"they went their way, and found the colt tied" - Material Opulence from Satan (money), but Spiritual Happiness from the God

Material Opulence from Satan (money), but Spiritual Happiness from the God

It is well known that when a rich young man came to Crist Jesus, asking how to get the eternal life, He told him to sell his assets and give money obtained as consideration to the poor, but the young rich man left Christ Jesus in sadness as he could not give money to the poor.

19 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother.
20 And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.
21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
22 And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions. (Mark 10)

In other word, the young rich man chose money over the eternal life in Heaven.  This is the same attitudes of people in these 2,000 years.  People have chose money over eternal life in Heaven, and the world has come to this state and situation as we observe today.  Indeed, money is everywhere in this world, but those who have qualification to enjoy eternal life are scarce.

Indeed, the human civilization in these 2,000 years has been built by people who chose money over the eternal life in Heaven.

It looks that they have followed Satan who have used money to brainwash people so that they revere money and Satan as their gods.  They try to get money as much as possible even by selling their souls to Satan.  So, it is natural that those people would spontaneously go to the hells after death in this world.  They would try to evade light of truth and love emitted from the God in the afterlife or spirit world and join Satan in the hells, since their souls have already turned evil.

In this way, Satan has enslaved people as many as possible.  Satan knows that it will finally be destroyed with the hells by the God, but it is trying to force as many human souls as possible to take part in its fate.  And the young rich man who came to Christ Jesus is one of such victims.

Many people can understand the meaning of this teaching.  But, only a few would abandon wealth for this lesson.  Rather, most of people would not stop earning money and keeping their assets even if they know that Christ Jesus once taught that rich men could not enter Heaven.  Indeed, material happiness realized by money is so attractive that they cannot abandon it.  Moreover, men believe that money can protect them and big money can buy them social honor and reputation.  Truly Satan teaches that money is the source of happiness in this world; they can get it simply by selling their souls to Satan; and there is no assurance that they can get the eternal life after death even if they love God and poor neighbors as Christ Jesus taught.  Take happiness in this world or the vague eternal life after death promised by Christ Jesus, Satan is demanding.

If you became rich, you should be like this young man who left Christ Jesus, keeping his assets.  And you would pursue more money.  Finally you would come to accept any evil so as to keep your assets and money.  In this way, this world becomes far from the Kingdom of the God.

In short, we have to know power of faith.  Faith and belief can make us happy in this world even without money.  The spiritual energy obtained through faith and belief can solve any human problems more perfectly than money.  So, the young rich man misunderstood the words of Chris Jesus who did not mean to lose all happiness but meant to get real spiritual happiness that could be realized through poverty.

Material opulence is from Satan (money), but spiritual happiness is from the God.  We should enhance our spiritual ability so that we can abandon our material desires.

Mark 11, King James Version
2 And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.
3 And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.
4 And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.
5 And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?
6 And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.
