the Islamic world.
It is an American policy. America tries hard to stop Japan from helping Palestinians. It is because America is determined to do whatever necessary and effective to protect Israel. America must be applying pressure on the Japanese Government. So, all Japan can do is providing economic aid with the limit America and Israel can overlook.
(To cope with the military potential backed by nuclear weapons of China and North Korea, Japan needs cooperation with America. Japan also needs free access to the American market which has been a great source of wealth of Japan, so far.)
Yet, it is the 21st century. The Islamic world can be another China. Their combined economic and military power might overwhelm that of Israel and probably of America in the future. Then, all the Israelis will evacuate the nation Israel, in one scenario.
Otherwise, Israel should start to regard Islam as a kind of Judaism. Israelis should take Muslims rather than Americans in terms of religion. Then, peace will prevail even in the United States where the first Muslim president will be eventually expected.
Nonetheless, reality reported by Japanese Lower-House member Mr. Taro Kono is very gloomy for peace loving people in the world.

(Hi Hi, Tokyo)
I Watched News Today, O Lord
The English Parliament lost its way.
I bought a book today, O Lord.
The Japanese media fought its way (as it so read).
SECTION I: The First Ex-Samurai Christian
In 1866, the Tokugawa samurai government sent 14 young samurais to England, including a 12-year old samurai boy.
The band of youths led and supervised by 35-year old Masanao Nakamura, an elite Confucius scholar in one of elite samurai colleges, was however soon forced to return to Japan as the Tokugawa regime fell in a civil war with Imperial samurai forces in 1868.
(The following Web site shows Nakamura, making a pose at the most upper left corner, and other 13 samurai students in London between 1866 and 1868:
After the Meiji Restoration, two of the 14 samurais who had learnt in London in 1860's became the chancellor of the Imperial University of Tokyo, virtually the successor to the samurai elite colleges including the one called "Shoheiko" where samurai Nakamura had worked before the 1866 voyage to London.
Masanao Nakamura, however, became more prominent figure in the Meiji society of Japan to be later called one of the six greatest educators in the Meiji period.
On board a ship back to Japan from London in 1868, Nakamura read "Self-Help," by Samuel Smiles, one of his British friends presented to him.
The book told Confucist samurai Nakamura why the U.K. could become a great empire. It opened his eyes. He decided to translate the book into Japanese in 1870 so as to open the eyes of the Japanese people; eventually his translation became a best-seller with one million copies sold.
Most interestingly, Confucist samurai Nakamura was converted to Christianity, while he worked as a professor, even served the Finance Department, and joined an intellectual society established in Tokyo by prominent pundits. Then, he translated "On Liberty," by John Stuart Mill, into Japanese, which eventually turned to be the start of diffusion of the idea in Japan:"the greatest happiness for the greatest number."
Indeed, the samurai code had nothing to do with the idea "the greatest happiness for the greatest number," though samurais were intellectually trained following Confucianism before 1868.
So, as today's Japanese elite bureaucrats are a kind of successors to samurai elites in the Tokugawa regime, 1603 - 1868, they can understand the ideal of British Christianity: the greatest happiness for the greatest number.
(Unlike Japanese mainstream bureaucrats of the central government, namely mostly descendants of ruling-class samurais, British bureaucrats are servants of Queen of England theoretically, so that their functions are essentially different from those of Japanese elite bureaucrats now fighting against the Hatoyama Cabinet that denies traditional implicit superiority of elite official circles in Tokyo.)
Yet, the era is now in the 21st century...Learn through "EEE-Reporter," somehow authentic in this context.
SECTION II: Global Financial Situations
The financial sector's status in Europe and the U.S. between the Lehman Shock in 2008 and the Greece Shock in 2010 can be summarized as follows:
The total potential loss of U.S. financial institutes is about $1 trillion.
However, the amount already wiped out or reserved against accounts for about 60%.
The total potential loss of U.K. financial institutes is about $0.6 trillion.
However, the amount already wiped out or reserved against accounts for about 42%.
The total potential loss of euro-zone financial institutes is about $0.8 trillion.
However, the amount already wiped out or reserved against accounts for about 42%.
The total potential loss of other European financial institutes is about $0.2 trillion.
However, the amount already wiped out or reserved against accounts for about 38%.
In summary, the U.S. financial sector has $0.4 trillion yet to be disposed.
In summary, the European financial sector has $0.8 trillion yet to be disposed.
Put simply, America is still OK; Europe is given Out.
As for Japan, traders and brokers are now selling stocks in Tokyo Stock Exchange to get yen which is now appraised so high against euro.
Since yen is now so strong, stock prices of Japanese companies fell vastly in Tokyo yesterday and today.
So, the Japanese financial sector is expected to take this 2010 Greece Shock in stride as in the 2008 Lehman Shock.

