= The Yearly Request to the United States of America (Draft) =

Here we request the U.S. Government to well observe the following demands and wishes.

1. Give at least one seat in the Senate to a representative of Native Americans.

2. Give a voting right in the Presidential Election to each of the Japanese people who stays or resides in the United States on the day of the Election unconditionally.

3. Send to Afghanistan a staff of 30,000 medical and health experts, social workers, agricultural and engineering experts, and other specialists needed for improvement of the society and people’s lives there in lieu of 30,000 more soldiers.

4. Give back the sovereignty over Guam, Saipan, and other Pacific-Ocean islands that had been governed by the Empire of Japan before the Second World War to Japan unless objections are filed by native residents there.

I once wrote that treasure of the Indian Ocean lies in the mind of Indians.

If you have no jewel in your heart, you cannot truly have your diamond glitter on any part of your appearance.

Yet, the azure and the blue waves of the Mediterranean are true jewels for Europe.

Even on the shore of Palestine or Gaza, we may find some bijoux, since they have actually celebrated the inauguration of President Mr. Barack Obama with 1,000 blood streams shed to the Sea like 2050 years or 1950 years ago.

(After a flurry of futile festival or a great but tragic war, or even for a broken heart or a destroyed nation, the sky, the sea, and the sun will tenderly offer a hope for the future…

Luk 1:21 And the people waited for Zacharias, and marvelled that he tarried so long in the temple.

Luk 1:22 And when he came out, he could not speak unto them: and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple: for he beckoned unto them, and remained speechless.

Luk 1:23 And it came to pass, that, as soon as the days of his ministration were accomplished, he departed to his own house.

Luk 1:24 And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived, and hid herself five months, saying,

Luk 1:25 Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men.
