"I baptize with water: but "

(Tokyo, 2010)

"Gee! This is like an American film!" - Japanese baseball player Ichiro Suzuki in America, the spring of 2001

Now President Mr. Barack Obama is delivering his State of the Union address as being broadcast live around Tokyo via a cable TV channel.

"Despite our hardship, our union is strong...," stressed he.

Yet, he seems to hate bank bailouts...which might eventually suggest the War on Wall Street.

But, it is very interesting that he has used the term "Lost Decade" referring to the American economy...finally...

SECTION I: Internet User Poll

Those who do not support Prime Minister Mr. Yukio Hatoyama account for 60% of Japanese Internet users, according to The Sankei Shimbun Newspaper.

Those who support Mr. Hatoyama account for just around 10%.

Internet users in Japan look very conservative.

But, if P.M. Mr. Hatoyama requests lawmaker Mr. Ichiro Ozawa to step down from the post of the Secretary-General of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, the approval rate will surely shoot up to 30%.

It is partly because veteran Lower-House member Mr. Ozawa seems to respect the Chinese President more than the American President.

SECTION II: Government Budget

In any country on the earth, a government is tackling how to make the accounts balance.

---------
Tonight, the President apparently will call for a freeze in non-defense so-called discretionary spending. That is about 15% of the total federal budget. It also was increased by $140 billion last year. So he is freezing spending after he increased it by 25% in one year. It’s a little like the guy who robs your house and then returns your toaster-oven and expects you to be happy about it.

In my view, it is time to seriously think about separation of annual government revenue and annual expenditures.

Tax should be collected only to control money flow in society.

Public projects and any other services a government must provide should be provided based on other paradigm than economy. They must not be influenced by annual tax revenues.

In my view, Japan is in a more suitable position than the U.S. in thinking about this new paradigm.

As for President Mr. Barack Obama, I think he should sacrifice a chance for his second entry for the 2012 Presidential Election. Instead, he should launch the War on Wall Street. And, he should leave the White House with whatever victory like a hero in 2013...since otherwise any victory is impossible.

As for me, I think there are still many young people to be controlled and trained so that they can behave well before God. That is why I have never wished to be prime minister of Japan. Never!

Joh 1:26 John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not;

Joh 1:27 He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose.

Joh 1:28 These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
