"I am Gabriel" - European Atheists

Tokyo

European Atheists

It is atheism, rather than the freedom of press, that is behind the French culture.

Atheists are better than Protestants for the Vatican, while atheists are better than Catholics for Protestants.

Atheists might come to become Protestants if Protestants can persuade them to join their religion.   Atheists might come to become Catholics if Catholics can persuade them to join their religion.

Accordingly, the freedom of press implies the balance between the Vatican, Protestant churches, and atheists.

But for Muslims it is unthinkable that a man can be an atheist.  It is because the Koran is so holy and superb.  It could not be written without holy guidance of God.  The presence of the Koran proves existence of God.  It is unbelievable for Muslims to deny existence of God, since it is tantamount to denying the Koran and its holy power.

But it is not so uncomfortable for Muslims to live with atheists in France.  Because Muslims could have a sense of superiority while European atheists also confirm their superiority against "slaves of religion."

In addition, European Judaists like atheists.  They are very safe for Judaists.  And for all of them, the freedom of press is an important tool to allow atheists to survive and increase their number.

The situation is complicated, but what is at the core is simple: atheists.   Or should we regard atheists as believers of Satan?

"unto Christ are fourteen generations" - The Future Testament and Gospel

Last Year's Snow in the Tokyo Suburbs

The Future Testament and Gospel

What is the most strange is that no Bibles have been written in these 1,900 years.

No continuation of the Old Testament has been written, and no Gospels or the fifth or the sixth one has been written.

It is very strange while Judaists have been living for 2,000 years and Christians have been living for the same period of time after the First Emergence of Christ Jesus.

More Testaments and Bibles should have been created, but only the Koran was edited in these 2,000 years as a new holy book.

Have Judaists and Christians lost spiritual ability to communicate with holy spirits?  But it seems that only holy Muhammad was endowed such ability with in these centuries.

If such a new Bible or Testament is to be produced in the US, it must probably begin with the 9/11 Terror of 2001 and continue with descriptions on the 2008 Financial Crisis.

If it should be written in Japan, it must probably start with description of the atomic bomb attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 and continue with the 1995 Hanshin-Kobe Earthquake and Tokyo subway terror with a sarin gas and further the 2011 Northeast Japan Great Tsunami and subsequent Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Accident.

Maybe some holy men are writing such a holy book now.  But how are they being guided by holy ghosts?

For instance, last night I met an American woman in my dream.  She spoke Japanese while I was speaking English.  And finally she disappeared while I was checking something at the counter of a railway station.  She said something about a domiciliary register before the disappearing act.

New authors of the future Testament or Gospel must be guided by angels even in their dreams like holy Mohammed was guided by the angel Gabriel.

By the way what were your ancestors fourteen generations ago doing?  If it translates into 500 years, it was when Columbus discovered America.  It is time for an American or somebody to enter into the writing of a modern Gospel.

"Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples" - Know the Era

Around a Railway Station in the Tokyo Suburbs

Know the Era

The year 1995 was a very drastic year for Japan.

There occurred a big earthquake in Kobe in January 1995.  And sarin gas terror was carried out by a cult called Aum Shinrikyo in the Tokyo subway lines in March 1995.

Around Kobe City, close to the major city of western Japan Osaka, 6,000 people were killed.  In Tokyo subways, 6,000 people were harmed by the poisonous gas sarin, with 13 deaths.

After 1995, Japan entered a deflation period that has continued to date.

Maybe those incidents in 1995 changed a mind set of the Japanese people.  Japan has not increased its GDP since the middle of 1990s.  But Japanese businesses started to move their factories and plants to China and other Asian countries in a large scale (total 20,000 Japanese companies have moved part of their operation into China).  At the time, in explaining these movements of Japanese companies, the Japanese media pointed at economic globalization that forced Japanese businesses to use cheap labor force in China.  Anyway, as a result China's GDP grew so rapidly but Japan entered the deflation period where a wage level of Japanese workers stopped rising.

However, the 2001 Terror on New York and Washington DC led to the sub-prime loan mortgage boom in the US in 2000s.  Then the US triggered the 2008 Global Financial Crisis that subsequently caused the Euro Crisis.