Since you are born, if you have never experienced discomforts or fear caused by a lack of money, you would surely grow up as a very strange person.
Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Yukio Hatoyama looks like being this type of person.
Of course, Toyota's president Mr. Akio Toyoda looks like being this type of person.
They are not ordinary Japanese men but not a dangerous kind.
Those around Mr. Hatoyama or Mr. Toyoda, who have experienced enough discomforts or fear caused by a lack of money, have true problems.
Yet, those born rich and raised to have more desire for pride, honor, wealth, and power are more dangerous, though such a person is rarely found in Japan since Japan is neither the U.S. nor Europe.
So, if I were non-Japanese, I would trust Japanese (yen) more than Americans (dollars) and Europeans (pounds, euro, etc.).
But, when will Japanese fall down at Jesus' knees, saying, "Depart from us, for we are sinful men, O Lord!"?
Luk 5:5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.
Luk 5:6 And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
Luk 5:7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
Luk 5:8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

The World Where No Changes Are Respected
It is not England, since it was once colonized by the Roman Empire.
It is a memory of an era for individuals.
By the way, today, Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama (C) reads a letter from U.S. President Barack Obama, which was handed by U.S. Cherry Blossom Queen Margot Pfefferle from Appleton, Wisconsin...
Two days ago, P.M. Mr. Hatoyama said in Okinawa, "I have realized importance of presence of U.S. Marines in Okinawa in linkage with other U.S. forces as I am learning security issues more and more..."
Did the Vietnam War have any influence on Mr. Hatoyama?
SECTION I: Industry of the Roman Empire
Pompeii is miracle ruins.
Without Pompeii, an ancient city in southern Italy buried and preserved for 1900 years by Volcanic ash in A.D. 79, we cannot easily or vividly imagine how Roman citizens lived in the first century.
It looks like that the God exercised His act on Pompeii to give warning to the Roman Empire that executed Jesus Christ, destroyed Jerusalem, and persecuted early Christians in the first century.
Only for this miracle of Pompeii, you should believe in the God and Jesus Christ.
Now, 2000 years ago, slaves accounted for one third of the population in cities around the the Mediterranean. In the Italian Peninsula and Rome, they accounted for 80 to 90%, since children of slaves were also slaves.
The Roman Empire consisted of two classes of people: the honorable citizens and the poor. However, among the 55 million population in the Roman Empire, the honorable citizens accounted for just 1%, namely 550,000. However, the Empire could maintain 300,000 regular soldiers and mobilize maximum one million soldiers, though slaves cannot be a soldier like in ancient Greek.
An honorable citizen, however, needs money to be a senator, one million sestertia ($35 million).
An honorable citizen, however, needs money to be an knight, one 0.4 million sestertia ($14 million).
An honorable citizen, however, needs money to be a councilman of a city, one 0.1 million sestertia ($3.5 million).
The largest fortune recorded in ancient Rome was 400 million sestertia ($14 billion) a senator left as his legacy. Yet, a certain enfranchised slave in the Empire had 4000 slaves and 60 million sestertia ($15 million).
The engine of the Roman Empire was a complex of military, slavery, and coins.
A city like Pompeii needed many coins and salves to build it and military to keep order.
But, that looks like having been all. Nothing else, only military, slavery, and coins to build and maintain a comfortable city.
Accordingly, consumption became the major industry of the Roman Empire, partly like today's America or America before the Lehman Shock.
Anyway, it is a big surprise that 1900 or 2000 years ago, there was a kind of America around Rome. Jesus Christ was really needed in any context.
SECTION II: Socialism's Boss Is Illiberalism
There is a great misunderstanding in the world about socialism.
Those who promote the term socialism as their principle do not ultimately aim at realization of society of economic justice. They aim at realization of illiberalism.
In this world, there is no socialist country where illiberalism does not prevail.
They say that illiberalism is necessary to realize and maintain socialist economy where everybody gets money and happiness. But, the underlying truth is that socialism is necessary to realize illiberalism where elites make a monopoly of money and happiness.
The term socialism belongs to the domain of politics but not economy. Socialism is nothing but the first step to illiberalism, like in the case of Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and North Korea.
The underlying passion of socialism is hate for successful people in free economy. Enjoying freedom, lucky guys, strong guys, rich guys, and blessed guys, in addition to smart guys, become elites in society to further enjoy services from the poor.
So, "the poor should hate the rich. Let the poor hate the rich."
"Support them with theory of socialism."
"After the poor have won, let us be elites in a new society, introducing illiberalism." This is the truth of well-educated leaders of socialism movement.
So, sound politicians should not blame socialism but illiberalism. "That party is guided by hatred of illiberalism but not by an economic ideal of socialism." This is what they shout to voters, especially, in Japan today.
The agenda of the poor and the rich must be addressed in the framework of freedom, not by applying incomplete socialism inevitably subject to illiberalism, under the sanction of the God.

