" which was the son of Levi" - God vs. Money

God vs. Money

Nobody thinks today that he can conquer the world.  And no one can do.

Even in a country no single rich man can control the whole nation.

But money has almost conquered the world.

Everybody admits value of money in any worlds, including the Christian world, the Islamic world, etc.

Of course love and peace are respected by everybody.  But money prevails.

The last thing that can destroy this evil power of money is God.  And, it is very likely that He will correct human beings in this context.  But, it can be a very hard lesson for mankind.

"Nay: but by the law of faith" - Distrust of the Vatican

Cherry Blossoms Viewing in Japan

Distrust of the Vatican

The Vatican has great networks all over Europe in these centuries if not for the past 2000 years.

It must have a great network to collect information before WWII, too.

So, the Vatican must have known what was going on in Germany in 1930s and early 1940s.

But, the Vatican did not announce to the world that Nazi Germany was killing millions of Judaists.

Another doubt on the Vatican behaviors is that it might not like to see Muslims succeed politically and economically.  The Vatican might like to see Muslims forever living in poor conditions.  Christian Europeans must be always a cut above Muslims, probably in their doctrine.  So, the Vatican might be a big factor for continuing failures of Islamic nations in these decades.

Anyway, Christ is all and Christ is in all.  Religion is all and religion is in all.  Even in politics and economy the Vatican must be a big factor especially around Europe, or in the Islamic world.

Rom 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
Rom 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Rom 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

"which was the son of Mattathias" - China, Korea, and Japan

Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo Area, Japan

China, Korea, and Japan

China, Korea, and Japan were virtually isolated from the world till 1800s.

For China, it was China that was the most advanced in terms of culture in the world.  So, Chinese empires in succession in history did not feel any need to communicate and trade with other nations on an equal basis.  Only if other country had begged a Chinese Emperor to allow trade with China, the Chinese court would regard the foreign country as its subject state and permit trading relations.

So, China did not admit that the UK and other European countries in addition to the US were multiplying their national wealth and military power due to their success in pursuing the Industrial Revolution.   The Qing  dynasty, the last classic Chinese empire, could not manage to learn, study, and adopt Western science and technology.

As for the Korean Kingdom, they were simply proud of being a great follower of Confucianism.  The Korean court was content to be a tributary to China.  Yi-Dynasty Korea was at the time suffering poverty and a moral slump, due to failures in agriculture, a split of the society between the lazy noble class and poor farmers.

As they became blind to the world due to their biased inclination of Confucianism and Sinocentrism, Koreans never tried to reform their social structure, economy, and living standards by introducing fruits of the Industrial Revolution from Europe and the US.

Only Japan could successfully reform its political structure through a civil war which put an end to supremacy of samurai dominance and opened a new era for Westernization and modernization.  This revolutionary movement is called the Meiji Restoration as new Japanese elites, namely ex-samurais, built national structure with Emperor Meiji at their center.  Actually this new era of Japan which started in 1868 is called the Meiji period (till 1912) today.

So, among China, Korea, and Japan, only Japan could start its version of the Industrial Revolution  before the 20th century.
The industrial revolution began about 1870 as Meiji period leaders decided to catch up with the West. The government built railroads, improved roads, and inaugurated a land reform program to prepare the country for further development. It inaugurated a new Western-based education system for all young people, sent thousands of students to the United States and Europe, and hired more than 3,000 Westerners to teach modern science, mathematics, technology, and foreign languages in Japan (O-yatoi gaikokujin).
In 1871 a group of Japanese politicians known as the Iwakura Mission toured Europe and the USA to learn western ways. The result was a deliberate state led industrialisation policy to enable Japan to quickly catch up. The Bank of Japan, founded in 1877, used taxes to fund model steel and textile factories. Education was expanded and Japanese students were sent to study in the west.
Modern industry first appeared in textiles, including cotton and especially silk, which was based in home workshops in rural areas.

So, historical approaches to and views on the past cannot help but be very different among these three countries, since only Japan was resolute in standing against Western powers, including Russians, with its own force and power cultivated through its industrial revolution which started around 1870.

"if a house be divided against itself" - TPP

Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo Area, Japan

TPP

One of the biggest issues in the Japanese politics now is the so-called TPP.