Now we don't know where the recent Paris Terror would lead.  Or we don't now where the 2014 Ukrainian Crisis would lead.  Europe might have to undergo a very difficult time.

"And the evening and the morning" - No More Religious Conflicts

Mt. Fuji, 100 km far, Tokyo Skytree Tower 20 km, and Mt. Asama 115 km far

No More Religious Conflicts

There are many aspects in the Christian Bible and the Old Testament.

You may even interpret them as predicting your birth in the end of the 20th century.  But some Christians interpret them as predicting the emergence of a dangerous man, the founder of Islam, while some Muslims interpret them as proving holiness of the first Muslim, holy Muhammad.

Muhammad in the Bible

Claimed prophecies of Muhammad in the Bible have formed part of Muslim tradition from its early history. Subsequent Muslim writers have expanded on these arguments and have argued to identify other references to Muhammad in the text of the Bible, both in the Jewish Tanakh and in the Christian New Testament. Several verses in the Qur'an, as well as several Hadiths, state that Muhammad is described in the Bible. The Gospel of Barnabas, which explicitly mentions Muhammad, has also been identified as an ancient prediction about the prophet, but is widely seen by scholars as a fabrication from the Early Modern Age.
Some Muslim writers argue that expectations of forthcoming prophets existed within the Jewish community from before the lifetime of Jesus through to that of Muhammad, and that Muhammad was the final fulfillment of these expectations.
Various Christian writers have also interpreted Muhammad in Bible prophecy as being either the False Prophet or the Antichrist.

In canonical gospels

The Parable of the Tenants
33 "Listen to another parable. There was a householder who planted a vineyard, made a fence round it, dug a wine-tank in it, and built a strong lodge; then let the place to vine-dressers, and went abroad.34 When vintage-time approached, he sent his servants to the vine-dressers to receive his share of the grapes;35 but the vine-dressers seized the servants, and one they cruelly beat, one they killed, one they pelted with stones.36 Again he sent another party of servants more numerous than the first; and these they treated in the same manner.37 Later still he sent to them his son, saying, "'They will respect my son.'38 "But the vine-dressers, when they saw the son, said to one another, "'Here is the heir: come, let us kill him and get his inheritance.'39 "So they seized him, dragged him out of the vineyard, and killed him.40 When then the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vine-dressers?" 41 "He will put the wretches to a wretched death," was the reply, "and will entrust the vineyard to other vine-dressers who will render the produce to him at the vintage season."

42 "Have you never read in the Scriptures," said Jesus, "'The Stone which the builders rejected has been made the Cornerstone: this Cornerstone came from the Lord, and is wonderful (θαυμαστὴ) in our eyes'?
43 "That, I tell you, is the reason why the Kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and given to a nation that will exhibit the power of it. 44 He who falls on this stone will be severely hurt; but he on whom it falls will be utterly crushed." 45 After listening to His parables the High Priests and the Pharisees perceived that He was speaking about them; 46 but though they were eager to lay hands upon Him, they were afraid of the people, for by them He was regarded as a Prophet.
—Matthew 21:33-46 (Mark 12:1-12; Luke 20:9-18)

Muslims read the Parable of the tenants in the light of the following Hadith:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "My similitude in comparison with the other prophets before me, is that of a man who has built a house nicely and beautifully, except for a place of one brick in a corner. The people go about it and wonder at its beauty, but say: 'Would that this brick be put in its place!' So I am that brick, and I am the Seal of the Prophets."

The Qur'an addresses the Jews in many verses and blames them for killing the Prophets of God:
Qur'an 2:91 And when it is said to them, "Believe in what Allah has revealed," they say, "We believe [only] in what was revealed to us." And they disbelieve in what came after it, while it is the truth confirming that which is with them. Say, "Then why did you kill the prophets of Allah before, if you are [indeed] believers?"

Qur'an 2:87 And We did certainly give Moses the Torah and followed up after him with apostles. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs and supported him with the Holy Spirit. But is it [not] that every time an apostle came to you, [O Children of Israel], with what your souls did not desire, you were arrogant? And a party [of apostles] you denied and another party you killed.