I saw a frying pan in a plastic bag on the edge of a roadway as if being left and dropping down from a waste-collection point on the sidewalk. Cars were running just a foot aside. Bicycles were expected to come soon along the lane edge onto the evil frying pan half hidden in the white fragile bag. So, I picked it up and put it safely on the waste-collection point beside a concrete power pole.
I wondered why the sky is so faintly blue nowadays. The sky was more bluer, like in a cartoon, even in Tokyo once...
It is said there are $100 billion in pockets of Greek citizens as they did not report some incomes to the government over many years. Indeed, an economic solution is always in pockets of citizens.
In addition, the number of those killed in traffic accidents in this Golden Holiday Season in Japan over the past eight days are 111, up 20 or so from the last year's. Life is more important than time, money, and leisure around Times Square or in Pakistan.)
Mar 5:5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
Mar 5:6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
Mar 5:7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
Mar 5:8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
Mar 5:9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

SECTION I: Languages Japanese Learn
According to an Internet Survey conducted in January 2007, foreign languages Japanese people want to learn are as follows in terms of ratios of respondents:
#..Other Asian Languages...0.7%
#..Other European Languages...0.4%
According to an Internet Survey conducted in January 2007, foreign languages Japanese people are actually learning are as follows in terms of ratios of respondents:
#...Other Asian Languages...0.3%
#...Other European Languages...0.1%
English, Korean, and Chinese are a kind of pragmatic foreign languages for Japanese citizens. Japanese like France and Itlay. Russia is also close to Japan. Spanish can be useful when Japanese go to America if not Brazil. German science, engineering, art, and culture are traditionally well studied in Japanese universities.
Specifically, university students in Japan are usually obliged to learn English and other foreign language. Most of students choose French, Chinese, or German.
But, almost one in thousand Internet users in Japan is learning Arabic, which is a big surprise, though 13 in 1,000 learning Chinese, which is reasonable.
However, two thirds of Japanese citizens never use English in person or read or write in a year, according to a survey in 2006 or so (except English expressions used as part of Japanese like in commercials).
Yet, probably in China, 99% of people must never use English in person or read or write in a year.
To be an economic power in East Asia, the ability to speak English has not been needed among people in society, including elites, since higher education is provided in the mother language in Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China owing to great translation work on Western cultural works by Japanese in the late 19th century.
And, historically the East Asian Culture, absorbing Buddhism born in South Asia, has been as advanced as ancient Greek/Roman Civilizations and Juadaistic Culture.

Dan 5:4 They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold, and of silver, of brass, of iron, of wood, and of stone.
Dan 5:5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king's palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote.
Dan 5:6 Then the king's countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another.
Dan 5:7 The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And the king spake, and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.
Dan 5:8 Then came in all the king's wise men: but they could not read the writing, nor make known to the king the interpretation thereof.
Dan 5:9 Then was king Belshazzar greatly troubled, and his countenance was changed in him, and his lords were astonied.

