But, in order to settle the matter in the Far East once for all militarily, there must be large-scale simultaneous three-directional offences by Japan and the U.S. (provided that the God defines the history as such).
It is so, since Japan and the U.S. could produce 100,000 high-precision long/middle range missiles per month by ordering Toyota, GM, and other manufacturers to make and deliver the high-power weapons. And, when both the allies prepare total one million high-precision long/middle range missiles in addition to 10,000 F-15-class jet fighters built in haste in 10 months in various Japanese/American industrial plants, no leaders of China, North Korea, and Russia would dare to fight before their surrender.
Yet, existence of nuclear weapons in China, North Korea & Russia would not allow Japan and the U.S. to take the above strategy in solving the Far East security problems.
Conversely, China, North Korea & Russia cannot defeat the allies of Japan and the U.S. in any form of war.
The bottom line is that the fate of peace or war ultimately rests on Japan and the U.S. but not on China, North Korea & Russia, since large-scale simultaneous three-directional offences by Japan and the U.S. are so possible for assured victory.

Finally and personally, I hope that China, North Korea & Russia will have leaders who would be afraid of the God more than the coalition of Japan and the U.S. And then, every one will live in peace and prosperity forever in the Far East.
