"they glorified God" - (Levels of Radiation and Calculation)

Tokyo Streets in the Rain

Levels of Radiation and Calculation (niveaux de rayonnement et le calcul)

As all the six nuclear reactors of Fukushima Daiichi are stopped due to the 3/11 Disaster, Tokyo Electric Power Company has lost 32,949,000,000 kilowatt-hours in its output of power generation.

Accordingly, in late March and in early April, TEPCO applied regional planned outage to its service areas around Tokyo (which is now not implemented).

Though this outage did not apply to Tokyo Metropolitan Area, the Imperial couple of the Emperor and the Empress stopped using electricity as if the Imperial Palace had been included in a certain outage area. Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress reportedly dined by candlelight without space heating by electricity during the assumed outage.

Of course, the government office, ministry buildings, the Prime Minister Office, and TEPCO's headquarters building enjoyed electricity as much as they wanted during the planned outage applied to some areas around Tokyo.

I think that there are many Japanese voters who want Prime Minister Mr. Naoto Kan to resign at appropriate timing or as soon as possible, since the 3/11 Disaster occurred while he was held against having received illegal political money from a Korean resident in Japan.

SECTION I: Fukushima Elementary/Middle Schools Radiation Levels

There are more than 1600 elementary schools, junior high-schools, and kindergartens in Fukushima Prefecture as the prefecture has 2 million population.

A Japanese authority measures a radiation dose level at the height of 1 cm and 1 meter above the play ground of each school to present results in a web site. For example:

#...Name...City...micro Sieverts/hour (1 cm)...micro Sv/h (1 meter)
7 - Onami Elementary School, Fukushima: 6.1, 4.8
249 - Sakura Nursery, Koriyama: 5.2, 3.2
970 - Tamano Jr. High, Soma, Soma: 5.2, 4.1
1003- Onahama Higashi Elementary, Iwaki: 0.75, 0.62

The dose of 5 micro Sieverts per hour means 120 micro Sieverts per day, 3.6 milli Sieverts/month, and 43 milli Sieverts/year, which is believed to be fairly dangerous to children.

SECTION II: PC Performance in 2000's

Let’s pick up PCs made by Toshiba (a Japanese electronics giant) in 2000’s.

Launch Date...Model...CPU...Memory...HDD
============================================
Oct. 2000…DB65P/4MC…650MHz…64MB…20GB

Oct. 2001…T3/410PME…1GHz…256MB…30GB

Oct. 2002…T6/518CDE…1.8GHz…256MB…40GB

Oct. 2003…EX/522PDET3…2.2GHz…256MB…80GB

May 2004…VX/2W15LDSTW…1.5GHz…256MB…80GB

Aug. 2005…VX/670LS…1.73GHz…512MB…100GB

Aug. 2006…TX/980LS…1.66GHz…1GB…120GB

Aug. 2007…TX/67D…1.80GHz…1GB…160GB

Aug. 2008…TX/66G…2.26GHz…2GB…320GB

Oct. 2009…TX/66K…2.53GHz…4GB…500GB

Between 2000 and 2009, the CPU performance increased by 3.9 times; the memory size by 62.5 times; and the hard disk capacity by 25 times.

In total a personal computer was powered up by 3.9 x 62.5 x 25 = 6094 times.

The operating system was enhanced from Windows Me to XP and Vista and to Windows 7.

If it is simply translated to processing time, a manipulation of a PC that had taken one hour and 40 minutes in 2000 could be completed in one second in 2009.

Or what it had taken a full day in 2000 to handle a bunch of data files could be accomplished in 14 seconds in 2009.

It is enormous progress. It is no wonder that CIA could not find whereabouts of Osama bin Laden in 2001, though the Federal Government could do in 2011. It is so, since what CIA had been doing in a year to look for Osama bin Laden using computers in 2000 could be done in 1 hour and 30 minutes in 2009.

Joking aside, this performance growth also tells why China could so swiftly absorb or steal technical/business information from Japan and the U.S. in 2000's.

Recently viewers in the U.S., Germany, and Iran take higher ratios among all in this blog.

The Fukushima Daiichi accidents must have an influence on this trend.

The U.S. has the most nuclear power stations among all the nations in the world; Germany has decided to abandon nuclear energy; but Iran is still making efforts to build a nuclear power station for their own.

As Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Naoto Kan said in France and G8 Summit, Japan is going to develop non-nuclear energy more. Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Fukushima Daiichi, it is enough for Japan.

And, Israel should stop pursuing a commercial nuclear energy program:
It also touched on Japan. "It certainly caused me to reconsider the projects of building civil nuclear power plants," Netanyahu said. "I have to tell you I was a lot more enthusiastic about it than I am now."
...
"I don't think we're going to pursue civil nuclear energy in the coming years," responded Netanyahu.

And, Israel should abandon all the nuclear weapons it has secretly developed.

Of course, Pakistan, India, and China should abolish their defense strategy ultimately relying on nuclear weapons.

Then, the U.S., France, the U.K., and Russia (in addition to North Korea) should know that no one in the world is afraid of their nuclear weapons.

Luk 5:23 Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk?

Luk 5:24 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house.

Luk 5:25 And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.

Luk 5:26 And they were all amazed, and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to day.