(Tokyo Times Square?)
If you have a child, you must protect him or her.
But, with violence, as the first and last means, would you try to protect your child?
Can you show a violent attitude to others while bringing your child on a street, as a warning that you would violate others if they start to violate your child?
Even in Japan, some stupid young father behaves so stupidly.
Be humble when you are with your child so that people around you would protect him or her due to your humbleness, since you have no power to destroy a police system of a nation.
The bottom line is if there is one such a stupid young father in Japan, how many of the similar kind are in America, Europe, India, and the Middle East since East Asia is the only region of Buddhism and Confucianism that teach humbleness with good manners?
SECTION I: GLOBAL WARMING MATHEMATICALLY DENIED
The global temperature increased in the period between 1995 and 2010 compared with the preceding period between 1980 and 1995.
But, It is not a simple linear increase as often stressed. Though between the above two periods the base temperature level was up, no simple linear increase of temperature is observed within the latter period between 1995 and 2010 as can be proven mathematically.
Anyway, carefully check the below figure showing temperature change prepared by an American university. You will confirm the above my assertion.
No statistically significant warming since 1995: a quick mathematical proof
Posted on December 26, 2009 by Anthony Watts
Physicist Luboš Motl of The Reference Frame demonstrates how easy it is to show that there is: No statistically significant warming since 1995...
By: Luboš Motl
The UAH 1995-2009 slope was calculated to be 0.95 [degrees Centigrade] per century. And the standard deviation of this figure, calculated via the standard formula on this page, is 0.88 [degrees Centigrade]/century. So this suggests that the positivity of the slope is just a 1-sigma result – a noise. Can we be more rigorous about it? You bet...
The 99% confidence interval is (-1.59, +3.49) in [degrees Centigrade]/century. Similarly, the 95% confidence interval for the slope is (-0.87, 2.8) in [degrees Centigrade]/century. On the other hand, the 90% confidence interval is (-0.54, 2.44) in [degrees Centigrade]/century. All these intervals contain both negative and positive numbers. No conclusion about the slope can be made on either 99%, 95%, and not even 90% confidence level.
Only the 72% confidence interval for the slope touches zero. It means that the probability that the underlying slope is negative equals 1/2 of the rest, i.e. a substantial 14%.
We can only say that it is "somewhat more likely than not" that the underlying trend in 1995-2009 was a warming trend rather than a cooling trend. Saying that the warming since 1995 was "very likely" is already way too ambitious a goal that the data don't support...
Note: The "slope" means a temperature change trend (up or down). To say something about up or down, the confidence level must be first lowered to 72%. At this level, a slope zero (a levl line) occurs, and the probability of a "negative" slope and a "positive" slope outside this level-slope domain is considered each as 50%, namely 14% substantially (=[100-72]*0.5), indicating no wonder mathematically if global cooling is now occurring.
In summary, for various complex reasons, the global temperature increased in the period between 1995 and 2010 compared with the preceding period between 1980 and 1995, but no simple linear increase of temperature is observed within the latter period between 1995 and 2010 as can be proven mathematically.
In this decade or 15 years, the temperature level was higher than in early 1990's, 1980's, and 1970's, but no further trend of a simple increase in the temperatures can be proven mathematically within this latest period.
As the number of sun spots has dramatically decreased in past two years, it is likely that the global cooling has begun last year, though some heat already accumulated in the ocean can still continue to locally influence some regions on the earth. That may be why the central part of the Pacific Ocean over the equator got heated abnormally and the total CO2 absorption by the ocean suddenly decreased last year.
You may also check the status of ice expansion in the Arctic Sea as reported by the National Snow and Ice Center:
The ice covered area around the north pole has decreased through 1970's to 2000's. It recorded the minimum in 2006. But, the ice prevailed wider in early 2010 than in early 2007. As the sea contains more heat longer than the air or the land, there can be time delay for some effect of global cooling to come up to the surface of the Arctic Sea.
When the ice extension in the Arctic region has started to explicitly increase again, the world will admit global cooling.
SECTION II: When Israel Is Evacuated
First of all, if an Israeli today cannot prove his or her concrete and specific family tree that can be traced back to the era of Jesus Christ or at least the time of the first Jewish-Roman War (66–70 CE), that person has no right to live in Palestine legally.
If a pure native American person converts to Judaism today, he or she has no right at all to live in Palestine or the nation Israel.
Japanese are very compassionate to Judaists living or killed during WWII. But, Japanese are also very compassionate to Palestinians being suppressed by the Israeli military today.
But, as China has increased its military capacity along with its economic development, Palestinians might have more military power if their economy is improved.
If Syria and other anti-Israeli nations also succeed in economic growth like China, they would have more military capability to overwhelm Israel. So, the issue is whether Syria and other anti-Israeli nations can achieve high growth in economy like China.
European nations and America will not help Syria and other anti-Israeli nations achieve high growth in economy like China. Probably China will not, either, since Islam is a potential enemy of China.
Only Japan can help Syria and other anti-Israeli nations achieve high growth in economy like China.
In future, when Israel realizes that it cannot fight and win against Syria and other anti-Israeli nations that has developed like China in terms of economy and military, Israelis will evacuate the nation Israel, since Israel today exists only based on military superiority over Syria and other anti-Israeli nations.
But, where will they go?

