President "Hillary" if with Congressional Presidency System

President "Hillary" if with Congressional Presidency System
(Président "Hillary" s'il s'agit d'un système de présidence du Congrès)

1. Capitol Hill
The result of votes in the US Congress for electing the President should be as follows:
No. 1:- (69 votes)--- Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.)
No. 2:- (33 votes)--- Mitt Romney (R)
No. 3:- (28 votes)--- John McCain (R-Ariz.)
No. 4:- (27 votes)--- Barack Obama (D-Ill.)
No. 5:- (24 votes)--- Rudy Giuliani (R)
No. 6:- (21 votes)--- Fred Thompson (R-Tenn.)
No. 7:- (15 votes)--- John Edwards (D-N.C.)

We, the world citizens, must ponder what her presidency will achieve.

2. National Assets
Why is the US so important to the rest of the world? One answer lies in comparison of "household financial asset" among five major nations as indicated below.

Ranking.......Country...........Total Household Financial Asset (2006)
#1.............USA...................30 trillion dollars
#2............Japan.................10 trillion dollars
#3.............UK......................5 trillion dollars
#4.............Germany...........4 trillion dollars
#5.............France..............3.4 trillion dollars

Japan can be forgiven as it has been a backer of China, Korea, Taiwan, and other emerging Asian economies in terms of finance and technology transfer; but the U.S. has been exploiting Latin America, South Asia, and the Middle East, since no strong and substantial economies are emerging while the US has conducted so much military interference in those regions.

3. Dollars, Dollars, and Horror
Mr. Sakai Tanaka is one of unique journalists in Japan not only because he once worked in Japan's Kyodo News Service and then Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft Network.

He studied a discourse upon the world economy: "The legends of Bretton Woods - monetary system - Economic Myths Explained"
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0365/is_n2_v40/ai_18338845/

He argued that the US Republic Party has been acting as an agent for capitalists while the US Democratic Party works as Britain's instruments.

He meant that the primary stance of the U.S. is polycentrism pursued by Republicans; however British stance is UK-US centric joined by Democrats.

In his logic, he extended that the U.S. and the U.K. will try to cheat one another to secure each national interest, in which France will find a chance to extend its global influence without feuding with the U.S., but finally the Bush Administration will promote polycentrism of key currencies in the world market (meaning less value in the dollar) despite UK's wish to bolster the dollar as the sole key currency.

Mr. Sakai Tanaka sometimes failed in his analysis on the global trend, probably due to his insufficient insight into the world history and religions as often observed among Japanese elites, if better than most of their American counterparts, though he is prominent in Japan, for he really looks like a journalist in the Internet Era.

4. Middle-Age Homeless' Blog
A Japanese middle-aged man working part-time and living in a so-called "Internet cafe" has been keeping his blog alive on the Internet.

The following are part of his personal data:
Cherished mottoes: "You cannot change other person," etc.
Books at hand: "The Bible" and "The Analects of Confucius"
Favorite writers: "Tetsuya Asada," "Henry Slesar," etc.
Favorite movies: "Casablanca," etc.

He recently wrote about the death of a famous professional motorbike racer, Norihumi Abe, in a traffic accident on a public road.

One of viewers of his blog wrote a comment that he remembered, as he read the article, his visit to a death camp in Phnum Penh, Cambodia, where the Pol Pot faction had killed people as part of their million citizen massacre in 1970's after withdrawal of US troops from Vietnam.

The viewer wrote that he had lain down just like a victim in a camp house but could not get higher perception at all while sun rays from slits of a wall had let dusts loom up shining and dancing over him, a young Japanese traveler.
* * *

Ms. Hillary Rodham Clinton as the next U.S. President so regarded should not trigger another mighty depression in the world market and the million citizen massacre in the Islamic countries, no matter if she abandons the dollar standard system and the US military's global expansion for securing a mutually complementary relationship between oil and dollars.

(Mrs. Clinton may become the first and last madam President of the U.S., since the people can accept Jesus Christ as their King and introduce a parliamentary cabinet system after possible US Religious Revolution in this century.

But, Japan is already with a parliamentary cabinet system; you have no problems here in Japan.)
