"I am the resurrection, and the life"

(Captain Tokyo loves to look 100 km far...)

HISTORY RICHER THAN MONEY

To your surprise, any first-rate Japanese enterprise is not free from evil of a criminal syndicate.

In the case of the construction industry, gangsters are estimated to blackmail in a customary manner construction companies and subcontractors into paying 3% or so of a total project cost in exchange of refraining from causing troubles on site or in vicinities (which would require more than 5% of the project cost and very long time to solve it thorough a legal channel).

If it is so in Japan, how bad situations are in China, Russia, Mexico, and Iraq or Afghanistan?

Yet, "money fixes the matter" is a stupid attitude any presidents and executives of businesses should not take.

In this context, you had better say, "Not money but justice that pleases God!"

SECTION I: 500 Years Before A.D. 1

Two thousand and five hundred years ago, mankind started to prepare for great development of its history beyond the birth of the Son of God, Jesus the Nazareth, to the decisive era of 2000's, namely 2500 years ahead from 500's B.C.

----------
587/586 BC: Jerusalem falls to the Babylonians, ending the Kingdom of Judah. The conquerors destroy the Temple of Jerusalem and exile the land's remaining inhabitants. Babylonian Captivity for the Jews began.

580 BC: Pythagoras of Samos, Greek mathematician and discoverer of the Pythagorean theorem (c. 580 BC– c. 500 BC)

563 BC—Birth of Siddhartha Gautama, later known as Gautama Buddha in Lumbini, Nepal (d. May, 483 BC

537 BC: Jews transported to Babylon are allowed to return to Jerusalem, bringing to a close the Babylonian captivity.

510 BC: Establishment of the Roman Republic.

501 BC: Confucius is appointed governor of Chung-tu.

500 BC: Darius I of Persia proclaims that Aramaic be the official language of the western half of his empire.

----------

It is summarized below:

1. Around 500 B.C., Israelites found that they needed a book, a holy book instead of a holy temple, since they could be lost in war and be exiled leaving a devastated holy temple in Jerusalem..

2. Around 500 B.C., Greek scholars set foundation of the modern science, since everything depends on geometry, including Einstein's works and genetically engineered foods.

3. Around 500 B.C., the Buddha started barefoot preaching of his transcendent philosophy establishing a religious sphere, which was later uniquely developed in Japan leading to its great global success in the 20th century and beyond.

4. Around 500 B.C.,ancient Romans started to establish their power base which was virtually extended to the modern global hegemony of Europe at large.

5. Around 500 B.C., Confucius and other Chinese wise men set the foundation of the great east Asian civilization teaching and practicing their own schools of philosophy, which were specifically later inherited by Japanese as principle guidelines for their 800 year-long rule by samurais and samurai spirits.

6. Around 500 B.C., Aramaic, the language later Jesus Christ used, started to diffuse under the rule by Persians.

Indeed, 500 B.C. is a miracle century without which mankind must be still living a kind of the Stone Age even today if not extinct.

Students and professors in the world must study 500 B.C. before delving into any holy books, in my humble view.

SECTION II: STUDY ON THE NATURE OF MONEY

Though it is based on the status in 2006, it is interesting to know:
---------
Total Currency Flow
Japan: $700 billion equivalent
USA: $800 billion

Total Coin Flow
Japan: $40 billion equivalent
USA: $37 billion

Share of Coins in Total Money
Japan: 5.7%
USA: 4.6%

However U.S. dollars supplied by U.S. Government exist outside the U.S. in the ratio of 3:2 to those inside the U.S.

Generally speaking, an average American carries real money, not plastic money, in an amount of a ratio of 1:5 to that carried by an average Japanese in his or her pocket or purse.

---------

I don't know how the Council of Economic Advisor to President Mr. Barack Obama has explained to the President and Vice President the nature of the American dollar; but its final authority comes from the U.S. presidency.

Jesus Christ solemnly taught that coins circulated in regions subject to the Roman Empire belong to the authority of the Roman Empire.

However, as the Vatican with the Pope virtually succeeded the Roman Empire with the emperor, America made some adjustment introducing "IN GOD" into its authority base.

Once using coins is admitting authority of Caesar.

Today, using dollars is exercising people's right as sovereign who delegates its power to the president.

"What is Caesar's, including money, to Caesar you return obeying my order," is a holy word.

"What is the American people's, including money, to the American people you return obeying my order," should be a holy word.

But, who took it out of the hand of the American people? The Devil??

Money, women, violence, and drugs were four major elements of the underground world.

Especially, attractive money, attractive women, attractive violence, and attractive drugs are dangerous.

You need at least four advisers, each against each danger.

So, you are blessed with small fortunes, a Christian wife, soundness in the body and reason, and your law-abiding friends in America.

(...though situations are a little complicated for Captain Tokyo in Japan while avoiding being a victim of whatever sort, since there are 120 million people with 120 dollar or more bills and coins each in his/her purse...)

Joh 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

Joh 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Joh 11:27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.