In the Japanese National Diet (Parliament), if one camp has more than two thirds of seats in the Lower House, they can override any resolution the Upper House has adopted.
The camp led by ruling Democratic Party of Japan (with the head of P.M. Mr. Yukio Hatoyama) is 10 seats short of this 2/3 majority. Its allies the Social Democratic Party has 7 seats and the People's New Party has 3 seats. So, the ruling coalition has in theory the 2/3 majority. But to make it sure, the DPJ might take other party into the coalition. Then, it needs no majority in the Upper House, which was the case for the former ruling party LDP.
In this context, the coming Upper House election can be a secondary matter to the DPJ and Mr. Ichiro Ozawa, the senior lawmaker for P.M. Mr. Hatoyama.
Mr. Ozawa and the DPJ might take, for example, New Komeito occupying 21 seats in the Lower House, into the coalition, realizing the 2/3 majority so handily.
Put simply, the moment Mr. Ozawa and the New Komeito party have reached this agreement, significance of the Upper House election scheduled this summer might be lost. Accordingly, Mr. Ozawa can keep his influence even if he is forced to step down from the position of the Secretary General of the DPJ due to possible prosecution for violation of the Political Funding Regulation Law.
Nonetheless, the approval rate for the Hatoyama Cabinet will drop to a 10% level, an impossible line.
If it is global warming or cooling, Israel's defeat or victory, or Mr. Hatoyama's resignation or not, this is the world without love for some...)

ONLY ONE MORE THING NEEDED FOR SMILING
Some Japanese naturally smile when facing others or human souls.
Even, at a certain person almost all the Westerners smile simply.
But, I cannot believe that Jesus Christ will smile at Romans and Americans.
Of course, Allah is the God of anger and subsequent mercy.
Anyway, do not smile like an American on a stage but like ancient Greeks except Socrates.
(Yet, President, Mr. Obama, what that wide smiling to cameras with now globally respected Prime Minister Mr. Hatoyama as he was chosen by Time Magazine? Key voters are now not smiling, though...)
SECTION I: JAPAN & PALESTINE
I-1. JAPAN'S OFFICIAL AID
Major Donors' Assistance to the Palestinians (Excluding contributions to UNRWA)
Assistance by donors (disbursement basis, 1993-2003, except for data for 2004 which is on commitment basis:MOFA & MOP):
International Disbursement in 2004
Embassy of Japan in Jordan
Press Release on March 3, 2009
Japan began assisting UNRWA in 1953. To date, the amount of Japanese aid to the Palestine refugee Agency totals US$ 549 million dollars. Japan has been one of the top donors to UNRWA. The latest assistance from Japan was directed to Gaza to help alleviate the crisis, including an in-kind donation of 8,000 plastic sheets, 29,000 blankets, and 20,000 sleeping mattresses, as well as a US$ 3 million contribution for emergency food aid. Japan is currently exploring other ways to assist UNRWA and the Palestine refugees.
Note: UNRWA stands for U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
Specifically, the total amount of Japan's aid to Palestine reached $1 billion between 1993 and the end of 2008.
I-2. JAPAN'S PRIVATE SECTOR INVOLVEMENT
Tｈere are scores of private sector bodies in Japan that support people of Palestine.
I-3. JAPANESE IN PALESTINE
Ms. Ayako Sono, a very notable Japanese female author, once visited Palestine. She talked with a Palestine female teacher. Catholic writer Ms. Sono pointed to the fact that the No.1 donor to Palestine was America and No.2 Japan. But, the female teacher got excited and spoke something harshly in Arabic. Yet, conservative Japanese author Ms. Sono was accompanied by an Arab woman, as a kind of guide, as she married a Japanese and possessed Japanese nationality. According to interpretation by the Arab Japanese woman, the female teacher said, "America must give us more money, since America is wrong. We must take more money from America! And, this Japanese woman must be abducted (as she is so pro-American)!"
Ms. Ayako Sono wrote in a newspaper column that she avoided even taking a taxi in Palestine after this incident.
Her comment has been discussed by some Japanese in their blogs and sites on the Internet, with and without sympathy for Palestinians.
As other example, a few days ago some Japanese lawmakers of the Liberal Democratic Party visited Palestine to talk with Arab politicians, though Chairman Mr. Mahmoud Abbas was in Shanghai. Palestine leaders asked them about the present situation of Japan's Former Prime Minister Mr. Junichiro Koizumi who visited Palestine in 2006. The Japanese Diet members also visited Jerusalem to even take a picture of the Wailing Wall.
Anyway, Japanese, who respect any valuable and authentic religion, are so interested in Palestine, which the world does not know.
SECTION II: EEE-ECONOMICS
Every player in economy of a nation must exercise responsibility to maintain the sound state of economy, since even Hitler and Stalin can lower an unemployment rate to near zero or minus (through execution of some members of society).
R = T + P + O
R: Real economy
T: Factors explained theoretically by economics
P: Political influence
O: Other reality concerning human beings, society, the world, and history
Economics is part of real economy. Real economy is not a bad part of economics, which brainwashed economists believe.
Economics is a kind of integers while real economy is the whole set of real numbers.
Anyway, a specific unemployment rate of 9.7% in the U.S. and 5.2% in Japan is each explained as follows:
R = k*T + l*P + m*O, where "k," "l," and "m" are coefficients.
Note that here "m" and "l" are far larger than "k."