The 2005 Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPSEP or P4) is a free trade agreement among Brunei, Chile, New Zealand, and Singapore. It aims to further liberalize the economies of the Asia-Pacific region.
Since 2010, negotiations have been taking place for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a proposal for a significantly expanded version of TPSEP. The TPP is a proposed free trade agreement under negotiation by (as of December 2012) Australia, Brunei, Chile, Canada, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam.[9] Japan has expressed its desire to become a negotiating partner,[10] but not yet joined negotiations as the TPP became a major issue in Japan's 2012 election.
Anti-globalization advocates accuse the TPP of going far beyond the realm of tariff reduction and trade promotion, granting unprecedented power to corporations and infringing upon consumer, labor, and environmental interests.
One widely republished article claims the TPP is "a wish list of the 1%" and that "of the 26 chapters under negotiation, only a few have to do directly with trade. The other chapters enshrine new rights and privileges for major corporations while weakening the power of nation states to oppose them."

So, it is another form of embodiment of Wall-Street greed.

Though many big American corporations are joining their efforts to make the US Government pursue prevalence of this TPP regime around the Pacific Ocean, some US industry is against it.
"This new trade agreement will place domestic U.S. firms that do not do business overseas at a competitive disadvantage. Foreign firms under this trade pact could conceivably appeal federal regulatory and court rulings against them to an international tribunal with the apparent authority to overrule our sovereignty. If foreign companies want to do business in America, they should have to follow the same rules as everyone else. Obama is negotiating a trade pact that would constitute a judicial authority higher than even the U.S. Supreme Court that could overrule federal court rulings applying U.S. law to foreign companies. That is unconstitutional. The U.S. cannot be allowed to enter a treaty that would abrogate our Constitution."
– Bill Wilson, President, Americans for Limited Government

But some countries also are anxious about an influence of Japan's expected joining of TPP.

Terms of Japan's entry to TPPA talks bad news for NZ, 'surrender of sovereignty' for Japan
'Japan’s Prime Minister Abe will announce this afternoon that Japan will seek to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement (TPPA) negotiations. He already has US endorsement to do so', says Professor Jane Kelsey who has just returned from observing the Singapore round of the talks.
Once a 90-day notification period to the US Congress expired Japan would be able to join the talks in September, one month before the political leaders of the existing eleven countries hope to sign the completed deal.
'If this is true, the US has effected a double play on New Zealand', said Professor Kelsey.
Trade Minister Groser said New Zealand would welcome Japan's participation 'once we have established procedures for their entry that are acceptable to their governments and to ours'. That was widely taken to mean Japan’s agreement to comprehensive agricultural liberalisation in line with the statement of the TPPA leaders in Honolulu in November 2011.
Australia has been trying unsuccessfully to achieve that goal in a free trade negotiation with Japan since 2007.
New Zealand would have just over three months to get Japan to agree or give way to a timeframe that appears to have been imposed unilaterally by the US.
'Even if Japan agrees in principle to consider opening dairy market access, that is just the first step in the process', according to Professor Kelsey.
'Assuming the US continues to delay any substantial discussion of dairy market access to its own markets until September, the US and Japan could then join forces in demanding flexibility and stymie the one gain that New Zealand government has said is a bottom line and without which it will walk away from the TPPA'.

So, TPP might make every party unhappy except Mr. Obama.

It should be abolished.

"John was not yet cast into prison" - Anti-Christ Revolution

Tokyo Suburb Railroad
Tokyo Suburb

 Anti-Christ Revolution

This economic state of the world is rooted in the Industrial Revolution which first began in England between 1760 and 1830.

But underlying motivations for this movement were very anti-Christ:
There were two main values that really drove the industrial revolution in Britain. These values were self-interest and an entrepreneurial spirit. Because of these interests, many industrial advances were made that resulted in a huge increase in personal wealth. These advancements also greatly benefitted the British society as a whole. Countries around the world started to recognize the changes and advancements in Britain and use them as an example to begin their own industrial revolutions.

Hence, this global economy based on science and technology rooted in the British Industrial Revolution would destroy the world eventually, since its fundamental motivations are so anti-Christ.

Joh 3:24 For John was not yet cast into prison.
Joh 3:25 Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying.
Joh 3:26 And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.
Joh 3:27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
