Temperature, Sound, Radar, and God's Eye
(La température, bruit, radar, et oeil de Dieu)

Those concerned with global warming should read the article on the Radio Acoustic Sounding System now operated by Japanese scientists in India to measure temperature in the stratosphere.

At the altitude of 50km (30 miles) above India, temperature has been decreasing since 1998.

At the altitude of 60 to 70km (38 to 44 miles) over the Indian subcontinent, temperature dropped by 0.6 to 0.7 degrees Celsius between 1998 and 2006.

Green house gas is concentrated in the troposphere, the atmosphere between the ground level and the altitude of 10 to 15km. This gas, including CO2, prevents heat generated on the surface of the earth due to energy of the sun light from escaping to the outer space. Therefore, while the temperature in troposphere is increasing, the temperature in the atmosphere above the troposphere (and thus near the outer space) is decreasing.

Conversely, if the temperature in the atmosphere above the troposphere, which is called the stratosphere, is found to be decreasing, it is confirmed that the temperature in the troposphere is increasing.

To measure the temperature in the stratosphere, Japanese scientists use powerful sound waves emitted from an observation base on the ground. While the sound waves are running up through the air, the air on its path vibrates. This vibration follows the sound speed decided by a temperature at each altitude. Accordingly, by measuring the time the sound waves take to reach a certain altitude, we can find a temperature at the altitude.

In order to measure the time the sound waves take to reach a certain altitude, a specific radio monitoring system or a radar system is used. It is because the vibration or the disturbance of the air at a certain altitude can be detected by use of radio waves or a radar.

In this way, we can measure temperature at the altitude from 50 to 70km by use of the Radio Acoustic Sounding System.

Put simply, a radio wave can be used to measure a temperature at a specific altitude, since a radar using the radio wave can measure the magnitude of disturbance or vibration of the air which indicates a sound speed decided by the temperature at the altitude.

This scientific theory has been well known for a long time; but it is Japanese scientists who have first applied it to practical measurement.

Consequently, it is conformed that the troposphere, the space between the ground level and the altitude of 10 to 15km, is becoming warmer.

We surely live in the atmospheric environment the temperature of which is increasing.

My dream is to control the atmospheric environment of the earth. Mankind should be able to control, for instance, movement of the air, creation of clouds, occurrence of rains, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

They just consist of atoms and molecules, or more specifically, water molecules, O2 molecules, CO2 molecules, nitrogen, etc.

If we can target each of them and work on it, we may be able to control a mass of those atoms and molecules which is namely air, a cloud, and rain.

As their features are mostly based on electrons flying around a core of an atom or a molecule, radio waves may be also effective.

So, in principle, we can control air, clouds, and rain through our control of atoms and molecules, though there are virtually an infinite number of them.

Most significantly, I believe that God knows a location and movement of every atom and every molecule at any moment.

It may take 2000 years for mankind to invent a machine to track and record a location and movement of every atom and every molecule in the air at any moment, which is though possible in principle, so that mankind can control all atmospheric phenomena on the earth.

Now you know at what level our science of today is.

We can measure movement of the air at 40 miles high, but we cannot control it, since we cannot see any atoms and molecules in the air and space.

Indeed, we can measure it; but we can neither control nor create it.

But, God, as the Creator, should be able to see every atom and molecule in the air and thus control them.

If we love God more, He will give us a chance to get such ability as that needed for addressing the global warming.

(Again, we have confirmed the greatness of God and a great contribution from Japanese scientists to the world.

As for global warming, the simplest solution is for you to be poor.

Indeed, you have to be as poor as those who live in sub Saharan Africa.

So, with what are you going to begin?

Indeed, you should not love rich people, for people's desire to be rich is the true source of the global warming.

Truly, you must love the poor.
[Wirklich mußt du die Armen lieben.])