There are many reasons that nonparty affiliated voters in Japan who supported the Democratic Parth of Japan in the last summer's election are turning the back to the ruling DPJ and the Hatoyama Cabinet, while the Upper House election is scheduled for this summer.
One reason is quality of female candidates and lawmakers of the DPJ, whom mostly Secretary General of the DPJ Mr. Ozawa chose.
It is as if Mr. Ozawa were trying to make the Japanese Diet a kind of tavern or barroom with women who actually worked in such an environment, including an indecent comedian group.
Nonparty affiliated voters who realized the regime change in Japan, so focused on globally, must take responsibility in the next elections. However, the rival LDP was also acting foolish, trying to have a local female lawmaker the media called the most beautiful among female politicians in Japan run for the coming election.
Anyway, as Mr. Ozawa assigned deliberately offices of DPJ female lawmakers in the congressional office building to rooms close to his on the same floor, it is time for nonparty affiliated voters to do justice on the DPJ.
What is hotter than a summer place? A passion for gambling of any sort?)
Psa 5:1 Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
Psa 5:2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.
Psa 5:3 My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
Psa 5:4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.
Psa 5:5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

DNA PATTERN OVER 70 GENERATIONS
Last night a Japanese TV channel presented the film "Da Vinci Code," maybe the second time.
It was a stupid movie based on a sinful novel.
But, as Jesus Christ had several siblings, it is very possible that still some descendants of Mother Mary and Father Joseph, the so-called biological parents of Jesus Christ, continue to live.
If such a person lives today, he or she is probably the 70th generation in the holy family line of blood.
After the death of Jesus Christ, His legacy could be relayed generation after generation among families of descendants of His siblings in a very secret manner.
As miracles are the essence of Christianity, the existence of the 70th generation of a brother of Jesus Christ is very possible.
But, where is he or she, the holy 70th-generation of His family?
There are four possible places: Israel, Rome, New York, or Saudi Arabia.
This can be a great non-nonsense story: There are four persons each in Israel, Rome, New York, and Saudi Arabia with a specific DNA pattern that proves their lineage which can be directly traced back 2000 years to the holy family in the first century in Palestine.
Accordingly, Judaism, Vatican Christianity, Modern Judaism/Christianity Complex, and Islam can be integrated through this story.
But, what pattern of holy DNA, as a miracle, should be looked for?
I might come to have an idea, since I learnt a bit little of biology, in university, though long time ago...
p.s. I have of course nothing to do with the Saturday night incomplete bombing incident involving a smoking Nisssan car parked and abandoned in Times Square, New York, since I was busy writing a history review around Tokyo, though I introduced the song Saturday Night Fever on Friday, Japan Time. (It looks like a kind of conspiracy rather than an act of terror by an Islamic group.)
Even the devil likes a good-mannered slave, like a well-paid priest, who thinks that money must be respected. That is why I propose revolution for non-money economy as the first step toward the Kingdom of God.
Anyway, work of a genius is essentially of charity, even for Mozart, which is why it can survive in history evolving and washing away memory of desire of men.