Christians argue that the stone the builders rejected was Jesus himself. However, the fact is that Jesus was rejected by the tenants not by the builders.
Muslim writers like Sami Ameri argued that the Greek word for wonderful (θαυμαστὴ) in Matthew 21:42 and Mark 12:11 has a similar meaning to the Arabic word for Ahmad in Qur'an 61:6.  Sami cites "the New Testament Greek Lexicon - King James Version" which translates (θαυμαστὴ) to "worthy of pious admiration";[69] a meaning which is quite similar to the meaning of the Arabic words for Ahmad and Muhammad.

Muhammad as Antichrist
Christian writers have also claimed that Muhammad was predicted in the Bible, as a forthcoming Antichrist, false prophet, or false Messiah. According to Albert Hourani, initial interactions between Christian and Muslim peoples were characterized by hostility on the part of the Europeans because they interpreted Muhammad in a Biblical context as being the Antichrist.[88] The earliest known exponent of this view was John of Damascus in the 7th century.[89] In c. 850 CE about 50 Christians were killed in Muslim-ruled Córdoba, Andalusia after a Christian priest named Perfectus said that Muhammad was one of the "false Christs" prophesied in Matthew 24:16.42. The monk Eulogius of Córdoba justified the views of Perfectus and the other Martyrs of Córdoba, saying that they witnessed "against the angel of Satan and forerunner of Antichrist...Muhammed, the heresiarch."[90] John Calvin argued that “The name Antichrist does not designate a single individual, but a single kingdom which extends throughout many generations", saying that both Muhammad and the Catholic popes were "antichrists".

The prophecy of the "Four kingdoms of Daniel" in Chapter 7 of the Book of Daniel has also been interpreted by Christians as a prediction of Muhammad. Eulogius argued that Muhammad was the Fourth Beast in the prophesy.[91] Another medieval monk, Alvarus, argued that Muhammad was the "eleventh king" that emerged from the Fourth Beast. According to historian John Tolan,

My standpoint is that we should edit the Unified Holy Book to be commonly used by Judaists, Christians, and Muslims.

If it should be created, we will have no religious conflicts any more.  But how can we compile it based on the present holy books of these religions?  By being guided by Angels and holy spirits, of course.

"into the wilderness" - The Last Unhappy Man

The Sun sets beside Mt. Fuji, 100 km far from the Tokyo suburbs

The Last Unhappy Man

Tolstoy writes that happy families are akin to one another but unhappy families are so diverse.

Christ Jesus said that happy people don't need God; it is a patient that needs a doctor.

For happy people, a life passes so fast and ends so abruptly.  Memories of their happy times are not reserved.  Only their evil spirits and greedy natures remain and go into the Hades.

Truth of a life must be hidden from them.  Their knowledge and experiences in the world will lose relevance and meaning in their minds when they die.  Their wisdom and smartness should degenerate into laughable shallow cleverness.

Happiness never teaches truth of the humanity and the spiritual value.

But unhappiness invokes God's mercy.  Through unhappiness men can see the truth of humanity and the spiritual value.  If a poor and unhappy man doesn't understand the earth is round, he can see how cruel people flying around the world and making business are.

Happy people have only one common destination, the hell.  But Heaven is wide and infinite so that it can accommodate any unhappy people according to their merit and wishes.

Happy people commonly want money that is one way ticket to the hell.  But, unhappy people find countless virtues in humanity and human natures.  They want to realize those virtues in themselves.  And Heaven will allow them to achieve their wishes.  So, there are a myriad of paradises according to variety of unhappy people.

It is because a man cannot be happy without sacrificing others or making others unhappy.  Being happy is an act of evil.

If you follow honestly the word of Christ Jesus, how can you be happy while there are so many unhappy people around you?  But if you become the last unhappy person in the world, God might allow you to be happy eventually.  But I don't know,

"praying without at the time of incense" - History as God

Around Tokyo Station

History as God

History is God for human beings.

When we look at the long history of mankind, we have to feel something so profound and solemn.  It is all beyond any man's design or scenario but it manifests ability and power God has endowed mankind with.  The only source of such ability and power mankind has exercised through its long history is God.  Accordingly, in awe of God we have to observe our history.  And we have to feel that history is God's and history is God.

