I do not know if the 2016 Summer Olympic Games will be held in Tokyo.
But, if it is so decided, I will recommend parties concerned to transfer a right to hold 2016 Olympic basketball games to Chicago and a right to hold 2016 Olympic soccer games to Rio de Janeiro.
And, in 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games, the Japanese Government issued various types of special postage stamps. Many citizens all over Japan earnestly bought the commemorative stamps to financially help the 1964 Olympics.
It was also said that those stamps would grow in value to be placed a premium on in future. But, I have never heard of anybody who has become rich by reselling those stamps at higher prices in market in these decades.
And, most of the stamps poor boys and girls all over Japan bought with their humble allowances, forming a long line and waiting for their turn at the counter of a postal office, must have gone with their dreams of good and old days of 1960's...
SECTION I: Mr. Muhammad Yunus
Bangladeshi banker and economist Mr. Yunus helped open an ophthalmic hospital that provides free medical services to the poor but non-free services to ordinary citizens, according to a Japan's NHK TV reporting.
So far 1800 people have visited the hospital, since there are many local people who develop a cataract to become blind eventually in Bangladesh.
Poor villagers paid no charge but ordinary citizens paid US$25. So far, 900 patients among 1800 have received free medical treatments; nonetheless the hospital has no difficulty in its financial management.

A hospital free to the poor must also become a touchstone for American Christians.

SECTION II: North Korea
First of all, if the 2016 Summer Olympic Games should be hosted by Tokyo City, I suppose that we have to introduce baseball and softball again as Olympic sports and transfer rights to host these sports in the capital of North Korea.
Remember, baseball is active in the U.S., Japan, Taiwan, and Korea in addition to Cuba and Venezuela. Even Chinese people are being oriented to this sport along with growth of their economy.
Baseball must be practiced in North Korea and Iran as major sports.
If a country that loves baseball has nuclear warhead missiles, no one thinks it is a threat.
A country that cannot enjoy baseball sometimes abducts other nationalities or subsidizes terrorists, from statistics of the modern history.
And, you can put on a cool uniform in the game of baseball or softball, sir.

The U.S. exports more than 10,000 corneas to the world every year.
But, you have to probably wait for full development of stem cells rather than wishing that somebody would provide you with his or her heart or other organ in whatever situations.
It is a matter of religion not financing.