We cannot easily see God around us, though it is not impossible. But we can find God in history, since our existence simply depends on the good will of God.

History is a series of moments at each of which God refrained from destroying mankind.  Accordingly, we can trace how mankind foolishly and sinfully acted but God narrowly overlooked it.  It is a kind of interaction between human thoughts and behaviors and God's interference.

Of course, when we look back at our past and present living, we might find God at certain points of time or on some occasions.  But we have to realize first we are living in the world that has been allowed to continue to exist from the far distant past.

And the great accumulation of human deeds and activities in these 5,000 years tells us how we have been under the will or control of God.  We have to see God behind the flow of our history, since God always watches mankind.

And most importantly, the fact that we are now living in 2000s is very important, since each of us might have been born 100 years ago, 1000 years ago, or 1500 years ago; but we are living the year 2015.  But why?  Just by chance?

If you think that there is no God and you happen to be living 2015, everything around you has no meaning other than a phantom.  It simply passes away with you living toward death.

But if you sense existence of God, everything around you will come to have significant meaning.  Besides, you have to acknowledge a possibility that God always watches you just like He is watching the whole history of mankind.

Every religion must have any kind of relevance to this notion.

Judaism is too personal in relation with God; Christianity is so passionate with an emphasis on the Second Coming of Christ; and Islam is no more tolerant about men's enjoying future.

As it has been 2000 years since the Son of God appeared in the human world, we have to expect God to decisively interfere with mankind.  And I think the Second Coming of Christ has been realized in these years.

"a cloud received him out of their sight" - Frictions between Christians and Muslims

Tokyo

Frictions between Christians and Muslims

Whatever has happened in the world, you have to calmly wait for the promised coming of Christ Jesus.

There were many acts of terrors, wars, and armed conflicts.  But they never settled definitely. One change in situations led to occurrence of another event.  And some people were sacrificed while a majority of others simply survived with some lessons that never taught them a final solution.

Due to accumulated amounts of evil deeds, contaminated desires, and committed crimes, a terror or any other terrible incident occurs at some interval of time in the world.

Having said so, this incident of the terror in Paris is really alarming.  The US was attacked in 2001, London was attacked in 2005, and now Paris is now experiencing terror in 2015.  Terrorists are all Islamic.  Apparently the focus of history is now on Islam.

Though you might not believe at all, a third world war-class tragedy can be triggered by this situation involving Muslims in a global scale.  For example, before WWI, nobody probably believed that the Judaist issue would trigger a world war after the then coming World War I.

Indeed after 2001, many Muslims have been killed in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Gaza, etc.  Even before 2001, European Muslims in the Balkans and the south of Russia were killed in a large number.

Something decisive, a third world war-class tragedy, seems to have already begun with Muslims.

And this movement might converge on Israel sooner or later.

But can it be realized that Israel ceases to be a threat to Muslims and the Islamic world advances economically to accommodate all the Muslims living and working in Europe to erase frictions between Christians and Muslims?

The path to such a final state must be, however, full of tragic accidents like the one recently observed in Paris and still going on there.

"the latchet of whose shoes" - Roles of Islamic Phillosophy

A 2011 Tsunami Stricken Town, Northeast Japan

Roles of Islamic Phillosophy

Islam has philosophy.  And it is still alive.
In recent studies by Muslim contemporary thinkers that aim at "renewing the impetus of philosophical thinking in Islam," Nader El-Bizri offers a critical analysis of the conventions that dominate mainstream academic and epistemic approaches in studying Islamic philosophy. These approaches, of methodology and historiography are looked at from archival standpoints within Oriental and Mediaevalist Studies, fail to recognize the fact that philosophy in Islam can still be a living intellectual tradition. He maintains that its renewal requires a radical reform in ontology and epistemology within Islamic thought.
For the Christian culture to prevail in the world, it has needed to be supported by results of fundamental studies of the Christian mind.  Even the Industrial Revolution would have been impossible to have advanced to the modern status of science and technology without cultural frameworks having been based on the Christian philosophy.

So, any future advancement of global Islamic communities need effective Islamic philosophy today.

What Muslims need is not weapons to destroy any chances for Islamic peaceful advancement but philosophy toward future.
